Had 6miles left on the tank by the time we got to thankfully, the nearest Gas Station, Circle K!Was really hungry and went in to ask about the free grill item, candy and drinks and Logan was really helpful. Jorrel, even more tried to help out when I asked about the free slice of pizza for birthdays.Appreciate how they are very welcoming and comfortable to talk to especially when we were asking to claim the app freebies.Circle K has some really great staff!Haven't had a bad experience since I started going to their stores. Hope Circle K treats their Franchisee and the Store Staff well. :)

Wow, circle k, you gotta be kidding right, selling food products with mold. That's disgusting. People watch what you buy, don't get sick. Why aren't the employees checking on the inventory. 🤮🤮🤮

DO NOT go to this Circle K as they may have the police called on you and you trespassed if you are on property longer than 5 minutes. By the way, company policy is 15 minutes not 5 minutes. But apparently they like to call police on their customers. Definitely NOT welcoming.Customer Service... Horrible, rude, nasty, and completely lacking anything that resembles service.The store is constantly filthy, from parking lot to inside. Poorly stocked. Spills, sticky surfaces, trash, and definitely don't eat any grill items as they have most likely been the same items since the previous shift. Grills are also NEVER cleaned properly. This store will make you sick!

On Monday morning at approximately 6:03am I called this Circle K and asked the manager Jarrell (sp?) I had reached the Circle K on Bell Road and Sarival (insert Spanish accent). He told me in an irritated tone that it was "Sarival" (American accent). I kindly let him know I was using the Spanish pronunciation. I continued to be personable and asked if they carried any type of spring water. He told me Circle K brand (untrue). I asked if they had any other brand of spring water? In a curt and abrupt manner he said, "You're gonna have to hold on!" After I held for about five minutes, he came back on the line and told me the other spring water they stock is, "Life Water" (no, it isn't). I said, "It sounds like you're having a rough day, I'll just come in and see your selection." When I came in, I received kind customer service from John. He helped me find the water I needed. John and I exchanged a high-five and laughs. I'm hoping John's kindness and customer-focused manner will rub off on Jarrell (sp?), because he certainly requires coaching.

This Circle K is one of the worst on a sadly consistent basis. They seem to always be out of hot food but on the rare occasion that they have a hot dog or two, the buns are so incredibly hard that they must be from prehistoric times. More often than not, they only have 1 clerk at the counter so you better plan on a looooooong wait. Every time I have visited the bathroom it's clear that cleanliness is not a corporate or franchise goal. And don't go for the nachos - they rarely have any cheese. Makes me positively long for the time it's replaced by a Qwik Trip. Just to summarize, unless you're into all things substandard, avoid this location like the plague!

Hit and miss whether the fountain drinks will be working or not. Gas prices are competitive. It is a Circle K, expect what you would get at most other Circle Ks

Super, SUPER busy. There were two employees there, only one girl at the register and the guy changing the trash. The line was wrapped around the store. The guy should've let the trash outside wait and help the girl!!

I have been visiting this store nearly everyday for years and never had any issues until the last couple of weeks. This store is now extremely dirty and sticky, the supplies for the soda machines are always out or close to it and the staff is rarely as out going and friendly. I have a feeling there is new management and they are not able to deal with a store that is this busy. May be time for another change until then I'm finding another store.

The slushies are great, but we bought fountain drinks this time and they had a foul taste and smell. I hadn't had a sip of mine yet before my four-year-old blew through half of theirs, but once I did taste it; it was bad. I chewed some of the ice and found that the strange taste and smell definitely came from the ice. It tasted like old sink water. I'm not sure if something got into the ice maker and it needs to be cleaned, or what. But if my kid gets sick because the machines aren't being kept up and you guys are are actually selling nasty water/ice, there will be a more serious complaint.

New to the area went in to cash in my scratchers last night. The cashier a lady with curly hair definitely in her late 40s maybe 50s. Was very rude. Didn't give me the correct amount for my scratchers claimed it was the scanner. Im not sure if she's stealing from people or the store or if this machine is reading tickets wrong but either way taking money out of people's pockets is wrong. I tried calling this morning no answer just rings. I need corporate number.

This has been happening on and on I've been noticing but they only have one employee the line is always backed up the drinks are sticky the store is not that clean and they do not restock as often as it should this store is going to get shut down because QT is going to take over simple terms

They are NOT enforcing the mandatory mask requirement in this store. About 40% of the customers that I saw were maskless. I am in an at-risk category and don't appreciate having to be exposed to wanton germ spreading inside a business that is supposed to be requiring face masks. They wouldn't ring up somebody with no pants or underwear on, it should be the same for morons who can't put on a mask to go shopping in a store.

Supposed to be 24 hours but I walked all the way there only for a sign to be on the door that said "employee in the bathroom be back soon" but after waiting for a long time no employee ever came out. I'm pretty sure the employee was hanging out with his friends out front and watched me wait by the door but did nothing.

Store is always dirty. Fountain drink area is sticky. They charge $1.50 for air (5min). The only reason I would stop there is if I really had no other choice. I prefer QT.

They keep raising prices on products and remodeling their stores however it took me a month to get the lights in the parking lot fixed after talking to corporate several times it could have been fixed in one day but it took them a month and they also have a tendency to run out of gas so you have to go somewhere else

This store has gone down hill fast. Over the last 6 months it has gone form a well cared for store to trashed. Unclean floors, products are always out or not put on the shelf, counters are always dirty, floors are always sticky, and trashes are always full. Please fix the issues management.

This place is a dump. I don’t ever think they’ve ever cleaned the soda machines. The levers that dispense the soda are caked with syrup, so gross. Too bad because their prices are good. I wouldn’t step foot in the bathrooms either.

I've been coming to this store since I've moved to surprise, since the 2nd grade. Everyone who works in this store knows who I am 100%. There is one man by the name of Christopher who just recently started working here and every time I come in he holds my ID up to my face and tells me that my ID is not me. Keep in mind in all of my 4 picture IDs that I presented him today look the exact same with the same information on them, I have recently went blonde, I came in at 4:15 am Ish so I am not wearing makeup this morning(I usually wear heavy makeup because I am a makeup artist) and he yet again tells me he can't sell me the same pack of cigs I buy every time I come in. The difference this time is he is the only one working and that is the only reason I couldn't walk out with cigs. Every other time I come in, there is always another worker who corrects him after accusing me of using someone else's ID saying 'yes that is her, she comes in all the time'. After he says 'I can't sell these to you unless you have another state ID'(like I just carry around my birt certificate or something) I tell him that this is literally the 4th time he has done this to me. He responds acting ignorant about it as if he doesn't recognize me. He continues to be rude and accuse me of using someone else's ID, humiliating me every time I come in in front of other customers when I have been coming here forever. Its funny because I make 5x more than he does and he is treating me like I am some bum off the street who stole someone's ID. I asked if anyone else was working because anyone else could have vouched for me like they do every other time. He says no, he told me the manager will be in at 530am. Unfortunately I am in a hurry to drive to a Phx hospital to see my brother who was just found on the side of the road by a police officer passed out. Hence the reason I appear to have just gotten out of bed. Not having a good morning and then of course I have to deal with this ignorant employee. I am very emotional right now because I have NEVER experienced bad customer experience to this extent. I will be back WITH my social security card. I do not think I will be coming back to this circle K as long as he works here, unless he is dealt with by management. I am disappointed considering I come here so often. If he is ilnot dealt with I will be writing corporate. And this WILL be something I pursue until something is done. I am tired of being disrespected, accused of being a theif/liar and humiliated. Its also funny because I can go in and not even get carded. He KNOWS who I am because he does this to me every time I come in and there's always someone who corrects him but because it was just him working he took advantage of the fact and refused to sell them to me KNOWING WHO I WAS, KNOWING EVERYBODY ELSE CORRECTS HIM EVERY OTHER TIMR HE TRIES TO DO THAT. He knows exactly who I am. My name isn't common and neither is my face. For some reason he doesn't like me and he chooses to take advantage of the fact that I'm trying to buy cigs from him at the register. Who holds see someone's ID up to their face for 3 minutes looking back and forth, NOT ASKING ANY QUESTIONS LIKE 'WHATS YOYR ADDRESS, BIRTHDAY ETC'. If I'm not mistaken, just because you say that someones picture doesn't look like them isn't enough reason to refuse them service. He did not ask Me not one question for identification. And again, he does this to me eeeeverytime I come in so the fact he was acting like he has never seen me before while he knows that everyone else in the store always tells him 'ya that's her' after he tries to give me problems, is ridiculous. He KNOWS who I am and KNOWS that everyone always has to correct him for his behavior towards me. Sorry if this is repetitive. I have never been so angry and appalled! Please take action about your employee or I am going to have to contact someone who will. He breaks multiple rules/laws while interacting with me for starters. That's not even getting into the way he treats me and his actions.

I have never seen a more disgusting dirty soda station! I tried to take pictures of how dirty it was but pics didn't capture the filth!! I honestly have never seen anything like it. There's no way anyone has cleaned the area in a while! GROSS!!

Cheyenne is rude and disrespectful. I had a woman come in harassing me. The woman was outside begging people for money. I didnt give her money. I let the male clerk know people were soliciting customers outside at 11:30 at night. They lady came in yelling at me. Cheyenne proceeded to tell me while waiting in line to buy items. This crazy lady yelling at me. Told me to m.k ind my own business. A paying customer.... incredibly unprofessional. I will be contacting corprate.

Too many high school druggies chill here for fun. “Let’s go to Circle K and rev our mommy and daddy’s car engines” QT (QuikTrip) is what I call a real gas station where employees take care of their customers and also the restrooms are ALWAYS clean.
