I have been taking my Aussie to another groomer for a couple of years now. I'm not going to name names and drag anyone's business under the bus but that place just wasn't doing a good job on him.I decided it was time to take my boy somewhere else. I did allot of research and came across all the wonderful reviews for Precious Paws. I decided to give them a chance.I called and spoke to the owner, who was amazing! She took the time to listen to all of my concerns and tracked exactly what i wanted.When I showed up today's she remembered everything from our phone conversation!The groomers there are amazing! I have to say I am 💯% satisfied with the work they put into my dog. Not only does he look beautiful but his temperament after leaving there in comparison, is night and day.! I could not recommend them more!Please take your fur babies there! They are great!

I took this pup in today to get his nails trimmed. I called twice prior with questions and was met with kindness. Walk in hours arefrom 11-1:00. I was literally in and out within 5 minutes! The ladies (and their pup) were great to talk with. I highly recommend.

Hard to find a good groomer that knows how to take care of coookies...English bulldogs is a hard breed to clean glad I found precious paws. They do great reasonably price perfect amount of time spent and they seem to always squeeze me in.

love this place! I have had bad experiences at other places but since finding Precious Paws, they are my favorite and would highly recommend them. They are great with fur babies! Danielle is so sweet and kind and treats your pet as her own.

I was out of the valley for a while, but have returned. I was able to get an appointment right away. My Shih Tzu Mickey was so happy to see the owner Michelle, they picked up just were they left off. Erica groomed him today, did a great job. We're so glad to be back home. He came home happy, clean & well groomed.

Our pup is extremely skittish at the groomer. He is a rescue and gets so scared that he literally shakes the entire experience. We heard this salon was under new ownership and decided to give it a try. Boy were we happy we did! The new owner heard about our guy and his nerves. She arranged for him to come in for the first appointment of the day (the amazing groomer came in and got started right away too) to get started on his groom in a calmer atmosphere. Both women were extremely loving and calm for our pup. They finished quickly and got us headed home as soon as they could, which I appreciated. Their prices were fair and our dog looked amazing. He even had a dapper bandana. We will DEFINITELY be back. The new ownership is a win!

I've been bringing my pet here for about 10 years and always pleased with the grooming results. Most times, I can get an appointment the next day; they are very accommodating. The Groomers are kind, patient, gentle and truly love our pets. Prices have increased slightly, but the quality of their experience speaks volumes. I highly recommend this business.

This is a wonderful dog groomer! They are dog lovers, so friendly and welcoming. When I have gone to other groomers my pup doesn't want to stay when I drop him off, but since finding this place he is excited for his grooming. Prices are fair and they are very flexible in scheduling too. So happy I found this groomer and so is my doggie.

Friendly staff! My puppy was scared so they trimmed his nails in the lobby while I held and pet him got it done super fast. When we got home I noticed a few of his nails were still long, so I had to file them. But overall I’m satisfied with this place.

Going here is really fun. Everything is clean and smells good. It's not hard to get an appointment. Other salon have 1 month waiting list, but here they don't. They are pretty fast and still do a nice job wit our shih tzu. When we went there, it feels like I'm just talking with my friends at home. Everyone is so nice and entertaining, specially the new owner with her dog! Make sure to bring cash as they don't do card for now.

The girl that did my dog was rude and they cut my dog's private part it was red like it was bleeding!And they didn’t do what I wanted them to do and they cut his eyelashes which make their eyes go crazy. and when he came back home he was scared but the last time we got his hair cut at different places he did not act like that as well when he got back in the car he shook of hair like she didn't wash his after. And it's not that my dog's hair was matted the haircut did not turn as I wanted it to be. it's how they did it how they made him bleed and cut eyelashes him scared.

I will give it 4 stars, as I've not been yet. My dog is scheduled for grooming two days from now. Lady sounds really nice and knowledgeable. Also, and this sealed the deal... Lady sounds like she loves what she does! That's a PLUS in any field! Also, they are just a little over a mile from me, prices are very reasonable and....I think we have started a friendship!

I've been taking my Border Collie mix to Michelle and the girls for almost a year and I couldn't be happier with Precious Paws. They are always kind and helpful and take great care of my pup. He always looks great after getting groomed. I would highly recommend this grooming salon!

Michelle (owner) is a really great lady who takes her work very professionally and you can tell she loves and cares for your pets. We usually have Nicole groom our dog and she always does a great job. I highly recommend precious paws!!!!

Lovely, friendly, and courteous owner, employees seemed happy and professional. Very loyal customers, and my dogs adjusted quickly, even for their first visit, as we were told that they were well behaved. This may be our permanent groomer, we'll see after a second visit.

This is the BEST place to bring your pups for grooming. Michelle, the owner, is one fantastic lady. And the groomers are great. Nicole does Sams every month and I wouldn't think of taking him anywhere else

A good enough experience for both me and my companion. I can say they actually do take walk-ins. They were fruendly, fast, and a good price. As with a lot of groomers, the reception area is a bit tight. I highly recommend This place.

Best groomers I have found! I have moved away from the area and tried several different groomers who dont compare. i ask them for a specific hair cut for my schnauzer and they deliver everytime. The staff even clears away all the discoloration from her weeping eyes! i have yet to find this in other groomers! I will be making the hour drive to start taking my dog to precious paws again!

They were very nice, but the grooming itself was very poor. The cut was uneven, legs/feet were hardly touched, and it looked like they didn't trim her nails. Missed spots on the underside. Overall, a lousy job, imho. Really sorry I tipped them and I won't be returning.

They do a terrific job. Reasonably priced and reasonablet time. When my dog comes back she's not all stressed out from the grooming.
