So far I am impressed with this place. It has a very clean and quiet private parking area. It has nice bright colors on the building and as I came inside the building to my room it is very nice and they have everything amity that you need they provide TV service that works microwave refrigerator iron and hairdryer besides a desk and a table And the mattresses are very comfortableI was also very impressed with the young gentleman that checked me in. He was very polite and was more than helpful for a couple request that I had.These are the kind of places that I will remember to go back to againKudos.. good job and thank you

Was nervous getting a room here due to the amount of negative reviews, but I am very glad I made the decision in booking here. Now if you are looking for an super fancy, resort style hotel, you have come to the wrong place, which I’m sure is why there are so many negative reviews. You can tell what you are going to get just by reading the name of the place.My experience was fantastic, they accommodated me with my ESA puppers without hesitation. The room was clean and I didn’t have any issues with anything. They served breakfast in the morning at the office. All around it was a great experience, if I’m in the area, I would definitely stay here again.

This facility was in pretty good shape. The location for a Motel in Springerville was a lot better than being in the middle of downtown. However, you still get plenty of road noise.The manager is very nice and pleasant, and they strive to keep everything clean. I noticed that the motel is rather busy.The continental breakfast consist of coffee, juice or waffles

Awesome stay. Friendly front desk staff. Rooms very clean. Cool shampoo and body wash dispensers instead of bottles. TV channel selection was best I have ever seen! U name it they had it. Little breakfast in lobby was a good selection. Only set back was the gas station in parking lot closed down so now it's a bit away from any food or stores. Only room I have ever rented where I can open bathroom window and see rolling grass fields with cows right up to the back wall of the motel. Wish the window would have been bigger. Awesome stay while visiting the white mountains.

Hair anyone? Ever clean the carpet?I don’t mind places with older fixtures as long as they are clean. And this place had two complimentary hairs left on the shower wall that stayed there during the two days that we were there. So not only did they not clean the bathroom well before we checked in. They didn’t clean it while were there.And the carpet in the room felt dirty so we kept sandals next to the bed so we could slip them on just to walk around the room. Also the rooms next to the washing room will actually shake when the washing machine spin cycle kicks in. Unfortunately that was about 5:00 in the morning.Overall I think it was overpriced for the cleanliness and value. It was not a restful stay.

It's working man's hotel, absolutely no frills, but the sheets were clean and the room didn't smell. We came in pretty late, but it was a quiet place for the night. The complementary breakfast was nice. They had cereal, waffles, muffins, coffee and juice. A nice touch even though the seating area was pretty small and not the cleanest tables. The food area was clean and orderly with lots of food available for a small town roadside hotel. If we come back through, this place will be an option for us to stay.

It was clean. Our room was a decent size, and reasonably priced. I appreciate that they have complimentary breakfast. I wish there were more options for breakfast, but I've definitely had worse. Another downside is that checkout was at 11am. I completely understand that most hotels checkout time is 11am or noon, I personally feel like if you purchase a hotel room for the night, it should be 24hrs from check-in. I would also prefer a place with a hot tub and a heated pool. That could be a complete game changer. Could even charge slightly more per room. Being the hotel with a pool would for sure put Americas Best Value Inn.

The hotel messed up our reservation and made it for a night earlier than it was supposed to be. When I called to confirm our reservation the man who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude to me saying it was our fault and that it cost him money. He said the only way my elderly stepdad could stay at his hotel is to be a walk in and I told him there was no chance he’d be ever staying there. If you’re going to run a business that deals with people you need to have some sort of people skills. Based on what other people said in their reviews about how gross and unclean it is I’m glad I’m not sending anyone there. Guess the hotel and the man who runs it are one in the same, absolute trash and a waste of space. Reed’s Lodge were absolutely wonderful to deal with do yourself a favor and go there instead.

Nice mountain retreat for cheap. Old, poorly maintained room, and not at all that clean. Our bathroom door didn't latch, window didn't latch, the bath floor had hair when we came in, the front door has 1/4 gap so cold air comes in and everyone talking outside can be heard. Construction guys staying here at the same time made noise above us or out front till midnight. I would stay here again breakfast was good, kids rode scooters on porch and driveway and no one complained. If the place was cleaner would be 4 star and updated or just fixed the things mentioned could get 5 stars. For $65 you don't expect much but clean you should get anywhere for any price.

Room smells like an ashtray. Bathtub looks dirty and beds are rock hard. The WiFi is horrible. The office lady didn't know I had already talked to someone who said he would make sure I had downstairs nonsmoking. She thought I had 2 rooms. Would not stay here again. Plus side? The tv and coffee are good.

The room was very nice with huge beds. The bathroom was a little old looking. Breakfast was very good. The people who work there were extremely nice and very helpful. I would stay there again. They have these cool shower dispensers.

We came here because we had to evacuate due to the Heber-Overgaard fire and when we told him all he said was "oh". This is why I am glad we got a Airbnb the next night instead of this motel because those people graciously let us stay for $10 due to our situation. We paid $120 for one night here at America's Best Value Inn. Very much a rip off. Also we had animals in our vehicle that we were taking to my in-laws after we dropped off our things at the room and we were told they didn't accept animal's, we said that's not a problem that they weren't staying with us. Then the guy told us again like he was worried we would take animal's in our room after we had just explained what our plans were. A/c didn't work great and the bathtub had a hole in it so it made giving my son almost impossible.

Clean room. Has some updates. Hard floors, which I prefer over carpet. If you are staying in springerville, just be real about expectations. This is a nice place. Lost a star because the bathroom had only enough tp left for one use. Probably just a mistake as everyone is a little short staffed right now. Would still recommend staying here.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! My mom and I were unloading our bags and a gentleman approached us in an abrasive and gawking manner asking “ how many people could fit in the suv”. All the while he was taking pictures of the suv, as his buddy came out of another room and continued the same patterns. NOT SAFE FOR ANYONE, ESPECIALLY WOMEN ALONE, OR WITH THEIR CHILDREN. I lifted up the blankets to check the bed and omg, there were bugs the sheets were HORRIBLY STAINED! 🤮🤢🤮🤢 Requested a refund and left.

If you're looking for a quality room... THIS IS NOT IT.. if you're looking for a spot to sleep for a night, it will do fine. Can't tell if they're trying to remodel or just keep it from being shut down. As for us, we were working in town as are 90% of the people there. Had a nice time when the state patrol wasn't stalking the parking lot..hopefully they catch the dope selling punk in the dodge neon revving his fart can between deals there... Good luck!!

We were surprised by room size mattresses quality bedding and how well maintained it was.Would book this motel again. UPDATE: DIRTY TOWELS ..BED LOOKED LIKE HAD NOT BEEN TOUCHED OR MADE PROPERLY I WOULD NO LONGER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

Not the worst place I've stayed, but for $70/night I definitely expected better, just about any motel 6 I've ever been beats this place. The 2nd floor is really creaky and noisy and the bathroom definitely shows it's age, the steel tub is badly stained/discolored and somehow creaks as well as you step in it, just a very old motel worth maybe $30/night.

I'm not sure what is going on with the other guests here.. do they live here? There are several men working on a broken down car in the parking lot, shirts off, music loud, large dog viscously barking, multiple questionable looking men smoking cigarettes even though the entire state is under extreme fire hazard conditions.. children screaming and running around all night, slamming doors.. cats and dogs looking through the windows. I do not recommend this hotel at all. The other hotels in town look much better. I honestly do not feel safe here.

Staff was friendly but motel is dirty inside and out. Wash cloth was dirty, shower a mess, toilet had fecal matter and hair on it. Unknown syringe found in the refrigerator. Sink hot water did not work, all counters tops and floor areas were dirty.Wiped everything down with Clorox Wipes after deciding to spent the night. Outside has lots of trash and cigarette butts.The internet does not work from the room so this post will likely be a day late.Avoid if possible.
