Every time I call this store, Tawny the tech has such a nasty and negative attitude. She also speaks very aggressive, as if I called HER personal phone. It’s sad because this is a tech in place to “care” for our patients. I’m not sure if I’ve done something to Tawny in a past life or not but, if she isn’t happy with healthcare she should work elsewhere. It’s hard out here for everyone, no need to be nasty when kindness is free

Nice store. Well stocked.The only problem was at the deli counter.There were plenty of employees but none of them were willing to help customers. 7 people on duty keeping busy with various tasks.With no customers ahead of me. I had to wait several minutes for anyone to assist me.Someone needs to tell these employees, their paychecks are generated from sales which means the customer is the most important part of their job.

Went in for some steaks on sale, price was great but everything there looked like I had butchered it with a blunt knife. I am used to nice looking professionally cut meat. Otherwise the store is a little bit of a smaller store, people are friendly and helpful. Will likely try again when I see good specials.

This is one of the best pharmacies I've ever been to. There's never a long line, the pharmacist is always super helpful, caring and goes above and beyond to help customers. This is the only place I will have my prescriptions filled.

Absolutely the best bakery around. Donuts and fritters are at a great price. Friday's are 18 items for the price of 12. This is a smaller store with good service, good pricing and good selection. Nice shopping experience. AJ's is also owned by this company. Update 5/17/22 They have some great chicken kabobs both marinated and non marinated.

Now this is a real unusual I arrived around 6 p.m. on a Thursday evening and there was hardly anybody in the store. It was kind of a creepy feel but it was nice to have the store to myself. I ventured on towards the vegetable meat area and saw a few other people that was a nice. The staff was friendly and I would go there again if I didn't want to be hassled by other people.

Wasn't too impressed with their customer service. Stood at the counter approximately 10 minutes waiting for someone to help me. I was the only one in line. I asked a nearby cashier and she responded with they're all working as a checker and would be able to help me when they could. What! Anyway I got tired of waiting and went to buy some ranch dressing, they had on sale and the two jars they had on the shelf was outdated. I did purchase a chuck roast at and excellent price and after I cooked it I have to say it was delicious.

This place is clean with all employees wearing masks. Carts are wiped down and sanitary wipes are available for all who want them.What I liked was their sign telling patrons that masks are required not optional. I felt safe shopping here. Employees are knowledgeable and courteous. Will definitely shop there again.

I love this store! It's large enough to offer a good variety yet small enough to pick up items when I'm in a hurry. The produce, bakery & meat are exceptional.

My visit was wonderful. Quality Meat, bake goods such as pastries, Meats, great salads and different brand labels of groceries. Friendly workers willing to help if anyone needs help finding anything. Not my favorite market. The staff doesn't seem friendly and the variety of products is lacking. I almost never find everything I want there. The bakery could really step up the quality of their ingredients. Staff generally have their back turned and don't seem anxious to serve you until you call for their attention...and then they seem annoyed. This has been my experience time and again. I only go there now if Fry's market is too crowded. Generally I don't waste my time.

First time I've ever been in a Bashas. We just came to grab some sweet potatoes for Thanksgiving, and they were massive! I was very impressed with the nicely organized, clean selection of produce that they had and was pleased to find items were at least $1 or more cheaper than Fry's! I definitely want to try our weekly grocery haul here and compare price and selection.

My favorite go-to grocery store. Love that pastry counter! Best fritters in the world! Basha is close by, family owned with friendly, helpful employees. A good array of meat products in the butcher shop and appreciate the butcher that is helpful with special orders.

Wonderful, best donuts in town, fresh, soft, and tasty, nothing like it.The coffee is soogood, only problemis coffee is not usuallyever hot, as a rule, itis cold, or lukewarm.The canisters they store it in are usually theproblem, the coffee just does not stay hot in these canisters.Only hot when fresh brewed.Everything else is great we positivily love their donuts and cakes, always buy Bashas.

This location has the BEST customer service ever!!! I was in desperate need of help when the assistant manager came to my rescue. And her staff was right there with her!!! They were all encouraging, thoughtful, compassionate, and so attentive. At a time when I could have cried they embrassed me with humor and genuine care. I will never forget the them. Thank you to all of you that evening you are truly the examples in which all others should follow. Blessed be...until next time.

Easy to see from the road. Good parking. Handicapped parking and access to the store. Store is clean and easy to navigate. Staff was very helpful when I needed help finding something. Cashier was friendly and quickly checked me out.All in all a great experience!

Best bakery. Fresh and well cooked donuts. Specials once a week on Friday morning I believe. Buy 1 dozen get 6 free. Get there early or place your order day before for best selection on specials day.

Very disappointed in the produce and meat departments. Produced looked better at food city of all places than at bashas, it was truly not to the high standards and quality Bashas once had. The meat Department was out of the meat that was in their ad and the butcher said you didn't miss anything that was left over from Easter. Wow. Really? Yes really. Wont be going back there again.

Just went to make a return ; no store credit or discount on similar item. (I misplaced my receipt) I went to aisle to purchase the razor head that I needed instead of the one I was trying to return. I waited for 15 minutes and they only had one person on the floor covering all customer service and floor needs. Several intercom calls were flooding in and customers were still not being attended too. Hire me haha because you guys seem to need the help.

I love this grocery store. All the employees I have dealt with are very friendly and helpful. It is a little smaller and family owned, but a great alternative to the big chains. The lines are not long and are fast to get through.

I went to the deli counter and waited there for 10 minutes, nobody was there. The bakery said they would call for help and I still waited another 5 minutes before someone came to help me. After I checked out, I seen that I was over charged by 2 dollars.again the same thing, I waited at customer service for 15 minutes, nobody was there, I finally asked a cashier to call for help, eventually when the girl got there she was getting herself food, thats why she wasn't there. Terrible customer service.

Would not recommend, in fact be cautious when walking in. The starbucks Cafe isn't going to be the friendliest and they'll most likely be out of your favorite drink. Also the people "aren't necessarily biologically adept to the environment", without discriminating about age

This bashes grocery store was very clean and equipped with Menudo! I kid you not I started searching and was on a hunt and I ended up at Sun City West. I spent over $300 because I bought the shelf! We must have menudo for Christmas!!

It would be better if the Deli employees knew, their pay checks come from sales to customers.During my last visit, there were 7 employees on duty, all too busy to assist customers.

Cashier was very rude receipt said Clayton but doubt it, she was an older lady. When we spoke with one of the other employees her employee said she gets complaints all the time for being rude. We spoken with the manager William and he said he will talk with her. Cashier was very snappy, told me to speak up, and yelled at what my name was, and I told her to have a better day she yelled back. So unprofessional I will never be back at this Bashas, store seems outdated and dirty. At least some of the employees were nice, let's hope you don't get the old grinch

This Bashas in Sun City West is a hidden jewel. The Bakery is great, meat dept. Is also usually very good. The meat dept. Makes delicious chicken salad, ham salad, and crab salad. Better than the deli. If you bake you can find things in this store you can not find in some other stores. I do not do all my shopping there. But usually the meats are lean cuts.

I love Bashas! The Bakery never Disappoints. The Staff members are happy to assist you while stocking shelves .They are considerate and friendly at the check out. Plus, they have other things besides groceries that I can pick up along the way. There's really a comfort in a safe shopping experience. Thumbs Up🌾.

Excellent shopping experience, more expensive than Fry's but great if you just need to run in and get a couple of things. The store isn't so large that you need to walk 200 yards just to get a pint of milk (perfect for the older population of the area).

Decent prices.$5.99lbs. for salmon is a deal to me.Clean store. Nice cashier.Bakery was a hurry up and walk fast. That could be trouble for me:)
