This pharmacy has the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced anywhere. Went through the drive up arrived at 1:05 PM with two vehicles in front of me finally got up to the window after Waiting for 20 minutes. The woman close the blinds and says they’re closed for lunch at 1:30. I rang the bell and said it’s not 1:30 it’s 1:25. So I parked my vehicle, go inside And as I walk up, Rita, the pharmacy manager closes the window inside and I told her that it’s not 130 yet. It was 1:25 PM at the drive-through window as I’ve been waiting there for 20 minutes in line. She totally ignored me so I walked out and now I’m waiting in the drive-through for 2 PM to come around and they tell me I can’t wait at the window! Unbelievable and horrible customer service!! if I could, I would pull away my family members medication so we no longer have to do Business with CVS.I called the 800 number to file a complaint about the store and they told me that they just handle things internally and I’ll never get a phone call back from any management regarding any complaints. then you wonder why it seems like nothing ever gets accomplished. I’m surprised they’re still in business and I feel sorry for the elderly people in this neighborhood that have to deal with them.I am disabled and I have difficulties at times with walking. The last time I was here just to pick up an empty pill bottle and I was in the drive-through line and I get up to the window and she tells me I have to come inside for that!!??So I go inside wait in one line and then I get up to the window and she tells me I have to wait in the other line for that I said are you kidding me? You saw me outside at the drive-through and now you make me wait in two other lines just for an empty pill bottle? This is what I mean with horrible customer service that they have.Do not use Cvs in Sun City West!!!!Go to Walgreens. There’s so much better.

Absolutely rude staff, zero empathy. This is twice I've been here where they were Absolutely short and rude. Not just to me but other patrons. Management needs to get involved ASAP.

I waited in line for 30 minutes in the drive-thru. There was nobody in front of me,except for the first 5 minutes. I sat 25 minutes waiting for somebody to come to the window, after they told me "we'll be right with you as soon as we can be". I finally pressed the button to get somebody's attention after 30 minutes, and there were two people I saw working. She said they both were up front. Best thing to do would be to stick somebody on drive through, and somebody up front. This is appalling especially since the store services many elderly people due to location. Something has to give. The last time I went, we waited 45 minutes in line with three other cars in front of us. We finally gave up and left. Also my medication was restocked without reason, after I got a text saying it was ready. When I called asking where it was I was told "Oh sorry it just got restocked. I don't see why, we can help you now though." The store either needs more workers, or better managerial skills so that those working are each in a designated area. I'm really disappointed as I love the way the pharmacy is ran and other stores, and the way the medicine bottles are easy to open and easy to read. Hopefully somebody will see this and it will get sorted out, as I also feel bad for the workers if they are that overworked.
