Was told before I opened and purchased the cape that it was adjustable with pins on each end which what I was looking for. I asked before I bought if all capes were like this with no buttons, the young girl called the manager and said yes none have buttons. I open it and it’s a cape with buttons. Tried calling and she said she would call her manager and see what she could do. Just asking for an exchange. Was told all sales are final when I wasn’t told that in the store. Should have went to Lionetti’s!

I’ve been going to Leo since he was located in Glendale. This man made me feel like I had known him my entire life, and have since then kept doing business with him & his wife Mayra. Great people, good vibes, and are always attentive to the work at hand. This is the place to come to for all your service/sharpening, and just overall Barbering needs!

Over-promised and under-delivered.Dropped off a clipper blade for sharpening. Was told 1 week turnaround. 2 weeks later, still not completed, was then told to wait 2.5 weeks more. No thanks. Picked up and will go elsewhere.

All around the best in town! They have all your wants and needs and their team is always welcoming and friendly. I've been using Leo as my servicer for all of my equipment for my entire pet grooming career (11 years). I don't trust anyone else with my stuff. He always fixes and services everything properly the first time so I never have to worry about going back for adjustments!

Was told they were very busy and it would take 2.5 weeks. I was the only person in the store. 3 weeks later still no clippers, called and was told he has them on his desk so should be anytime now. 3.5 weeks called again was told he has them on his desk, they will call me. 4.5 weeks still no clippers was told he has them on his desk. I said that excuse is worn out he's had them on his desk for 3 weeks now. I said check, if they're not done give them back and I'm going elsewhere, if he's working on them then I want them by Wednesday, they said they will be ready. 5th week Wednesday called, same excuse they're on his desk. I said you told me Wednesday that's today. I was put on hold. They came back on the phone and said they will be done by end of day today. I waited until the next morning Thursday and went to pick them up. The counter person said they are not done. I said I called and was told by end of day yesterday, I want my clippers. She said I don't know who told you that and I was off yesterday. I said you don't know who covers when you are off. She said no unless you got a name. She said he's working on them we'll notify you when they're done. I replied you know you just lost a customer right. She shrug her shoulders. Ok I'll be writing you a bad review for sure. Note store was empty again except for me.The next day they texted me that they were done. I went back again got my clippers with a receipt of what they supposedly did, paid over $100. To be treated poorly. Cut my dogs today and they were still doing the same thing as they were when I took them in. One cut so so, the 2nd pair didn't cut at all. All it did was pull my dogs hair so badly the dog yelped in pain. 5 weeks, attitude every time I called or went by, and still the clippers don't work. I paid to have 2 clippers tuned up, and 4 blades sharpened. All I got was a headache out of the deal. Will never go there again.

Love this store. Leo is the man!!! I drive about 30 miles to come here. I was very nervous my first time as I had hacks claim they know how to repair and sharpen clippers and have made them worse than they came in. From the moment I first walked in I was welcomed and felt great about the place. Leo knows this game very well. Very knowledgeable and explained every detail he was going to do to my clippers. I won’t go anywhere else!!! They got all the products and great prices that us barbers need! Thank you Leo and fam!

Been going to Leo for years to keep my Clippers/trimmers sharp and on point and to also buy all the barber supplies I use on the daily. He is always professional and punctual about getting my tools to me as quick as possible even with his busy schedule. His staff/family are really good people and are knowledgeable about the barber industry so if I ever want to try something new I completely trust their recommendations I'll never go anywhere else but to Keep Them Sharp they are the best in the west hands down!

When I first started barber school I went to their old location in Glendale and was overwhelmed. Leo and his wife walked me through all of the things I needed. Because they were so welcoming and helped explained things to a new barber like myself I have been a loyal customer since.
