Very impressed with how well my Terrier was groomed. Shelly took the time to be sure of what I wanted. She did an amazing job. He was ready in less than 2 hours. Also reasonable prices as well. Highly recommend.

This was Cooper's first professional grooming spa day. Everyone is very professional and courteous. They keep their business very clean and sanitized. I was very happy with the end results. Cooper looked so handsome. I was thrilled, we'll be back.

The best groomer in the surprise area. I have a 10 lbs shih tzu and he gets amazing haircuts from here. They always finish the service within 2 hours and are very reasonably priced. They top off the service with always giving my dog a bandana! Highly recommend Sun Valley Grooming

They do a great job. Prices are comparable to chain dog grooming places.Only thing I wish they would do, which no place does this, is bathe the dog before and after the haircut because once they come home they’re full of hair.Except my most recent visit, they had no hair coming off them when they got back. That was a great groomer.

The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly, when I called to make the appointment. Upon arrival, I notice how clean the place was and was warmly greeted. My Golden Retriever was taken care of exactly how we talked about and was the happiest after her visit that she's been from any place I'd taken her before. The cost was competitive, but more importantly, they took care of my baby girl and treated me with kindness and respect. I'm glad I found them and my dog will be going back to see them again soon.

Took my elderly dog for a grooming. They were professional, very courteous, reasonably priced and best of all very good to my dog. She looks better than I have ever seen her look. She usually got nervous every time we took her to be groomed but not here. She loved them and they loved her. My dog is a German Shepherd/Cattle dog. They did an excellent job.

I have been having trouble finding somewhere to have my GSDs nails trimmed. He is a little of a handful but they trimmed his nails with no problems. I will definitely be going back there for his next bath and trim. Thank you all.

Good groomer. Follows instructions well. Pleased with their work. Great location in surprise. Only issue, busy strip mall. Hard to find parking close to shop. Ask owner for solution. They do have one.

I have visited this place before, and had ok service. However, this time around was different.The woman yelled at my dog from the start, Quicked 4 of her nails, and cut her pad. I stopped her before she could hurt my small dog any more. They said "some dogs dont like their nails done. Some dogs cry." I have been getting my dog's nails trimmed for 3 years and had ZERO experiences like this! She does not fighr or cry - ever. The guy at the front desk acted like I was just trying to get out of paying. Told me "you still have to pay $10." I don't care about the money, but i should not have paid. I will NEVER be back!

Just moved to the Surprise area and took our dog, Karma, to be groomed for the first time. The shop is clean, the owner and staff were very nice and the price was very reasonable. We will definitely be going back!

I worked there and had to call the police cause they yanked a dog by the collar and hit another in the face. I quit on the spot and reported it. Spare yourself from the unprofessionalism and the mistreatment of your pups.
