This is my 3rd time taking Benny to get groomed at Pet Suppies Plus. I am always happy with the service and friendliness of everyone there. I wasn’t able to book Benny’s usual groomer, Cam, for the time I needed. I was able to book Eddie. He is still training and was assisted by NC. Both were wonderful. Eddie is a natural! Benny looks amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Love this location!! Everyone is so friendly. You can tell they truly love animals. Cam has groomed my dog, Benny, twice now. She’s knowledgeable, and listens to what I want done. She’s done a great job, and Benny isn’t stressed out at all.

NC and Cam are amazing to say the least. The lavender scarf to calm them before nail trimming worked wonders. Our dogs absolutely loved them. We have already booked out grooming appointments into next year. We won’t be taking our fur babies anywhere else. Charlie loved his airbrush tattoo too!!

Always a pleasure to walk in and be greeted. Any and all employees I see are friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked and even smells good. Great addition to our neighborhood. Why would I go anywhere else? Keep up the excellent work!!

We took our Bernedoodle, Ellie, last weekend and she was so stressed she had accidents. They called me to pick her and up did what they could. We booked her for an appointment today and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure she was comfortable with the high velocity dryer. I don’t have words to say how impressed I am with the service and patience they had with Ellie. I won’t be taking her anywhere else.

Customer service is always great inside the store on Grand Ave. We had our dog Oliver in there last weekend for grooming services and they were all very professional, very kind and Oliver came out great. Looking forward to using them again. I would highly recommend!

I LOVE THIS STORE!! I only shop here once a month for my pitbull, Harper. The prices, sales and (if you're a member) COUPONS are AWESOME!!! 👍 The staff always helpful and inviting. 👍 It is very clean and organized. Reason for a 4 star.... the items I want are always out of stock every time I look. I always have to watch the stock online to see if items are available THEN come in. Please put more product (especially raw treats) on your shelves and fill up the store... your prices are unmatched people will buy more if you have more!! ❤️ 🐾

Really cool place! Everyone is so nice and helpful. We got our dogs nails trimmed and did the self wash which was nice. They even have specialty dog treats shaped like donuts and cake mixes for dogs. So cute!

Cannot recommend this grooming team enough! They did a fantastic job on my terrier-poo, who has sensitive and dry skin, and were so sweet with her! Spring for the nail painting if you can! It was so worth it!

Nice little store. It was my first time in and I don’t know what took me so long! Great prices at a location so much closer than the chain stores. Excited to find my favored Feline Pine in a 40 pound bag that saves us a ton of money. And also found my Purina Cat Chow for the kitties as well at a savings over even Walmart.

Allie was groomed today and it was a wonderful experience. They even do temp coloring if you want😊 I recommend them for the expertise and love they have for animals. Thank you team for a terrific job on our Allie.

Stopped for dog treats & the staff was super friendly and very helpful. They were very sweet to my dog & even gave her a treat. She is very shy but really liked the nice girl up front. Will definitely be coming back.

Sooo Disappointed, if I'm gonna pay to use the Amenities anywhere for myself or my Doug.r.They should be as good if not better than what I would do for him at home.I just used the self dog wash and my poor dog was Wet and freezing when I put him in the car.There were no towels.The water was hardly if you wanted to call it warm and the air hose that they had to dry him off.I guess was nothing but cold.In fact that I eventually turned the lukewarm water back on just to warm him up so that we could leave poorly done

I seriously love a good small pet supply store! I am so excited to have one right by my house !!! They have everything I need !! Everyone was so friendly !!! I love being able to pour my own rabbit some snacks into a bag !!! They have such great deals !! They also price match !!!

This is a great store. My poodle picked out a soft Lambikin to sleep next to since her brudder died recently. They had her special canned food, too. Helpful staff walking around.

Good store. Not a big selection of k9 first aid items though. Like foot boots which are a necessity in walking your dogs in AZ heat and cactus.

This is a new store. Its clean, nicely layed out. The owner & staff are very helpful. They have cat food & items, dog food & items, fish, birds. Plus they have a pet wash set up & a grooming area. The gal working on a dog was very, gentle with the little dog she was cutting. Which in the past dogs that I had to have hair cuts, I had a bad experience but if I still had my little fur baby this would be the place I come to 🐶❣I Recommend Everyone to come in shop & look around.

Excellent customer service! (I had almost forgotten what that felt like.) I called around for pricing on dog food since we have a new puppy They offered to price match. And she offered to set the food aside for me. Sam was the employee and was very helpful and very efficient. Great store and unusually good service!2/12 - Now posting additional review. Removed one star. Sadly, the customer service seems to have slipped considerably! Also, the sales/ coupons I'm sent via email seldom are relevant to what I want to buy or need.

I gave my dog a bath there for the first time. It was really easy and convenient. Afterwards I bought my baby a toy and a treat for being so good. The customer service was great. I will be returning.

We just moved here from the Seattle area and had to find a place that carried our dogs food, which is not easy to find. Thankfully they had it and I can't say enough about the staff. They were all great and very helpful. We are glad we picked here to do our shopping since we go through almost 50lbs of dog food a week.

When my daughter brought home a 6.5 pound YorkiePoo and said the groomer cost was $75. I said I got this! After $500 in Vet bills for stitches, I knew a professional was needed. Sierra came to the rescue! She is prepared for the drama the little dogs can generate and the finished product is just what I wanted. Also my 14 year old Border Collie cross is always looking for cool spots to be in the house. Sierra has some methods to de-bulk her coat and even brush her teeth for a noticeable improvement! The price is right and Sierra and her co-workers are the best groomers!
