Good selection. Tons of products to buy especially ones I didn't know I needed. Loved their selection of frozen meals that are quick and easy to make. Their taco meal kit was amazing. Just the right amount of food for three--we had leftovers. And the tortillas were amazing. A must try for any one looking for a quick and easy yet delicious meal.

Nevertheless, the store maintains exceptional cleanliness and organization throughout. Despite the crowd, the food court operates efficiently, minimizing wait times. A special touch comes from the receipt checkers who consistently draw happy faces for my kids, bringing joy to their shopping trip. Costco remains a top choice for our family, offering not just quality products but also memorable experiences that keep us coming back week after week.

Wonderful Costco. Great for truck driver deliveries. Fast unloading, clean restrooms and friendly service. Great place for shopping as well. Can’t beat the prices. Love Costco.

Went to get my eye prescription filled. The wait is a bit ridiculous, an hour long. Quite frankly, the frame choices were very disappointing and extremely limited, in my opinion. I didn't find anything I really liked, so I reordered my current frames... again! I just need to see. LOL

Pretty typical costco experience on the inside. It's never too hard to find parking and the front of the store is blocked off for pedestrians so you don't get mowed down by someone who shouldn't have their license anymore. The gas station is well equipped to handle large capacity and they have a complimentary nitrogen tire filling station near the tire shop on the side that is made available for members.

Need to consider hiring people who areactually capable of doing their job. The senior citizen who can barely read didn’t accept my digital card at the entrance. I guess Sam’s is the way to go.

Honestly! I would never consider a membership if this is the store you want to attend. This place is within a few miles of snowbird territory and you will be stuck fighting the white haired crowd for 10 months of the year. Fuel lines are way to long and they kill the locals ability to use facilities in the area. Avoid this side of town unless you just want snowbirds to know who is flipping the SSI checks.

This place is great. They have everything you could want. Also it is easy to get too from the 303 or from other side roads. Big plus is the gas lines are usually moving fast as well as the food court. Also everyone is very friendly.

Our favorite shopping store. Yes, I spend tons of money at Costco, but it's well worth it. Today, I saw an item that I previously purchased, and it was $50 less expensive, so I asked if I could get the discount although I had already bought it, and they gave me a $50 gift card. Nice

While I love Costco for so many things this parking lot is such a cluster that I avoid it most of the time. If you manage to get there at an off time you can get the things you need fairly quickly. Service is always good, but man they really cram you in that lot with all the businesses nearby.

I tried to get my prescription filled. Pharmacy said they had my prescription in stock. When I called to get eta they informed me that it was not in stock and needed to wait a few days to fill. No call to advise of out of stock. Left me scrambling to get my prescription filled. No communication with customers.

This is a very nice and newer location. I have been here once in September and once right before Christmas. Both times, the staff was honestly so nice! The time before Christmas was a mad house, and the staff kept it together! I give great thanks to all!! You are all Rockstars! Cheers and Happy Holidays!

Costco is our preferred shopping center. The long lines, crowed parking and checkout are minor to the selection and cost offered. The membership pays for itself in savings. Love Costco.

I Came Grocery Shopping With My Niece And Great Nephew's. Yup Definitely Got Hooked Up With A Complimentary Scooter To Ride While Shopping. I Always Have Liked How You Can Get Almost Every Thing @ Costco. Oh Yeah This Costco Didn't Have Any Bagels. We Did Find Everything Else We Needed Or Wanted. We Also Loved The Food @ Food Court. Oh Yeah Even Though Are Order Was Lost While Using The Automated Kiosk And We Had To Wait Until We Realized They Lost Our Order. Yeah No Apologies Or Anything. I Say Come But Be Careful When Using The Automated Kiosk When Ordering Food. Oh Yeah Hopefully They'll Stock Some Bagels. Yup Definitely Good Luck.

Visiting from out of state, and it's amazing how much the people of the greater Phoenix area love thee big box scores. I've been to the Costco in Scottsdale, North Phoenix and Surprise and they have all been busy during the day.This Costco had what I was looking for, and the lady in customer service that helped me out was extremely friendly and competent. It really was a pleasure to have her help me.

Today my work had a Costco Christmas Shopping event. I went with my wife and her cousin. We had so much stuff to carry out and it was incredibly daunting to think of loading up my 85" Honda Civic with 9 Carts of items! But have no fear because Costco employed the likes of Tyler Harold and RobMartinez! These two guys were absolutely the best! Helped my wife and I load up our Vehicle with zero complaints. I even attempted to tip them and they graciously declined.So Thank you Costco but more over THANK YOU Tyler and Rob, oh and special Thanks to Chris our Cashier! You had Graceful patience with all our items and made jokes around the entire time. I want the management team to know I will ONLY shop and get gas from this Costco because of these 3 Employees. I will refer everyone to this unbeatable location!

I’ve lived in Arizona all my life! I’m fifth generation Arizonan. This Costco is terrible!! EVERY single time I go to this Costco I always, always get people at the exit door literally go thru every item I bought and counts it. And the next time I go I’m going to record how they check every minority’s receipts and it’s only minorities. I have an executive membership and I’m so upset that they treat me this way! And yes! I know they’re suppose to check receipts. But when they don’t do it to EVERYONE and only a “select” few, it’s not right! DO BETTER COSTCO!!! 😡

I usually only visit this Costco when I'm visiting my grandma and everyone wants pizza. Costco has great pizza and yesterday was even better cuz it was loaded with pepperoni. Also got gas there're lights to let you know a pump is open it's a nice touch. I have trouble seeing around the cars to know if the pump in front is open so the lights are a big help.

This is strictly to the tire service. We scheduled an appointment to get our snow tires taken off and our regular tires put on. Last Sunday, the rep never asked us if either set of tires were purchased at Costco (neither were, they were purchased at Discount Tire before we had a Costco membership), so we went ahead and locked in an appointment for today. I come in at the appointment time and a different rep asks me if the tires were purchased at Costco, and after I said no, they said they wouldn't perform the service, even though it's a service.Bottom line, really poor communication on the policy within the tire department, which wasted my time. I respect the policy, but it needs to be communicated up front moving forward.

Just plain rudeness?During my visits to a Costco, I found the front greeter welcoming, but had negative experiences with the optical department when trying to get lenses for my frames. Initially, they refused to work on my Bluetooth frames, citing potential damage. Returning with regular frames, I encountered dismissive and rude behavior from staff members Lena and Linda, who claimed they couldn't work on these either, citing issues with cold mount frames. This contrasted with positive experiences at Sam’s Club, Target, and Walmart, where staff readily agreed to fit lenses. I lean towards attributing this to poor customer service, I hope Costco addresses these inconsistencies, as other optical departments have shown more professionalism and courtesy.

Just bought a couple pairs of convertible hiking pants. REI charges $79 but at Costco they were $21. REI quality for their convertible hikers has gone down so far the past 5 years that Costco pants are almost as good. Both places have a 1w month return policy for members so why spend 4x the price. Go to Costco.

This place was bustling, as expected, just 6 days after its grand opening. The store was huge and tidy. The selection of goods seems a bit more high end and diverse than my usual store in Avondale--more like the offerings in the nicer neighborhoods of Phoenix.
