Our pets were checked in for thirteen days of boarding flea and tick free and current on their heart worm, flea and tick medications. When we picked up our pets we were informed the Doctor discovered ticks on both dogs after performing a dental procedure on one of our pets on the last day of boarding. This was after paying a very substantial boarding invoice.When we made the inquiry on how our dogs who never had a flea or tick in their lives could have been infested - were never given a satisfactory answer.

Allan took plenty of time to go over my dogs new diet and to remove certain medications she was on. He explained the bad side affects associated with it also. He also went over what will happen going forward, with diet, supplements and daily exercise. Very happy to be back with Allan.

Our little girl is a nervous pup as she has ridgeback in her DNA but she has no problem going in here to get her nails done. She loves Maria.
