We brought our dogs to Pampered Paws West Grooming for the first time today. We are extremely happy with the results. Everything was pawfect! Our groomer, Shay, did a fantastic job on our girls. She gave them exactly what we were looking for, and fast. The store/grooming area are super clean, and the staff... well, everyone we met was just wonderful - friendly and helpful. Prices are in line with other groomers in the area. We're happily giving PPWG FIVE STARS!

Had a great first experience with Pampered Paws West Grooming. I was looking for a new salon to transition too (my old one closed down) and this was a perfect smooth transition! Receptionist and groom specialist did amazing work on malit-poo mix. They were super accommodating ans provided great communication. I highly recommend this place!

The staff was super friendly. :). And were quick . Pup was so happy for her grooming and we found our spa spot.Rossi is a goof ball and I can tell she enjoyed her glow up .

Kim was great with my pup! Espresso is a rescue and has some pretty severe vet and grooming anxiety, she’s really good at going boneless haha. But Kim got everything done in half the time my previous groomer did and Espresso wasn’t tired at all afterwards when she’s usually down for the count the rest of the day from all the stress! Highly recommend Pampered Paws.

Nugget and Elsa love their new groomer. It was a positive experience . They are clean and all purdy. They didn’t come home with wet undercoats like they have at other groomers. With a Siberian it is a challenge. We will be back!

They not only got me in same day, but both dogs were done at the 90 minute mark, exactly like they promised! We’re used to waiting three or four hours before we get to bring them home. All of the staff were super friendly and the dogs look fantastic. 10/10 would recommend!

AMAZING. My dogs came home rocking new ‘dos. All three of them were calm and happy when we picked them up. I am more than pleased with the service they received. They took excellent care of my kids. I would highly recommend that you take your dogs there to be fluffed and pampered.

This was the first time we had our 14 yr old Standard Poodle groomed here and it was an awesome experience. From making the appointment (in person and answered all my questions)to dropping her off with Olivia to be groomed. Olivia was so pleasant and helpful when asking how we wanted her haircut etc. She looks beautiful and seems very calm after being in a new setting. We are so happy with our experience, thank you Kort,also another groomer who answered my questions when I walked in and Olivia who did an awesome job with Lucy. Plus it was so bright with happy colors.

Before becoming a customer here, I called and checked around for many groomers and they all would only have availability for 2, 3 or even 6 months out.  That's ridiculous! At Pampered Paws not only are you able to schedule your appt the same or next day for your furry babies but also you get exceptional customer service, fair prices, sparkling clean facility, and a great vibe from all the girls that are in charge to leave your pets looking like queens and kings!I highly appreciate your exceptional and hard job you guys are providing

Olivia was kind, gentle and I will go back. I believe they should ask the customer if they prefer fragrance free shampoo or not. Just might be that the owner forgets to mention it, and that it will affect the dog. Otherwise it was great.

This was our first visit after being with the same groomer for 5yrs. What a great experience. They came out and never have either of the 2 looked better. All even cut, cut as I asked, and only about 1.5 hrs. Am now a regular customer! Dogs are 50 lb Goldendoodle tight hair/ 125 lb Goldendoodle wavy hair.

This was the first time I had my dog Apollo groomed ever. The guy on the phone was so polite and personable. He was able to get me in the same day, and for a great price! I got the full service de-shed package, and its all inclusive. They bathed, blow dry, ear cleaning, booty gland squeeze, and nail clipped Apollo. I 100% recommend this place, shout out to Lina the groomer out there two wheeling lol. I will be back.-Derek
