They helped my difficult, senior dog get his nails trimmed. They were so kind and patient with him. They told me to come by after I spoke with them on the phone. As soon as I walked in, they took care of him right away. Thank you for your help! I will definitely be coming back!

Arrived 4:51 to do pet wash and asked if someone could clip nails. I was told no nail clipping after 5:00. I asked "Is it 5 o'clock?". Checked phone it was 4:53. They replied almost. Then they offered to clip nails (if they have to tone) but asked if my dog bites. I've never had anyone ask me here if my dog bites. I declined the nail clipping. Pet wash was amazing and back saving as always.

After having my huge Pittie at the Urgent Vet all morning yesterday, I thought I would call Kimbur to ask if they could please help me as my dog doesn't want anyone to do anything to him which means his nails are bad (though he's a big baby and loves people ). Mia said she'd try, well, she was truly our Saving Angel!! I gave him a much needed bath and hurried to get him home after such a long stressful day and feel so bad as I left without tipping Mia!! I'm definitely going to call to make sure she's working on my next visit so I can then double tip her!!! I truly love this place!! Thank You Kimbur Wash for such an Awesome Place!

I had to leave my Golden Doodle for the first time with someone other than family or close friends. I was blown away with how happy and healthy he was when I got him back. They were so sweet and reassuring. They even had him all clean!!! I will definitely be using them again.

This was our first visit to Kimbur Pet Wash. We entrusted them Sgt. Chopper and Joker for a grooming session. The staff is professional, super friendly, caring, and the cost for grooming is extremely reasonable.This was the first of more visits to come

Asked for a wash, nail trim, and deshed. They only washed and trimmed the nails so we still had hair everywhere. Wash and nail trim was OK.

EXTREMELY Well priced and they Wash/Clip nails and dry (as well as Entertain) All for $26.We go Monthly and Odin Always comes home so soft, smelling Excellent and Excited as ever after seeing all the "New people" ! The elevated tubs were a great relief on my lower back. Shampoo/conditioner, ear cleaner, and cotton pads to keep water out of my dogs ears were provided, which were very helpful.Towels were also provided, along with scented sprays. And the blow dryer made drying so much easier.

They are always so good with our pups. I can't get my dogs to let me cut their nails but I bring them here and they are in and out in 5 minutes!

Greeted by friendly smiles upon arrival. They do a fantastic job taking care of our sweet, old dog. Very fast service too. He comes back happy and fluffy and smelling good. We recently discovered the "furminator" treatment to brush out his undercoat; it's worth every penny!So happy to support this small business. Everyone at Kimbur is so nice! We boarded our 4 dogs for 6 nights and they were so well taken care of! We had never boarded them before, and I was nervous as our dogs can be a handful. They were so reassuring every time I called to check in, and even gave 3 of the dogs baths (one was not having it!), and trimmed the 4th one's nails, which is a minor miracle in itself. On top of all of this, their prices are reasonable. We have another trip coming up this fall and the girls will definitely be going back to Kimbur.

Unfortunately it was the worst experience I have ever experienced in any retail environment. Brought my Doodle in for a bath. The customer in the next stall started blowing drying her husky in the middle of me bathing my dog. Hair was everywhere, I was covered head to toe with tons of hair. In my mouth, and all over my dog and my the entire stall. My daughter was also washing her golden retriever. She also was covered and her dog with the husky’s hair. Staff did nothing about it. One staff person was extremely rude and said you can just leave without paying. Paying? The entire room was dirty all the brushes etc, the hair dryer was filthy and the back of it was thick with hair. Everything was just so dirty and the hair was just thick everywhere. My daughter tried to brush some of the hair off me just to get in her car. Had to vacuum the car, so much hair. Nothing was disinfected between customers. Dirt build up and hair build up everywhere. Very sad for the dogs to be in that uncleaned environment.

This is a great place to clean Cooper. You don't have to worry about cleaning up the mess or bringing supplies. The staff is very happy and accommodating. Soap, brushes, towels, dryer, and everything else you can think of is right there in the cubicles for you to use and abuse. Walk in with a stink dog and leave with clean dog.
