I like the cashier, very nice person.Her boss was a little rude to me though and I don't like him. I tried to buy the 9mm in bulk because they had a different price listed for boxes 500rn or higher but this guy didn't understand that and had the cashier ring it up at a per unit price. So I ended up paying 20 dollars more than what's listed and the guy didn't understand what was happening at all when I explained it and acted like I was trying to trick them.Wide selection on guns and a strong stock of ammunition. I won't knock the rating for my experience with the grumpy old guy.I like the atmosphere with the animals mounted and things like that. I like that the place seems to have a history and a soul.They also sell alcohol and have a great selection of whiskey although I would have liked to see some more top shelf whiskey there.

Love this store. It's very expensive, but has a lot of cool items. Kind of like a gift shop, clothing store and sportsman shop all in one.

They have a great inventory of things you need and things you want. It’s fun to look around and see the camping, shooting, hunting, and fishing gear and clothing, as well as stuff for your home, pets, and equipment. A great assortment of hats! And so many things for arts and crafts. The pharmacy people are so helpful and nice, as are all the staff. We love shopping here!

The name is deceiving this is like a miniature Walmart. No joke!!! It has everything. I called the other day looking for a water pic (thinking not a chance …but yep)Amber in the pharmacy not only picked up my phone call but came out from behind the desk to help me find it on the top shelf when I came to get it. So not only can you get almost everything you need but they’ll also help you find it. I’m so glad I checked - saved me a trip to Show Low. Amazing customer service and amazing store.

I do not live in Springerville, but every time I visit I can’t wait to to Western Drug Store!They have organic selections, the staff are so friendly and always available. Great prices, great hats, the drug store side makes it so easy to get med transfers or fill prescriptions.Last year I bought a cream white super thin down jacket for $45 on sale. The quality of the ice cream they serve is the best and has no comparison- honest!!! I love love love this quaint little store.

We drove to Springerville to see the Madonna of the Trail statue. Our blessing of the day was that the statue was at the edge of the parking lot for the General store. This store is truly what comes to mind when imagining a general store that has everything. It is also much larger than it appears on the outside.

Great place to shop. They have a little of everything. Friendly and helpful staff. We bought a little gas BBQ pit there. They were out of the little gas cylinders for the pit. So, when the lady working the register hears that, she went and got a cylinder from the back that she had set aside to purchase personally. That is above and beyond. We are so grateful for the kind gesture.

I have always had great experiences when I go into the store.. the associates are always friendly and very helpful when I can't find something..I use the drive thru at the pharmacy to pic up my scripts and the girls have always been friendly, answering all my questions, if need be.. everyone in our store are just absolutely great.. thank u for all ur help where ever it might be!!

I have prescriptions filled monthly and Western Drug makes it so easy. They text me each month to see if there are changes to my prescriptions. Then they text me when they are ready. And everyone has always been so helpful. I have never had a bad experience with this pharmacy!

I desperately needed a few products asap and knew I wouldn't make closing time. My mistake for the error. However, I called, explained my situation, and they graciously collected my few items and had them ready for me on the front counter when I arrived. I quickly paid and was incredibly grateful for their care and understanding. The owners and staff are fantastic.
