Dr. Johnson and staff were so friendly and hard working! They were very accommodating to everyone. It was nice to see how much they cared for every single animal and owner. They took the time in the waiting room to go over medications, questions and concerns with everyone. My heart just melted in delight. You weren't just a dollar sign to them. You can tell they truly care.

Our dog had growth on her chest and they scheduled surgery in four weeks. The growth became larger quickly. I called and they rescheduled surgery for the next day. Everyone in the office was wonderful both to our dog and us. The day after the surgery, we went in because we thought something was wrong with the drain. Three people stopped to talk to us and assured us everything was alright. I cannot thank them for their patience and compassion.

The doctors were just absolutely wonderful! The nurses and staff were sweet and kind when we had to put our German Shepherd down. I forget the doctors name because it was a very sad day, and I was our first visit there.2 months later we saw Dr. Gifford for our other German Shepherd for a toe injury. He took his time to address the issue and just loved my dog. He sat on the floor with my dog and comforted him. He even let him lick his face. (My dog was scared to death because it was his first visit to a doctor ever.) He was very compassionate and Easy to talk to. He explained everything and make sure I understood everything. I have never been to a veterinary office like that in my life. It was the best place ever!

We recently had a scare with our Australian Cattle Dog Smokey. He became lethargic, blood in his stool, and wasn’t eating or drinking. We called and they were so amazing and got us a same day apt. Dr.G and his head nurse took so much time with us and answered all our worry wart questions. He acted quick got Smokey admitted for fluids, x-rays , blood work, and observation. From the front office staff, to the vet techs, and the doctors everyone was friendly professional and accommodating. Our Smokey is now healthy and we will be continuing care with this facility from here on out. Take your fur babies here!!

My little dog was in so much pain she would yell loudly upon any movement at all. Dr. Giffords got her started on the right protocol of meds and by morning she was almost her self again. Through testing he ruled out Valley Fever and Bone Cancer. Final diagnosis is severe Osteo Arthritis.Dr Giffords is the first Veterinarian I've ever had that actually loves dogs!!! And people too!

Best Vet in Maricopa County!!! I would drive from Queen Creek just to come here if I had to. Dr. Winston really seemed to care and thoroughly explained everything to me. They are a good $25 cheaper for an appointment than just about any vet in Phoenix and I know., I've taken my dog to 4 different vets in 6 months and by far Dr. Winston and staff are the best.

I followed Dr Johnson from another practice. The office is always so busy, you can hardly get through on the phone and the waiting room is usually always packed and chaotic. The front desk is very friendly, but doesn't seem efficient. I took my dog there because the left side of her face had paralysis, sadly I don't think that she was diagnosed appropriately. I tried in vane to get in touch with Dr Johnson and by the time I got a reply I had already seeked another vet. I am only posting this because I want patients to know support for your pet could be lacking.

I was a new patient, was ignored at the front desk when I walked in and waited over 45 minutes past my appointment time to get called back to a room. Dr. Giffords was a great doctor and truly cared and that’s the only reason why I’m giving 2 stars. I was estimated a price that was about $100 off from true pricing and when it was time to pay the lady wouldn’t show me what I was charged for first. I was expected to just hand over my card for over $600 bill.I was calling over and over for results because they were off on saying I would get my results on a certain day. I was put on hold over and over which might as well be an eternal hold. I had to physically go into the office just to get results because no one would call me back.Obviously, they don’t need any new customers and I was not happy about how much I had to pay to go with my experience.

They were able to get us in for an emergency on short notice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Prices were reasonable as well. They were very good with handling my dog, so I recommend them based on a good experience.

Very unhappy with what happened in this office on Monday, Apr 1. After waiting 2 weeks for an appointment, I brought my Cockapoo to Dr. Johnson for vaccinations and check up. I mentioned her eye was producing goop and big boogers. She said, without really examining my dog, that this breed has this problem.Well, by Wednesday it got worse and I had to take her to AMC in Surprise and within two minutes they found an Eye Ulcer in her right eye. She could have gone blind!I've been going to this Vet for 5 years now and Dr. Campbell and Dr. Winston were the best. I will never go back to this office. When I texted Dr. Johnson this information her reply was "I'm sorry it was missed and glad she has received treatment" Such carelessness, thoughtlessness, and unprofessional attitude says it all.

Doc Winston immediately diagnosed our dog, after 2 other docs didn't. He gave us a contact number and has called me personally twice about our dogs. I also think he has been cheaper than the others. I really like this guy.

If I could give negative stars, I would. We took my cat here. The doctor barely looked at him, said he had allergies, and sent us home. My cat did not have allergies. He just kept getting sicker. By the time I was able to get him in with another vet, it was too late. My beautiful little Burmese died. I will NEVER go to this place again.

They took good care of my pet, a dog. I have been seeing Dr. Hugh for about 3 1/2 years at various locations. He's passionate about helping our dog and he's been successful in treating the ailments that he's had.I would recommend this practice to any other dog owner.

OMG, I cannot say enough about how kind they were with me & my two Rotties, Gretta & Hilde (they are not easy)! They helped me bring the dogs in, place them in a room (to avoid the waiting area), calmed the dogs down & me (my husband had to work out of town), took wonderful care of them and me. So patient and kind, understanding, explained everything and made a client for life! Next time I am only bringing one dog at a time. Thank you to everyone: Dr. Johnson, Nayla & Isiah, you are all incredible, passionate people with an obvious love of your job. I will see you in 8 weeks.
