I’ve had big poodles for awhile so I’m aware of the time it takes to groom them and the pricey amounts it entails. This groom was the most expensive for the least amount of work and I am so disappointed. I mentioned to the groomer that I thought it was weird that my big poodle cost less than my flat coat golden doodle and she said yeah actually we’re going to have to change that he shouldn’t be in here as a standard poodle he needs to be an Aussie doodle which is $12 more. I said oh but he’s not he’s a purebred poodle and she told me that because of his coloring and him being bigger than their normal that he’s going in as a different breed. He doesn’t even have an Aussie doodle coat which is very different that the curly poodle coat. So now he’s going to cost over $100 no matter what. Ok. I left him for a full groom and cut. I come to get him 4 hours later and he’s damp still and smells like dirty wet dog. His cut is not like the photo I showed he looks dusty and his cut is just all different lengths. I’m upset that I have to go somewhere else to get him fixed. (The last photo is what I asked for, his last groom at a different groomer)

Went in tonight close to closing time. The cashier Kenneth was amazing and reassured me that I still had enough time. I told him I felt bad because I knew the store would be closing soon and I didn't want to hold him or the other employees up with any closing duties. He let me know that I was fine and not to worry. Such a wonderful experience I had tonight at this location. Thank you Kenneth, and I plan on making it his location my main spot to shop in the future. Keep up the amazing work.

This rating is specifically for the grooming salon. The store is actually fine. I wanted to give the groomers the benefit of the doubt….but after two visits paying nearly $100 each time I won’t be returning with my pup. We tried to give one more chance after they apologized the first time but this last visit was enough.Each time I sent my pup in for a full bath and full haircut with the furminator luxury package. My dog has been going to PetSmart for all 8 years of his life and I always take pictures…so we know exactly what to ask for.The past two times we have picked him up he doesn’t even smell clean. He smells like he’s been out playing for a week as soon as we pick him up. He also didn’t receive an accurate cut length. We usually get 4 especially since we have moved out in this heat and his hair grows so fast. His hair was much longer and very uneven. On top of that the person cut a gash of hair on both of his front legs and didn’t even acknowledge it. We didn’t catch it until we got home.This location really should get better groomers. I know it’s a new location but this kind of service is unacceptable.

We had a negative experience adopting a cat through KARA (Kitten and Animal Rescue Advocates, Inc) at this location. AFTER a very intrusive interview process that involves showing your lease and providing pictures of your home, they allow you to meet the cat. After you and your children fall in love with the cat, they THEN show you their contract. Beware of the adoption contract through KARA: They reserve the right to visit your home and take away your cat if you do not meet all of their terms. Some of the terms are reasonable: like providing food and shelter for the cat and not abusing the cat. Other terms include: telling all family and friends not to let the cat out, leaving the toilet seat down if you're adopting a kitten, and never letting the cat outside. A volunteer told me that I could take the cat for walks in an enclosed stroller. But, that is technically letting the cat outside. I don't like that I have to live in fear that for the next 20 years my cat could be taken away at any time because I accidentally forget to tell one visitor not to let the cat out, or I decide to take the cat for a walk in a stroller. Adopt through a different organization that values the families willing to care for the cats as well as the cats themselves.

Grooming - I took my puppy for grooming and was pleased with the initial visit, so I went back, a few times. Each time I spent way more than I planned but figured if the service was good, it was worth it. The second time I went my puppy was a week over 6 months and the price doubled because she was no longer a puppy by their definition. Unfortunately, every visit there after was an up-sale event.The last time I went the grooming was so poor they shaved a part of my dogs chest to the skin while the rest of her was longer, uneven and choppy. When I picked her up they said there was matted hair they spot shaved under her arms but failed to tell me they shaved her chest (which wasn't matted). You can see in the picture the circle of shaved to the skin chest I saw when I got home with her.I took her to an actual grooming shop and they fixed the chop job done here (and for less). PetSmart wasn't even giving me all of the services I paid $85 for (didn't clean/pluck ears or cut nails). Lesson learned - I will never use a PetSmart for grooming services again. Great store but terrible grooming service.

Shop here frequently for my pets food friendly and helpful. Well stocked and always have what I am shopping for. My dog loves coming along on shopping trips into the store and staff always give her attention and she enjoys the treats.

I’m 17 almost 18 years old I’m a young Mexican woman and yesterday I went to buy 2 snails for my betta fish tank. They told me that because I wasn’t 18 I wasn’t able to buy them. I asked why’s that? Apparently there’s a tiktok going around where ppl put fish in microwaves. I said oh that’s sad but I wouldn’t do that I’ve had fish before with a snail and sucker fish. She said still I’m sorry I can’t. I called my mom to let her know what happened and to see if she could come so I can buy the 2 snails. She was upset and called the store and corporate office. They said “well maybe she looked like she couldn’t care for them” what about me seems like I couldn’t care for 2 snails.. I bout almost $300 just last week on a fish a tank and everything it needed and no issues there. But I can’t buy 2 snails without them saying I didn’t look like I could take care of them. I just wanted two snails. It’s so dumb. But this is marble the betta fish I bought last week.

Poor customer service in grooming. Extremely unprofessional to hang up on someone. I called to schedule and appointment with my groomer and was responded to by "she's not here anymore" and a disconnected call. I guess you really don't want another customer if you didn't try to schedule with a groomer that DOES work there.

I normally would never write a review, but the service I had was absolutely wonderful and I just had to share! Morrigan was amazing in helping me out with everything I needed to get. He went above and beyond to help me and educate me on which products would be best for my pets. He is doing a stellar job and I look forward to shopping here again.

Store was clean but the employee I had during checkout did not want to be there and it showed. Didn't smile, didn't greet me other than saying "next!" She seemed very put out that I had a price match from petsmart website. She told me I didn't swipe my card which I did and I told her the machine said waiting for associate and she hit a button and magic happened, my receipt started printing. No apology or anything. Rude!

Morgenn specifically is the reason for the bad review. She is rude and I don’t think I’ll spend the several hundred dollars a month here for my dogs royal canin and other dog and cat foods. Suggest you train her.. everyone else at the store has been amazing and helpful but unfortunately I’ll drive the extra time to another store or switch to chewy. Disappointed, was so happy when this place opened

We come here for grooming for the groomer Bella. We found reviews where people followed her from another stuff and thought we’d try since we needed a new groomer. She is so good with Grace. She comes out looking good everytime.

Not really happy I had to buy my rats food here. I don't shop here normally after all I have read regarding their animals. Seems like the cats always had dirty cat boxes and ear mites whenever I thought to give them another chance.

The grooming salon set-up looks really nice compared to most other Petsmarts I have been to.The store is large, you will find most of the usual stuff.On the door there is a sign about "quick wash, walk in, no appointment needed" or something like that. Being curious I asked the floor staff (was three of them around at the time) and they could not really tell me much about it, beyond that some breeds and coat types do not qualify, but could not tell me what breeds or types, and it does not include nails.For any more information you would have to talk to the groomers specifically.If something is going to be so heavily advertised the front end staff of the store should be able to cover some information, even if it's something as simple as "Only if there an available groomers/bathers", or "No double coated dogs or dogs over X pounds".

PetSmart is the ultimate destination for all your pet needs! They have a wide range of products, including food, toys, accessories, and grooming supplies, all of excellent quality. Their staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help, making pet ownership a breeze. I also appreciate their commitment to animal welfare, including adoption events and charitable initiatives. Overall, PetSmart is a fantastic store that truly cares about pets and their owners.

I honestly think it’s pretty dang stupid for doing an online QR code just to meet a cat. Like honestly if I come in person I would like to do it today instead of wait a day to week just to meet a cat today… like that’s honestly pretty stupid like what if later within a week I don’t have time anymore just to meet a cat where the day I come in today I could have decided form right there…. Nope I’m not gunna do the QR code and wait whatever time to meet a cat… I’d rather sign a contract in person and be done for the day to decide then wait later.
