Was referred to this company by Gilbert Glass as they didn't offer an in glass pet door. I asked if they knew anybody who did and they said that multiple employees have used JGM and that is who they recommend so I gave them a call.Super smooth quote inquiry online with a quick follow up call to schedule the appointment. They went over the cost for an in-glass door option but the price is astronomical. I had concerns with an in-wall option as the only couple places I could have it installed there was a lot of electrical both inside and outside to deal with. The man on the phone stated that it shouldn't be an issues and that they don't charge extra to move wires if needed so I scheduled the install.They give you a range of colors to choose from but I stuck with the white/white option. JGM makes these doors in house and they have thought of everything. They are double flapped with 5 sets of magnets per door. They have a built in locking mechanism and the stopped is pretty robust and well built.Steve (?) showed up on time and we went over the install location. He went to work and took his time to make sure he made a clean cut, picked up after himself along the way, and explained the operation and warranty I could expect.*** note, there is definitely an off gassing odor of the plastic door for a few days, especially if it is warm outside but I suspect it to go away pretty quickly.Overall very happy with install and professionalism from JGM.

Excellent company and product.For installation I got a time window between 8-10. I called in the day of installation to follow up and found out there had been a mistake with my scheduling for installation that day. To accommodate the scheduling issue a manger had come out for the installation.He was very professional, a good guy to chat with and performed his job very well. My job had minor electrical in the way and it was able to be rerouted for perfect placement of the door for our needs. The installation was fairly fast, being our first doggie door much faster than I thought it would take.The door i got looks great and sealed to be as weatherproof as possible and has measures in place for drainage in the case of water does enter, it has double flaps with magnets. It has outdoor rated carpet inside and is sealed along the outside for protection.It took about 15 minutes to get the dog trained to use the door and they give you some training instructions at the end.I would highly recommend them and would use them again if I needed another doggie door.

My five star experience started with my initial phone call with Eric. He was professional, informative, detailed and authentic. We talked on Wednesday and scheduled the install for that same Friday....I received a call from our installation professional Friday morning letting me know his ETA. It's important to point out why I chose to use the terminology that I just did. "Jason" is just that - a true professional. He arrived as estimated and was polite, professional, and courteous. I was most impressed however with his attention to detail and cleanliness (inside and out). The installation was superb - not a spec of dust was left on my tile floors or patio. Jason navigated our stucco walls and there's not a single crack anywhere. Product is impressive as well - magnets are strong, frame color and composition is very high quality and the finish is top notch. It literally looks like it belongs! Jason, THANK YOU again for the outstanding job!!Don't hesitate moving forward with JGM. I'm sure all of their installation professionals are amazing but error on the side of caution and request Jason (you'll be glad you did)....

It must be over 10 years since I had them install my pet door. When I moved a few years back they removed the door and patched the wall, then installed the door in my new home. I just now contacted them to buy new flaps for my door. These guys are top notch, always exceeding my expectations. Don't bother looking around.. go with JGM!

JGM is absolutely the best doggie door I have ever had. It has held up good for 4 years now and the flaps are still good and the magnets hold up great. I would highly recommend them for your doggie door. Greg the owner is absolutely amazing, he is particular on the customer needs and what they want. His worker Eric also amazing and has been out to my house three times to make sure the measurements of a custom ramp Greg is building for me is exactly what I want. The professnalism and attention to detail is off the charts amazing. I appreciate the time and effort they have showed me for my custom ramp I need for my older dog, cause she has arthritis in her leg and Greg made sure the measurements were perfect and even measured the dogs to make sure everything was right. You won't regret using JGM Pet Doors I promise. 🙂

I needed my pet door to be sturdy, high quality, with technology that allows my lab in and out, without letting my cats out. After researching all kinds of electronic pet doors, I came to the conclusion my dog will be using the pool frequently, so I can't have an electronic collar. I called JGM, and they have a high quality door that uses magnetic resistance to seal the doors. This is perfect because only my dog is strong enough to get through the door, and the cats can't open it. Also a big bonus was the cost for him to bring the unit and install it was just $100 over buying the unit with no install on Amazon. He did a great job working around my electrical outlet, and I now have a rock solid pet door that should last for years. I'm so glad I called them instead of trying to DIY. They know their stuff, and this is a science to them. I was entertained by listening to the amount of thought that goes behind their products and install methods. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

High quality custom fit doors that look SO CLEAN! Greg gave a thorough assessment and bid, and helped schedule the appointment. He is super friendly and a nice person.Stephen came out to do the install and he couldn't have been better! Knowledgeable, professional, did a GREAT job fitting & installing, and was a genuinely kind person.The magnetic double flaps keep outside noise and weather/temperature where they belong... OUTSIDE. :-) My dog took a BIT of treat training to get used to the double flap, but that was all of 15-20 minutes & he was totally comfy using it.Will recommend JGM to ANYONE who needs a dog door installed. Greg came out to install our pet door today. He arrived right on time and was very professional and did an excellent job. He advised me as to what height to place the door for my dog. Answered all my questions. He knew what he was doing and got the job done in about an hour. He even filled in a couple screw holes in our stucco exterior wall near the door for us. When done, he cleaned up very well and left the cut parts all wrapped up in cardboard and taped ready for storage. He asked if he could move a couple of our stepping stones to the exterior of the door for ease of our dog getting in and out of the door and he placed them perfectly. He then got our dog to go through the door before he left. Excellent service and installation. The door itself is very well made and attractive as well. We are very satisfied and the 5 year warranty tops it off! Thanks JGM!

JGM installed our doggy door 7 years ago and we were very happy with them at that time. We just bought a new house and called them to set up installation in our new place. They were very helpful when I told them about our hesitant puppy who refused to use the door. They gave us training flaps and now she is learning to use it. What am amazing company. If I could give them 100 stars I would. We have a new Husky Pup and ordered the extra Large. When they came to install, he was honest right up front and looked at my pup and said, this door is going to be way to big. They came out the next day with 2 other doors and installed the perfect fit. I loved their pure honesty. Knowing the 1st door was more expensive, all they cared about was my happiness and what would be the right fit. Chris the installer did a fantastic job. Eric installed a couple of flaps for me on an old pet door I already had (that wasn’t their brand).. Even tho the flaps were difficult to install (I tried and couldn’t - it was a 20 yo+ door with all the screws stripped) he stayed and did the work with a smile. Everyone I interacted with on the phone were courteous and respectful and offered me quick responses.. and the price was stellar. THRILLED!Absolutely wonderful. I'm over the moon with my new doggy door that I had installed into my sliding glass doors. We have 4 dogs that love to go in and out all day, so we were either constantly opening our sliding doors for them or we'd end up keeping it propped open for them to get in and out at their leisure. Needless to say, we were getting flies in our house and our AC bill was through the roof. Now that I have the new doggy door, my furkids can run in and out all day long and I don't have to worry about letting the cool air out and the hot air in. They love their new door as much as we do! Great purchase, great customer service, all around happy as can be! Highly recommend this company to others.

I have had four pet doors in previous homes but NEVER have I had such an amazing door! It is beautiful on the inside and on the outside and SOOO secure! It has a double flap to ensure less air conditioning and heat loss. Eric installed it and did a beautiful job. I will NEVER purchase another brand of pet door!
