Decent grocery store. They don't do anything too special. Prices are what you'd expect outside of the occasional item on sale. Their bakery is fine and they have okay beer selection. You can also get unpasteurized milk here. Big fan of that. The employees are mostly cool but there's one redhead lady at the register that's weirdly standoffish. I'm just here to shop bud I don't need your attitude.

Online double charges your card see below.So let me update this after talking with the store manager. His statement to me was( I see all you wanted to do was make a point. ) and points at the ear. Saying I wouldn't be upset if I cared. But because I was shaking I was so frustrated he says I was just wanting to make a scene. No I worked cold cut slaughter houses, and restaurant food. I've had my management serve safe food handlers card. This was a concern from the public about bad food being sold to the public with out them knowing. Most peo0le won't know that this happened. And with more and more doing online shopping, it's scary to think that this is ok.So Google is not allowing me to show the photos of the store and the food safety chart.this has not really gotten much better.

I promise this is relevant to my experience…Toothaches of any kind can be monstrous. I cannot find the words that would appropriately describe the severe pain I was experiencing but I would argue that the pain can be enough that it can render a person utterly helpless and unable to function.I had gone to the ER bc my toothache was so bad. I had to walk about an hour each way in the middle of the night in March bc my car had a flat. They sent my Rx to this Fry’s a few miles away. The store opened at 7 and I was standing there at the door waiting only to find out the pharmacy doesn’t open for a couple of hours more. When the lady arrived late I was still right there waiting. She snaps a very cold and obviously irritated greeting and I explain I had an Rx sent for my toothache she snapped at me again that she just got here and how they are short staffed and there’s 40 other people in front ahead of me so I’ll have to just wait a FEW HOURS. I tried to reason with her, practically begging no in fact, explaining it was just an antibiotic and that I had been in agonizing pain for hours…I eventually went to CVS who had a very hard time getting her to transfer the Rx. She told them she would get to it when she had time. She did not transfer it until just before the pharmacy closed. She reported to the CVS and to the hospital that I was “abusive” and clearly “chasing” the opioid that I didn’t even know was also prescribed. (I have never and will never willingly or knowingly take an opioid medication bc of their risk of dependency).Anyway, this woman took it upon herself to use my health as a weapon against me bc she was having a bad day. I am not sure what was going on in her life up to this point that has caused her to be so hateful towards people who she is able really help feel better, but I wish peace for her.

The Bell and Reems location is great! Still has cashiers and baggers! Good pricing with rewards card and electronic coupon usage! Competitive gas prices as well. Finally beginig renovations to improve the customer experience!

i work at a store attached to this frys and i come in on my breaks for essentials like snacks, drinks, even bandaids etc. but every time i use self checkout (even when in my work uniform) the people working self checkout are literally BREATHING down my neck as im checking out. one time the lady there took an item out of my hand claiming i didn’t scan it but i did. i showed the screen to her and she let go of it and said “fine.” i get yall don’t want people to steal but my god give me some space and you can watch me scan. sushi guys are always very nice tho <3 love them

Went in there at 9am on 2/29/2024 to get a Starbucks drink. The person being trained kept coughing so much and I didn’t feel comfortable drinking my drink when it was done. Would have felt more comfortable if she would have worn a face mask since they are making drinks and handling stuff that goes inside someone’s body. It was very disgusting to me. This Frys has gone downhill along with its grocery and deli department. Most of the employees are rude or don’t care and I used to love coming here everyone used to be very helpful and kind and could put a smile on your face.

As of 4/2024 store is being remodeled and doing upgrades to store and Starbucks. Expect things to be different and items to be in different places in the store. Give yourself an extra 15 min to find items you would normally know where to get

I've always liked Fry's. Two things in particular that I like about this store: The first, Coke products from Mexico, different taste then the American version, not found everywhere and happy it is here. Second, I like the create your own 6 pack of beer. Especially if your wanting to taste a certain new beer, but don't want to commit to a whole 6 pack, this is the way to go. One thing I do not like, is that after 10 pm, your forced to go through the self checkout line, which I'm not a huge fan of, especially when I have produce. Overall, staff is friendly and helpful. I am a regular at this store and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Don't buy from sushi stand his a Rip off I ordered 65.00 of different rolls for The superbowlWhen I asked, I wanted rolls fresh. He said no. I was walking away thinking ok I will order from Ugly tuna on Bell Rd." In surprise He called me back and said he would then make them fresh. So I told him ok, I would wait. I did a little shopping. When my I got home to put my combo rolls on a tray, I was upset. To my surprise, he made me all California rolls with 1/2 of Temporar roll. All were California rolls 65.00 😢 when I picked up my combo rolls, which cost 14.99. I asked if I could have 4-small packets of the sweet sauce. For the rolls I brought, I'm not kidding it was like pulling teeth. He gave me 2. 😡 stay away from this rip-off go elsewhere. You think he gave me 6 packages. I bought 6 containers of rolls. Not knowing that where he made them all california , when I pacifically told him what I wanted on the 6, combo's is 2/11/24 3:30 pm. The superbowl is starting were going to order pizza. 🤨 when my family arrived to watch the game, they asked me why I ordered all California rolls? 😵‍💫

Not good, could not get any information about digital coupons. I stopped a worker that had an apron on and she said. I cannot help you. I'm on break that is where our teenagers are going. She could have answered a quick question although. She just said i'm on break I can't help you

Went to this store this morning for about 8 items. While checking internet said all was in stock. After going there, 4 of the items they said were sold out. Would be. Ice if they stocked their store. Then when I went to check out and the check out computer went out after my items were bagged and in my cart and I had to stand there for 45 minutes for it to go back online while also trying to deal with the rude cashier. Now I know why I don’t go to this store anymore. Let this be a lessen to me….AGAIN!!!!! Nobody knows what is happening in that store. Sure has gone down the tubes!!!!

Most of the employees here are great. Friendly, appropriate, and kind. Unfortunately, Al isn't one of them. He works at the self-checkout lane in the mornings. I came in with my earbuds in, enjoying my morning listening to music and shopping. I went to check out my items. I saw this creep of a man eyeing me. I continued to checkout. He crept closer to me, staring. I continued checking out. When he came up to me on my right, unprompted, facing me, I stuck out my hand and arm to signal to him not to come any closer. I saw him doing all of these things in my peripherary. I then accidentally pressed the "large item button" after creepo did his lonely man slither around me. I clearly had no large items, was checking out perfectly fine on my own, and made zero eye contact with him. But he wasn't giving up. This pathetic, aggressive mess of a man moved to my left, and decided to stand between me and my groceries I had already bagged. He started talking in my face. I had to take my earbuds out to hear what this weird and inappropriate attention seeker wanted. He looked very proud of himself as he said, "So I'm making sure you don't need help". I said nothing and gathered my bags. I asked some lady associates to please call for a manager. Date r@p3 Al smugly told the ladies to call Kristine, the grocery manager. She came up front. She was very kind. I explained what had occurred and asked her to please have Al's manager coach him on correcting his unsettling and strange behavior. I'm depending on Fry's to help this molesty menance curb his aggressive and unnecessary conduct. Thank you for reading this.

They could do better freshness checks in the produce department. I frequently find bad fruit and vegetables on the shelves, but I am overall satisfied with this location.

We are seniors and will no longer shop at Fry’s. We’ve had numerous problems but this was our last experience. The young man working the deli just cut meat while ignoring EVERY customer until we all had to buy from precut meats and walk away. When the clerk asked if I found everything I was looking for (standard question) I told her what happened to me and the other customers. She said she has no authority over deli workers. I told her then perhaps it’s time for me to leave Fry’s and she replied that it’s my prerogative. We never stepped back in Fry’s. We go to Safeway now and the customer service is AMAZING. The deli workers are the best I’ve ever experienced!!

I don't know what her name is. But the manager at night time who unlocks the door. "The short old lady with the glasses" is such a sassy and moody person. I'm a vendor here and she constantly throws a tamptrum anytime I show up and has to run her mouth because she is inconvenienced by doing her job, "unlocking the door for vendors". I'm sick of her and I've never seen her in a good mood. She needs a serious mood adjustment.

I just moved to Surprise from Indiana. This was my first time shopping at the Fry's on W Bell Road. I work off a grocery list on my phone and, at some point in my shopping I set it on a shelf and walked away. When I realized I didn't have my phone, I tried retracing my steps but was too panicked to find it. I ended up at the service booth asking if anyone had turned it in. The lady there took it upon herself to start calling my phone while a lovely young lady went down the aisles listening for its ring. She eventually found my phone and they returned it to me. I can't say enough good things about this store and especially those two ladies. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! You have created a loyal customer.

Wow!!! Fantastic service from Bre in the bakery department. Asked her about Peanut butter cookie 🍪 'There were none out' She just had some come out of the oven. And gave me the BEST Peanut butter cookie!!! But she went above and beyond. Bre is a true asset to your team 👏

Went afternoon, found parking spot up front. Went looking for spiral cut ham, on sale for$1.27 lb, but was sold out in other stores this store had several to choose from along with boneless spiral cut hams, though not on sale. Happy to have scored!. Unfortunate though, as in other grocery stores, did not find any fresh basil. Even the little seedling pots were gone. Guess everyone's making caprice salad! Checkout was quick, and purchased scratch tickets.
