Nice clean store. My only dislike was the woman at the deli. She needs to be retrained on customer service and how to package deli meat. Not only rude, but I have never received deli meat just thrown in the bag. I hope she gets replaced because she obviously does not value her job.

Definitely what this area needed. This being the only store or gas station nearby it's made a world of difference to this area. While easily accessible fromAny direction the traffic is still lousy getting back towards Grand Ave. The store is massive and full of food stations like sushi, chicken and more. There is also of course a Starbucks with seating. There are self checkouts as well as your normal cashiers. The store is clean and everything pretty easy to find what you need. Service was the only thing lacking. While I walked by myErin's employees only one acknowledged me. It doesn't hurt to at least say hello.

Had to update my review and remove some stars. 😔 I go weekly and sometimes a couple times a week to this location. Lately every trip the checker and bagger are talking about personal stuff and/or complaining about customers or their shifts while in check out. Rarely does the checker or bagger even acknowledge our presence. I get people don't always like their jobs or are having a bad day but complaining about it in front of customers is very off putting.Also, if you are going for Starbucks give yourself extra time or order ahead on the app before you leave your house. They are still training and very slow. I have also seen them on their phones texting while customers are waiting, so it takes even longer.Original review: Love the new fry's, very convenient for all the homes off 163rd and off Grand. The mural when you walk in is beautiful! The amenities this fry's has to offer like the take away food options with convenient check out right there and fancy cheese bar area are fantastic. The plant section is a little small compared to other fry's but the staff has been very friendly everytime I have looked at the plants. The cashiers at the checkout lanes have all been friendly but there has been quite a bit of personal talk between checkers & baggers that I don't think is necessary in front of customers. Overall great experience each time I have gone.

Love that we have this location now but there are some serious drawbacks to this location. First… the mobile grocery pickup is a nightmare. Surprise us no cell service to be able to use the app to check-in which is not their only method of check-in. So you are left sitting outside hoping someone notices you are there. And then when you ask how to better get ahold of them, they tell you “you have to use the app”… and then “it’s out of our hands”.The Starbucks in the store is a joke. I’ve waited over 30 minutes on multiple occasions.Every time I check out, I have to babysit the prices. There is a pricing error nearly every single time.The “security gates” at the front… what are we doing here? Running in to grab coffee and you’re forced to go all the way through to the checkout of the store to get out.Love that the store is always well stocked and produce is decent. —I do which they had bulk loose mushrooms to shop from.Great cheese bar and quick grabs at the deli.

Been shopping at this store since it opened and have loved the experience. But the last two Sundays only one checkout open and 5 to 6 customers waiting ahead when I get in line. This is really poor management of Fry's behalf. Maybe it's time to start going back to Walmart. Not a happy camper, you guys are really starting to suck wind!

Being handicap there is always a clean motor cart available. Staff are very friendly and willing to assist if needed. They never seem to run out of items and most are easy to find. Thank you! Don't lose your newness, you guys rock!!

Clean store and good prices, check. One checker open at 945 am with six people in line.... well it sucks. Hire more checkers and stop forcing me to go through self checkout for obvious reasons. When I can do my shopping in 10 minutes and then wait in line to check out for 10 minutes, there's a problem. I'm going back to safeway and their sticky floors. Fix yourself management because you lost my business.

Watch for expiration dates! Just about every Diet Coke we’ve gotten from this Fry’s is either expired or a month from expiring. We’ve been checking them lately and everything is about to expire. Any time we’ve bought one that wasn’t “technically” expired yet, it tastes terrible/flat.The employees have all been great, except the one bagger who does not stop talking and literally tells you every sob story possible. Like….i’m just trying to buy groceries and get the hell out of there, I don’t want to know your life story while you SLOWLY bag stuff so you can talk longer. We avoid any line she is in as much as possible, it’s usually the longest anyways.

Gloria in the Fry’s bakery was Wonderful to work with. She paid attention to all details I shared with her and was spot on with my daughter’s birthday cake, with bright vibrant colors, chocolate cake and fresh strawberry filling, it was a hit at our celebration! My husband and I have been shopping at Fry's Grocery stores for over 15 years. We've always had to drive quite far but it's always been worth it!! Now it's really worth it because of this beautiful new store!! Not only is it convenient, but the staff throughout the store is so caring and supportive, I feel like it's an old time grocery store where people help their customers. Also the managers are truly amazing!! I had an issue with linking my accounts and my fuel points not showing up as well and Avery, one of the managers went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed right before she let me leave the counter. Now that's the way to impress and keep your customers!!! I've shopped for many years at other stores, but Avery's help was so outstanding, this store has now become my number one go-to store!! Thank you again Avery and all of your staff!!!

I had a great experience with one of their employees I was going out to my car with a lot of groceries and this young man Richard R he helped me with all my groceries put everything in the trunk for me and took my basket back as well that was so kind and he’s a great employee!

This place is a horrible place to work. The pay is minimum wage and abysmal, they don't care for your health and well-being, and they make it blatantly apparent that you're expendable. I have a horrible time working here. They will only give you one 15 minute break throughout your entire shift. Despite us working in 90-100° heat I had a full laminectomy done on my back and was still expected to pull 8 carts at a time and I haven't even finished healing yet. Do not work here. It's awful. They will also lie about starting pay and hours available. The company is trash. Work anywhere else. Being here is a waste of time

Stopped by deli section (chicken area) wanting to know if there were going to be fresh chicken wings. Waited had a couple of employees look at me but never came over to assist. Finally got tired of waiting.

This is strictly for the fast food area of the deli. I waited behind a gentleman who was ordering ahead of me and we both watched the lady who was working around noon today 09-2-23. I believe with reddish hair and glasses. She didn't have gloves on at all she kept sniffling and looked depressed and we both watched her flick macaroni with her fingers back into the pile. I just got done getting covid and I don't need to get it again thanks to people not wearing their dam gloves.

I love frys and store is very clean, but every time I go shopping here the cashiers are rude and have an attitude iv been going here since they have opened but after this last shopping trip I will not be shopping here anymore making rude comments about what iv purchased and how I got a lot of groceries when it was a small cart I filled up if they don’t wanna scan groceries find a different position to be in then.

I love doing my grocery shopping at this location in SCW. I have one down the street from my house, but I'd rather come to this one. They always have what I need in stock, and the other location is always missing stuff. This location is always so nice and clean also.One day, two bags missed being put in my cart when we were paying. And I kept forgetting to call Customer Service, well 3 weeks passed and I went to buy groceries again and I went to the front desk and told them.....They asked me what was missing, so I told them 2 boxes of Star Crunches, 5 Nectarines & 5 Plums. And they told me "Go Ahead & Grab Them & We Will Give Them To You!!!" I was so shocked and soooo HAPPY, because the Honor System is still a thing. The ladies and the male mgr were so very nice and kind to us. God Bless Them.

The pharmacist Nick needs to learn a little about customer service. If you say you will call, then call. If you say you will fill meds by a certain time, then get it done. It seems as if he likes the control of when you will get your meds or not. He won’t apologize, he’ll just give you his little smirk. Yes Nick, learn to be a people person, you’re a grocery store pharmacist bud…. Act like an adult.

This location is awesome! It’s a huge store, and there’s a gas station here as well. The deli, bakery and sushi departments are all wonderful. Prices are average for Fry’s stores. The employees are always smiling and have the answers to your questions. Definitely would recommend this location if you’re passing by!

Fry's Store is fabulous! It is a 'Super Store basically, a one stop shopping experience. We went there to purchase Blue Bell Ice Cream... Oh, my goodness! They have a Banana Pudding flavor...it is insanely delicious. The Homemade Vanilla is awesome too. We packed themon dry ice and brought some home to Cali.I hope that Fry's will expand to California...

Received coupons for this new location so we decided to check it out when we needed a few items. It was so nice! Granted it's new, so that is why it's still so clean. It's so organized and open. It was pretty busy for being midday on Wednesday, but because of how open it is it didn't feel busy or crowded. There's so many items and such a great variety in every section. Meat, seafood, cheeses, bread, desserts, drinks, etc. Definitely a great location and so nice for locals!

I love this Fry's! All the employees are so nice and cheerful. I think this Fry's hires the employees from Dutch Bros that didn't want to work outside anymore 😂 I swear they're just so friendly. The store is super clean and stocked all the time The Bud Light is especially in stock 🤣💀 but really, this is my favorite Fry's now.

Most racism I have experienced. I have experienced a lot less in Prescott where there is literally almost no minorities. Here there are a ton why is it that everytime I come here there is always at least one racist watching me like if I'm casing the place. Watch me on the cameras if you're so worried I'm going to steal don't stand less than 5 feet away from me watching me and only me. The self check out man wasn't even watching the Caucasian lady literally just me. I tried being nice said hi to him but he made me very uncomfortable. If I went into frys to watch him like he watched me you would all call the authorities for fear of stalking. In loss prevention with any decent organization they teach you to watch everyone not just minorities. If you have racist employees don't make that my problem. Teach them to not let their hatred show. You work in a country with a lot of different races. Caucasians were not here first. It's despicable because I live 5 minutes away in the new builds. So this place is convenient and I'm going to keep going but I will not refrain myself any longer. I will speak out next time your employees show such blatant racism. Everything would've been fine if he would've watched the Caucasian lady as well but I would glance over or see in my peripheral and he was just watching me.

Just ran in for some wings but the wing bar closed at 7pm on Saturday. However we bought some of the pre-packaged chicken strips Regular and Buffalo. Put them in the air fryer for 15 minutes and they were great for a quick dinner.... Nice place! I can't wait to explore it!
