This store has a great variety and I ran out of time before I was done. Clean and organized. Friendly staff. The pricing is amazing! The jewelry department has so much to choose from. My first time there, and I will be back!

Nice little store, but overpriced.

Neat, clean, lots of interesting items that are well priced. Proceeds benefit the local community. Stays well stocked all year around with quality merchandise, but bulges at the seams in the spring when winter visitors go home. Also great place to donate.

I hadn’t been to this resale shop for quite a long time. When I visit this shop I’m expecting quality items for a fair price. Yes, their prices are higher than many thrift stores, but I’m always able to find beautiful things when I shop there. I never go in expecting something for practically nothing. If a price is higher than what it might be elsewhere, I’m happy to pay it, because it goes to a good cause. This is what is on their website …“100% of the net proceeds from Sun Health Foundation’s Resale Shops stay right here in our community—and all purchases are sales-tax free.”

Visually-appealing shop with quality merchandise and friendly staff that meet high-volume demands. This resale business location is a comfortable drive either off Bell Road or R.H. Johnson Blvd. *And offers a P/U and delivery service at a nominal charge on most hard-to-handle bulky, large items! I’m happy with my recent purchase and plan on re-visiting this locale soon.

Clearing an estate and have brought several very full trunks of donations. Not a hello, goodbye, or thank you from the employees outside. No help removing items from the trunk in the terrible heat. I agree with the comments of others on the "attitude" of the staff. Will not be donating to this store again as there are many other charities with a friendlier, more helpful, staff.

We used to love to go here but no more. Whoever they have as a manager is absolutely outrageous on her prices now. You definitely need a new one that knows how to price items... People don't want to pay retail prices on used donated items... That's why they skip here and go to garage sales....

Went for the first time yesterday and it was a wonderful experience! It's spacious and organized. They must offer random sales. I bought 2 lamps very reasonably priced. Woman at the check out counter was delightful. Easy to find location with loads of parking.

sure, the prices have risen, but they were very low when I started shopping here ten years ago. they are still fair. the furniture they sell is super clean, never junk, and all electrics are tested before being put on the shelf. the clothing is well organized and clean. many high-end labels. the displays improve all the time. I think they have nearly outgrown this space!

The store is organized and clean which is great! The prices are outrageous - even on 50% off day. If you want a $10 Tshirt this is your place. The employees are not very friendly.I would love to spend my money here and support them but I can't afford to.

Overpriced, attitude from the higher level staff. My husband who has nerve damage in feet had to sit on one of their used chair for sale due to pain in his feet. Manager-in-charge that day walked by and said that space is not for rent. Oh really? No worries, I put back the things that were in my arms and turned around and walked out. That was the first and last time, I will ever go there.

I have been a long time shopper at this thrift store. Sadly due to the pandemic I haven't ventured to too many shops other than grocery since mid-March. Thursday, 10/22, I decided to stop by the store with mask on my face. First, on the door was a sign stating if you have a mask please wear it. HUH? Then inside there were 3 volunteers, one with mask dangling around her neck. In addition two women ahead of me, not wearing masks, entered the store.. foolish me thinking they would put masks on inside.. nope...so I turned around and left not buying a thing and stated to the volunteers no mask, no shopping. Sad...they just lost a good customer. What I really don't get...this is BANNER HEALTH...why are masks not required? With numbers of cases rising exponentially across the country one would hope that a Health providing organization's store would make it mandatory.

This place is the best. It's a small operation with a small selection of merch. But that stuff is almost always the best in category, name brands and top designers. It's not consignment but close in quality. I have only ever bought clothes here, but I'm sure the furniture and housewares are the same. It isn't vintage for the most part, but contemporary. I think it has something to do with being in wealthy sun city, where the wealthy elderly have to leave their schwag somewhere. Prices are a pittance. Seriously, today was %50 off day on top the redic already low prices. My designer shorts, were 8 dollars were of course only 4 bucks. And as it was Phoenix at the end of June, so of course I bought a designer leather motorcycle jacket with liner reg $20. Was 10$. Its not a huge selection, but higher end things for lots cheap and sales with regularity. You wont regret it. Decent selection of electric devices for the kitchen, living room and even bathroom. Its charity run too. Their website or the sign on the door has the details on that.

Relatively high priced for items that are at least ten to twenty years old. Won't recommend coming here if you like bargain hunt for modern merchandise

This used to be one of the favorite and best thrift stores around. I noticed in August prices had gone up, and thought maybe it was because summer frequency of customers is lower, the snow birds had not yet returned. But no, the prices are just as high now and the snow birds are back. It's really not so much a thrift store any longer as a store that sells used items at market prices. I googled the problem and thrift store prices are rising everywhere. Because they can. More and more people have discovered bargains at thrift stores, the younger generation that can't easily afford department store prices, working parents on tight budgets, retirees on fixed incomes, oh wait, that's me, and many of my neighbors and friends here in our little community of SCW. Sadly, my favorite little thrift store is either having to keep up with inflation and feeling the pinch or are just keeping up with the trend of price hikes in "thrift" stores in many places. Sad to see profit motive driving my favorite thrift store that is supposed to be for our community.

You know that song "Thrift Shop" by Macklemore and Ryan Lewis? This is literally the physical representation of that song. I have found more treasures here than any place in a 3,000 mile radius. This place rocks.

Seriously overpriced. $8 for a pilling, old dress from Target. $10 for an old shirt from Walmart that you could get brand new for that price.

Overpriced. Guess they think they are in sun city west so the traffic can bear more. Whatever, I won't go back. And the place is just where bunch of old people dumped their now out of style clothes, etc. Place was also boring. However staff was nice but rather ditzy.

It is a nice selection of used items, with the purchases going to a good cause, hospital care. My grandma and I had a few purchases and two staff members were very helpful with answering our questions and helping is out.

Nonprofit shop with inventory changing daily. More upscale than general second-hand stores. I like it for its variety: furniture and fine art to knitting supplies.

Was dancing at a birthday party after hours, but I did take a long look at the items through the window. I would go back during regular hours and most likely leave with a irisistable items.

Overall this store is very good. Because of being staffed by volunteers it can be difficult to get a question answered.
