We moved here and checked many places for grooming. We found the most loving caring groomer that you can imagine. Julie is the only one that my dog Tank gets excited when he hears her name. He can't wait to go see her and he always comes out looking great!

My dog Riley LOVES when he stays here. I am a flight attendant and have to board my dog here often. He gets so excited when we get there. The staff are friendly and so attentive to Riley and his special dietary needs. I highly recommend the Grand Pet Hotel!

If I could rate this establishment a zero I would! By far the worst place in history! It was like having your animal kidnapped for ransom! They lie about pick up price! Got 3 different pick up prices first was 100 than was struggling and was told I can come back later and it'll be 120! Than by the time I had the money they charged 140! Held my mittens and refused to release her until they got money! Also, states its 24hrs but they really close at 5 and will charge you a full day fee, even if it's barely after 5! Disrespectful staff! Didn't even take well care for my esa! False advertising when you walk in! Do not recommend this place!Highly recommend 4 paws or any other place like it! They are cheaper! And they take well good care of all the animals that are in there care!Never again Grand Pet hotel! You are the worst! And should be shut down!

If you have an aggressive dog they will not tell you. After three times they didn’t want him back, but they didn’t say so. They initially pretended he wasn’t the issue, it was an older dog that didn’t like ( mine younger dogs) issue. So they decided my dog had to go in solitary for a week last February.Then some lady that acted like a manager said he will need to be evaluated once again. Fine that’s what we did. My husband waited for twenty minutes or so to see how he would do. Well she wasn’t even near him outside. Didn’t interact with him either. Then came back in and said yeah he’s going after other dogs. He watched the whole time from inside and our dog was fine.And no one ever called me to explain the situation. I decided to call the next day, and talk to this same person and ask what is the verdict? She didn’t say a word. Then I’m like can he come back? She said, Well maybe not. When i asked why, she wouldn’t answer me.So we choose not to go back.Communication sucks there.

The Grand Pet Hotel has a full grooming service on site. They bathe and groom both our german shepherds. They do a FANTASTIC JOB!

Our 10 month old puppy was boarded at Grand Pet Hotel for 15 days while we were out of town. We were delighted that when we picked her up - Maggie looked wonderful! She had not lost weight, nor gained. She appeared happy, calm, exhibited no stress. We are very pleased that we found such a wonderful, caring place to board our pet.

This place is a danger!! My dog was sent home three times with another dogs food! My dog has extreme food allergies and I noticed my dog had really bad diarrhea and vomiting.I was at the dog park today and was chatting about this place many fur parents spoke of crazy things that goes on with this facility. Aggressive dogs are kept in the same yard as non aggressive dogs, owner thinks the separate cage is enough safe guard even though a dog was attacked by another dog through the cage and resulted in big chunk of ear missing. Guy at dog park said he was at the urgent care when a staff member brought the dog in. He heard her explain how the attack happened to the vet staff. This young lady was very attentive to the injured pet but had to call owner of hotel for contact information of dog’s owner and payment. She had to place the call on speakerphone so the vet staff could hear the owners info he stated owner was very rude to this young lady and even said she would not pay the full bill even though it was her negligence in the way dogs are separated.Another parent said her husky was throwing up toys and was worried about dog not being able to pass it. Today at the dog park reassured me that my concerns are real! Please be careful with this facility as the pets safety is not priority.I was told so many horrible things from two different fur parents.I will not take my girl back to this place!

We are very comfortable with Maggie staying at the Grand Pet Hotel. Maggie is almost 6 months old. She has spent 2 times in doggy daycare and has boarded for 4 days/nights. The facilities are extremely clean. The staff is very caring. Maggie had to spend the night last week because my husband had hand surgery scheduled early morning. When we arrived at GPH - It was quite heartwarming how happy she was to greet Brea - as if she were family! We could not hope for a better experience for our puppy!

Omg.. I took my dog Molly here to see how she would like it yesterday... from the moment we walked in we were greeted by Mkel and Andrea, (mind you, it was 4:45p, they close at 5:00p) they are the Best, and it shows they love their job! I was so nervous, about how the other dogs would treat my dog.. Then comes Buddy, the sweetest dog (Mkels dog) he greeted Molly with open paws🐾 Buddy and the girls really made Molly have the best experience here at Grand Pet Hotel!! 🐾❤️

I went there today to check on daycare services for my dog. When I arrived there was an employee outside with some dogs in a fenced in area. She was messing on her cell phone and smoking a cigarette, which was a huge turnoff for me. When I went inside to learn more, I was told that effective June 1st the cost of daycare is increasing from $35.00 to $47.00. Ouch, that is a crazy increase, and from what I saw today, and the reviews that I have read, it is certainly not worthy of that kind of price. Checking this one off the list for the reasons mention above.

This place is unorganized and dangerous. Two months prior to our trip of nine nights, we called and made arrangements. My husband toured the facility, gave them our pets vet records, and filled out their forms. We left two dogs in their care on a Thursday. When dropping them off, staff said all was good. We called on Friday to check on them and was informed all was good. The next Friday when I went to pick them up, I was told they were missing the forms which included an emergency contact and our vets name. I was also told they didn’t have the vaccination records. They pulled out a file with my deceased dogs information. Rather than apologizing, she took the stance that “I needed to understand that there were many people at the front desk”. If something happened to the dogs, they were not prepared. They were happy to take my 720 dollars. Incompetent

My dog bruno was there 3 times. The first time they said he did really good, the second time they told me he did really good. Unfortunately got kicked out today because he was aggressive. What they didn’t bother telling me until today is that he was aggressive the previous time I brought him there for boarding. Why would they tell me this now instead of last time? This is why they get 1 star, for failing to provide information the previous time that was a complete lie where he could’ve seriously injured another dog and I would be the one responsible to pay.

My dog likes it here so I like it here. Some of the staff are in love with my pup and it shows.My biggest gripe is drop off. It seems the 7am shift is late. ALL THE TIME. And if you go to drop off your dog for boarding the overnight crew often doesn’t know where the “paperwork” is or the password. Just seems like the overnight people are not sure how to run the office and the office staff is never at work on time to assist.It’s happened multiple times. But what should be a 5 min drop off often takes 15 or more.If you need reliable part time help, just say so. Plenty of people would want to work there just to be able to have access to the dogs 😃

Great grooming! I have been bringing my fur babies to Julee for grooming, for about 9 years. She always does an amazing job, exactly the way we like it. The grooming is done in a timely manner, and our babies always look beautiful. Our dogs love coming here, so I know they are well taken care of. We have not boarded here, but whenever we come, there is someone out in the exercise yard with the other dogs playing with them. Everyone seems very friendly and caring.

The place is very clean and I could tell they were well-organized. I liked the fact that I could call at any time of the day and get an update on my dog. Some staff were nice and friendly, however the lady at the front desk was rude and had no manners. No “hello”, “thank you”, etc. made me feel disrespected and I left feeling like she didn’t even want me or my dog there. Having said this, I don’t think we will be back.

Love! I was so apprehensive about leaving my dog, we had never done that before. Tried the hotel out with daycare first and she liked it. We left her at Grand Pet Hotel for 5 days and they took exceptional care of her. I was rediculous with how many times I called to check up on her and they were always patient and accommodating with me. Loved that someone is there 24-7. It is clean, organized and they seem to really care for every pet they are in charge of. My dog didn't smell when we picked her up, like other reviews stated about their pets. I have recommended my friends to them and well continue to do so. Will bring my Lili back. Thanks to everyone again that cared for her!!! ❤
