Wonderful Donuts, made from scratch, Daily.. fresh..you can't miss...Warm, soft,With some of the best frosting still around.These are a rarity, nowadays...get them while you can..and a cup of fresh Coffee..PSNot sure, but I think this Bashas is one of very few that are still making their Donuts fresh, most of the stores have them brought in and are nowhere near as good..you can't beat fresh..

Love this store, as a 17 year veteran of supermarket employment I fine the staff here as dedicated employees and very helpful when you need their assistance. Great sales adds and phone app are really helpful, you've got a new fan.

Bashas in Sun Cit West has really gone down in quality of products. My steaks were in-eatable, had to toss them, full of fat and disgusting stuff, donuts were in a box, looked good, bit the bottoms were burned and they were not fresh. Guess Bashas has lost more than one customer. My friends had the same experience with their steaks. We have decided not to shop there anymore!

I dislike doing a less than favorable review, but in the interest of keeping my reviews legitimate, I feel like it is necessary. We very much look forward to purchasing donuts at Bashas when we come into the state. However, this time we were not thrilled with the results.First of all, they don't have the peanut butter donuts anymore, which is really disappointing. We thought we could get around that though, but the donuts we got seemed stale and just not the quality we remember.In particular, one of the donuts tasted as if it sat inside the case for a couple of days. It may not have done so, but if it was actually made that morning, there is definitely an issue with the process such that it was not soft like a fresh donut.We will probably try again, since maybe this was just a one-off bad experience, but it sure makes us hesitate.

Nice store! Shelves are well stocked and it’s 3 days before Christmas. Lots of great yummy items you can’t get at a regular store. Wish we had this in Colorado.

Employees are rude, my review must have been deleted. Came here back in 2021 when Covid had happen an old cashier with white perm was rude, she yelled at me and my husband to hurry up to pay! We said excuse me and she yelled back saying you didn’t hear me! We went to another employee after checking out and her employee said she is rude but we can let the manager know we had let the manager know about what happened she screamed across the store. Not a way to treat customers. We have never came back to this location! Go to the one off of bell and terms better customer service! Had to repost!! 😌

Horrible experience with the stuffed cabbage at the deli . Seemed far past freshness date or tainted . Manager said she would “ let the deli manager know about this “ . It smelled, tasted and appeared wrong.

I got a checkout person on angry attitude - I asked if they were going to be taking the Medicare Healthy Food Card in the future? I felt like a chastised toddler and I don't feel like I want to go back for another public shaming!

Butcher does a good quick custom cuts. Cut potk steaks out of pork butt. Have done the same with beef tenderloin

Didn't have discount card and so they charged extra for everything. Then they told me I could sign up. Most stores have a store card they can use in these cases but not this store. Don't waste your money here.

I ❤️ this place. The staff is very courteous. I communicated with Jake in the customer service who was helping me beyond my expectations.They have variety of products available. I love to shop in this store.

I love Basha's.I love their Deli.I love their Meat dept.The green grocer section is more than I like to pay, BUT . . . they usually have well chosen, beautiful produce. Also, this visit, one of the people in that dept was very helpful to me and my question about the onions.That is all for now. :-)

My parents who are in their 90’s have been going here for over 30 years. I took them here today. Apparently for some odd reason their phone number did not register in computer even though as I said their store for 30 years. When we told checker this. She commented so lots of people have been here that long and informed us they would not be getting sale prices. I then went to customer service. They said you now have to register on line and no we would not be getting sale price as parents hadn’t done that. Fry’s Safeway. Albertsons all super friendly. Bashes terrible customer service to treat 90 year olds that way. My parents do not have a computer or cell phone but they thought they were Bashes members with the card!!!!!!

I loved this Basha's. Couldn't get miniature cannoli at Surprise Basha's. Able to buy 15 as athank you to special nursing staff. Walked into SCW Basha's, what a wonderful surprise!!! Amazing display of all bakery items and a courteous, happy staff. Thank you!

Do not shop here. There produce spoils within 2 days of buying. It used to be fresh, but don't know if they switched providers or not, but what is the point of shopping if you are just going to throw money away.

This is like the home town grocery store I remember as a child. They are on first name basis. We always save around 30% on our bill by using the phone app. 10% off every 1st Wed. for seniors. Good deals on wine. Best butcher in town. Amazing deli and bake shop too. I go nowhere else.

I love to shop at Bashas for 2 reasons. There not a chain and they have the Best Meat Dept. They also try to sell you local produce when available. Watch for the Sale prices. They can be expensive for some items so watch prices. Just like any other store.

I lived in SCW for many years and love this store. Everything they sell is quality. The employees are like family members(the ones you like). I now live in Peoria and the one near Westbrook Village needs some improvement to come up to SCW. Hoping they improve.
