These two ladies are amazing. I have never seen such great love and care of the fur babies. I have been so excited for them to open up their new grooming salon. They have always done a wonderful job. They listen to you. They don't overbook, so your dog is not sitting there for hours. Extremely gifted in cuts and care. It says a lot when my dog Nate is excited to run in and see her and give her a kiss.Welcome to Sun City West!

Lincoln was scheduled for his first professional grooming yesterday at Happy Hounds, not only was Lincoln happy, but so was I. We had an excellent experience at Happy Hounds all the way around, from booking the appointment, to his arrival and finally the finished look. When I arrived to drop Lincoln off the staff took the time to hear my requests and learn more about Lincoln. I did not feel rushed and felt as if they genuinely cared for my requests and Lincolns well-being. I told them that Lincoln had a rash under his lower jaw that I was concerned about, and that he had an appointment the vet later that afternoon. A few hours later, I was called to pick Lincoln up and I was very pleased with the outcome of his first grooming. I believe that you get what you pay for, and I tip for good service. Needless to say, I took good care of the staff member who groomed Lincoln. Lastly, today I received a telephone call from Happy Hounds inquiring about how Lincoln’s veterinary appointment went, and if he was okay. Wow, what a great feeling, knowing that those who we just meant cared enough to reach out and check on Lincoln. I cannot say enough good things about this experience, and we will definitely be going back to Happy Hounds for Lincolns future grooming needs. Thank you, Happy Hounds, for being AWESOME!

My Golden Doodle mix is two years old and for the first time in her life, she finally was groomed without being choppy or her ears and tail being left too long. Also, everything I asked for was done perfectly. The ladies at Happy Hound are real professionals.

Our first visit was wonderful. I have two morkies, one is only 8 months old. This was his first time at the groomer. He did great! Both haircuts were exactly what I asked for. The staff was very nice and the facilities very calm for my boys. Happy we found this place.

Wow! You just know when you have “found the perfect groomer.” So happy with the service and my dog looked the best I’ve ever seen. Grooming facility was clean and the staff was super friendly. I will DEFINITELY return. I’ve found my new groomers!

I’ve only taken my 13 year old dog there twice as my dog’s previous groomer is retiring. Stephanie did a beautiful job on my dog. I’m very pleased and it’s a nice clean and comfortable atmosphere there. Everyone is so nice!

Stephanie has been grooming my two dogs for about a year and a half now. We were so excited to see that she has opened her own salon. It is beautiful, clean and bright. Our precious babies are loved and cared for by such a professional. They have never been traumatized or hurt. Stephanie and Happy Hounds is the best.

These gals do excellent work at an incredible price! We took both our dogs to get groomed there and they were efficient, clean, and thorough. Only good groomer on the west side of town in my opinion. Plus, they offer a ton of walk in services if you need a quick nail trim or sanitary cut.

They did amazing!! I have a husky and I was a little worried about taking her to her first grooming appointment, but they treated her wonderfully and eased all my nerves. They know what they are doing and they did an amazing job. I will definitely be going here again.
