I went in to Lowes tonight for one item, a Kobalt battery operated fan. I walked to where I had last seen them months ago and they were gone. All the winter items were being stocked. I walked around the store multiple times checking to see if maybe I could spot one but no luck. I was heading for the exit and two guys were unloading a pallet. I was actually just trying to figure out where the exit was when Izzy stopped what he was doing and asked if he could help me. So, I said well, you can maybe help me find a fan I was looking for. I told him I found one similar and he promptly told me to follow him. He guides me back to the display I had already looked through multiple times and sure enough there was exactly one misting fan left. Not only did he help me find the fan he also got me squared away with a battery and charger. His customer service was top notch and to be honest while all the other employees were friendly and smiled at me while walking around, Izzy was the only one to greet me and ask if I needed help. Had he not been so kind, I would have walked out without purchasing. I wish there were more customer service workers like Izzy. He was helpful and kind and I will now be cool as a cucumber at my craft fair tomorrow.

Melody in the appliance department was horrible. Asked if the 2000.00 appliances came with pedestals and she said no they don't and walked away. I looked up on the lowes website and there are pedestals available but purchased separately and when I said they do have them she said oh yeah they do did you want those?Would have been nice had she said they don't come with the purchase but they are sold separately and we could absolutely get that set up for you. She would have made the sale with tax, delivery, washer,dryer and 2 pedestals close to $3,000.00 which is now going to home depot.

As far as the employees go they're amazing extremely helpful and knowledgeable the website not so much it makes it hard to look up products such as when you click on appliances it's showing you ceiling fan it's just better if I drive down there and talk to the employees and see the products

I stopped in to Lowe's today in Surprise and had a great time! They've got Halloween decorations out for everyone to see, and scarecrows in the garden department to purchase for your outdoor decor. Fall is my favorite time of year and I can't wait for it to arrive! They always have beautiful flowers for my garden. And great prices too! I really had a good time going into Lowe's today, the place was clean and organized as you can see by my photos. They have a nice section in the paint department called room-to-room,, and it really helps you picking out colors that harmonize together. My boyfriend really liked the Craftsman tool section,,, as I am sure most men would! What is it with men and tools anyway?

So I came into Lowe’s at 6:15 to do a return. I was met by a very rude women working the front counter and even asked for her manager Brian. Let it be known that I spend 10s of thousands of dollars here and also a pro member. I had an item that I tried to return before but wanted to go home and look for receipt. Low and behold they actually found it with phone number weeks later. The point is exceptions can be made especially knowing that we are there daily. The girl was so rude and the manager looks helpless himself. I will never step foot in this store again. They tried to say people scam insinuating that’s what we were doing. FYI, Lowe’s my contractors that spend millions a year are switching accounts and so am I.

Tried to return a Christmas item that didn't fit our expectations. Was told we couldn't return sale holiday items. Wouldn't have bought them if I knew that. There were no signs stating no returns, until I reached the return counter. Even went back to area where the items were on sale, no notice of no return policy. Kind of shady. Always liked Lowe's but this was a let down

We came in to purchase an appliance. We walked around for a good deal of time before we could find an associate to help with our questions. We approached a couple working in flooring and they immediately said "you look lost". Alright, I appreciate joking around but then they both sat there practically with drool coming out of their mouths trying to understand what we needed. There wasn't even an attempt to fi d us someone else. We walked away with no information. So we headed back to appliances where we did find another associate. This Seco d associate interaction was a little better as she attempted to tell us what she knew and pointed us to someone else. This third associate immediately shot down our home improvement idea and basically gave us a one sentence answer to our question. We couldn't get the appliance we wanted. We went home to do our own research and it seems none of the information we received was accurate. The next day we came back to purchase the appliance but it wasn't in stock. The associate tells us there are 4 in stock at another location 20 mins down the road. So we go there as well. This location did NOT have any in stock. I do want to point out though that the customer service between this location and Peoria are night and day. This is a retirement community and we could use some better customer service. Side note, we got our appliance online, from Home Depot.

On 2/29/2024 I went into Lowe’s in Surprise, AZ and bought some primer and paint to paint my trailer. I asked one of the associates that works there that I needed paint for metal but that I needed a specific color and he advised me and showed me that this particular paint that was for metal and that they could do it to the color I needed it. We had a severe storm and my trailer was all bubbled up. I went back to Lowe’s because I was upset about the paint, not only that but all the time and money it takes because I now have to take my trailer back to get sandblasted. So on Friday March 8, 2024 I went into Lowe’s to return the paint and an associate helped me she told me that they were going to return my money back and they would give me a paint remover to solve my problem. So the associate sends me to the paint department so they can give me the paint remover. So, unfortunately when I returned back to the register she told me that she could not find my receipt in the system to refund me my money back, she calls another associate and she was very polite and helpful, but than someone by the name of Robert (Manager/Assistant Manager) came and he told me that because I did not have my receipt he could not give me my money back and that he could only give me store credit. I did not agree with him because I had to go elsewhere to buy the paint and I did not want to spend more money out of my pocket, but in reality I did not have another option so I told him to give me the store credit. Up to this point everything was ok, the problem started when I told him that I was going to take the paint remover that the other aseo had given me. Robert to me that I could not take it and that I had to pay for it, knowingly that the other associate had given it to me so I could solve my problem. I gave Robert one in a thousand reasons why he was wrong and he basically told me that it was my problem and that he did not care. A Manager should be a person who de- escalates the problem not escalates the problem and Robert has no customer service skills, he is extremely rude and mean. Basically he told me that what I have been doing for 18 years did not work. That he knows everything and that the customers don’t know anything or maybe this Robert guy is racist towards Mexicana American people. It is so sad because the majority of customers at that store are construction workers and are Hispanic’s in Surprise, AZ. Hopefully corporation can doing something about this racist employee. I will also be translating this in Spanish later today when I am doing working so that all the Hispanic community is aware of Robert person. In advance thank you

SUPER helpful and knowledgeable staff. Went in for a small part to fix a bidet attachment and some plants. Guy in plumbing section checked out the piece I had with me and immediately spotted the issue and helped me with a much cheaper fix. Plant selection was great.

Lowe’s vs Home Depot. It is a never ending battle that takes place in my head. Which should i visit for my needs today? Lowe’s inevitably wins somehow. Maybe because I like the blue instead of the orange. It is however a bit of a lottery of what kind of service you might get. I feel they are always short staff, especially in the large kitchen appliance area. Recently we wanted to make a purchase (a new GE Profile Refrigerator) but there was no stock, the staff member could not be any less helpful and wouldn’t entertain the idea of placing an order… which the website would allow to do. This led to a loss of a sale as we went to BestBuy to order said item instead.We also have an ongoing issue with a storm door that was installed by Lowe’s. Several months later the fault - which has been confirmed by a Lowe’s contractor/installer - is still not resolved due to the manufacturer (Larson) having communication problem. Why we are having to get so involved between Lowe’s and Larson I don’t know. It’s been pretty bad service. Let’s see if it gets resolved this coming month as now promised…

Awesome store, I was impressed with the paint department as they were knowledgeable about the different qualities of paint needed for an unusual space and color scheme.I’m going to stop shopping at Home Depot even though the pricing is generally a little more at Lowe’s it’s worth the cleanliness store, knowledge and helpful staff.

I've always preferred this store over the competitors, it's always squared away and with helpful employees, but I have to mention one experience when dealing with door replacement. Their jambs are 1/8" wider than their competitors, so I was told that all my doors had to be custom made at a much larger expense. That did not turn out to be the case, and I saved thousands installing off the shelf stock doors myself.So don't believe everything they tell you.

I purchased a piece of formica from Prescott Arizona only to find out they don't have the end finish piece. Didn't think much of it Just figured I would call around and get it from another store. Ended up calling surprise Arizona Lowe's only to find out the only way I can purchase it over the phone is to purchase it with a pro credit card of Lowe's. I think it's a poor policy that has just been recently added. So instead of making it really easy they've made it more complicated. I don't appreciate the new policy and that will affect me purchasing from Lowe's.

So I decided to come to lowes because of the lack of customer service that Home Depot provides and it's like night and day between the 2 companies I came in and Rick in paint jump to help me get the paint I needed within minutes when I was at homedepot they kept telling me sorry sir I can't help you it looks like we will be coming to lowes from now on for any home projects shout out to Rick in paint for his professionalism, product knowledge and willing to help me get what I need to get my home project done get that man a raise....

My Item was a Lowes(Dishwasher) called the morning before and went to the store to see it in Person and shook hands for the installers to pick it up today for Installation; Horrible Installation Company (CRST Home Solutions), lied and said, “Lowes did not have my appliance and we have to reschedule until the middle of February because no open slots are available.” When I called both the Installer, Customer Service, and Customer Service Supervisor were all passively rude and didn’t care about my order nor business and hung up. Lowes was no better keeping my on the line for over an hour and 38mins to tell me that they can’t help it if the Installers want to reschedule; so I cancelled my order and will do business elsewhere.I’m very disappointed in how Lowes handled the situation and didn’t even offer to make anything right; no offer of an upgrade, no offer to pay for everything themselves for the Major inconvenience and lack of promises… nothing. I had to go out of my way as to drive there to get my refund issued because of how much I was getting “pushed around” and no one being respectful enough to take my call.Horrible company; don’t let Lowes use CRST Home Solutions Installation company for your appliances. You’d have better chances getting exceptional services elsewhere; even if it required More Money… at least then, you’ll get what you’d paid for

Went into Lowes to to purchase a custom countertop. After asking multiple people to get me help and waiting 20 minutes in cabinets and counters. I found a person that worked in the department. I ask for samples and am told i have to order them online. Went to Home Depot who have samples and found a match!!Customer service has become I don't make enough to care. go somewhere else.

Around 8:50am this morning heavyset gentleman driving forklift around corners extremely fast & unprofessional almost caused an accident.Called manager to address issue due to it being absolutely dangerous to be driving the way he was. Someone could have gotten very hurt.Please note that he was very insincere to almost potentially driving a huge amount of tile bricks into a moving vehicle.

If it costs me $70 to learn to not shop at Lowe’s so be it. We were salty after their delivery “professionals” flooded our hallway installing a washer. Now trying to return some plants within the 1 year window, being told it’s only 30 days? Even though the website says other wise for shrubs and perennials. We even asked when the purchased the plants if they were covered. The website also labels the plants we bought as “shrub” and “perennial” but the plant experts at customer service said they aren’t. Threw the plants in their trash can and went to Home Depot for my house air filters.

Another win for Lowe's. I've recently become obsessed with indoor plants this summer, since baking clearly isn't an option (WHERE is ALL the yeast??) So I went today and picked numerous pots, macrame hanging pots, indoor plants, potting soil and plant food! So excited to bring some greenery into our home. I'm glad my daughter and husband have greener thumbs than me. My YouTube tutorials can only do SO much!

The Surprise Lowe's remodeled and only has self checkout now. Been there twice since and both times have had issues with the stupid register. IT ISN'T MY JOB TO CORRECTLY RING UP THE ITEMS I NEED TO PURCHASE! Luckily their local competitors still have cashiers.

This is some of the worst customer service I've ever been at. For starters, when my roommate and I went to go get a plant, the guy was talking to us about one plant and then a lady showed up and he left us and started talking to the lady. And wouldn't come back to us. So we went to go look at doors. No issues there. Then we went to check out. The guy made me walk outside and look for a barcode on a different chair because there was no barcode on the chair that I was buying. As an employee there. He should know the barcode or it very least offer to go get the barcode for me as supposed to tell him to walk all the way back and take a picture of it with my phone. Then he wouldn't let me use military discount without it being attached to my phone number.

Always Liked going here, but the 1st 3 People I found to "Help Me" didn't seem Interested to help at all meanwhile the store's a half mile long... There was a young lady who finally was able to help and she ended up helping me multiple times she rocked The rest of the crew might be retired in this maybe their retirement job or so it seemed hahaha.It would be cool if they offered small discounts occasionally a few people in the store as well said they couldn't find a person to be seen to help them and they had mentioned they are going to end up going to Home Depot again.

Not how to operate a business. Ordered a Christmas tree. Didn’t arrive when expected. Called following day. Sent next day. Tree was broken. Called Lowe’s and they said I was responsible for getting it back to the local store for a refund. A 12’ tree that is heavy and came in two boxes. Tell me how I am supposed to do that. You sent me a broken item. This is on you. I think you ran out of stock after I ordered, sent me a previously returned broken item to appease me, and are now screwing me over. $600 Lowes. Real nice.

I have always preferred Lowe's over HD, it seems better organized to me, but I hate and detest the recent change at the Surprise, AZ store to all the self-checkout counters. I go to the PRO desk since it is still manned by a human to interact with. If that changes to self-checkout as well, I will just go to HD instead.Lowe's, I don't want to run your register, put a human there.

Went into Lowe's needed to get a front door repair told me they can't do it because I I didn't buy it there, as three employees for assistance you would have thought I was asking them for money they were all grumpy unbelievable
