I'm an autistic adult who HATES cell phones partly because I have learning impairments. They overwhelm and frustrate me and cause me to have autistic meltdowns when they don't work right (which is usually). I don't even own my own cell phone- I borrow my husband's when necessary. So what overwhelms and frustrates me even more are digital only deals. The store is clean and the employees usually nice enough- but I’m very seriously considering personally boycotting ALL Safeway stores utill digital coupons are done away with. They're completely unfair to the elderly and the poor and the learning impaired. If there is a way to still receive the discounts at the register then someone should've told me. I spoke to FOUR different employees yesterday and NO ONE actually helped me with this issue. Two people did somewhat try to help but the app kept repeatedly giving an error code when trying to sign in. They attempted to put me in guest mode- but guest mode doesn't actually work for the online deals. At some point an employee should've offered an alternative solution but none was given.

The bakery staff is outstanding! Haley, Brooke, Katy, and others in the department aim to to provide excellent customer service. My special orders are always taken care of so perfectly- they don't miss a beat. They all work so hard in general, and I greatly appreciate them.

This Safeway is horrible we placed a order three days in advance online because we know that a takes 24 hr to get a cake order in so we ordered one carrot cake and one tres leches cake and when we show up they tell us that there out how is this possible, this is not the 1st time this happened on my daughters birthday the same thing happened she was so excited because she loves tres leches cake and then you try to talk to them about getting a cake and they are so rude and unprofessional a cake means a lot to a little child specially on there birthday day I will not be shopping at this bakery again

It was definitely a small town/rural area kind of a store. Many people shopping there looked very disheveled. Only one bathroom available to customers for both men and women. Otherwise okay.

One of two major grocery stores in town. Consistent Safeway feel. Only complaint is parking spots are narrow and dips in the parking lot will give you a major jolt if you aren't prepared for them.It's a good clean store and always busy. Employees are always friendly and helpful.

If you are going to this Safeway in Flagstaff. Don't do it. This places prices are outta control. People in the store were saying it's so expensive, because the minimum wage in Flagstaff went up. So sad.

The bathroom is absolutely disgusting !!! I think outhouses are much cleaner. On Thursdays they are ok, that's only because the big wiggs are there to belittle all the employees. I don't like to go on those days because they are so rude, and act as though they are above everyone one else!!! Most of the employees are really awesome and caring. I hate how they are treated. It was so much better before Albertsons took it overI thank all of the staff members, you are awesome

The store manager was very rude when I asked if they had any butterball turkeys... Like I was speaking a foreign language. She didn't even ask me what size I wanted or anything, just handed me one said here and walked away.Very Very Rude.Safeway needs to train there staff and employees.

I like the various sales they that they have that I use those products. I buy in bulk and divide into smaller portions and freeze. The store is always clean and people friendly and helpful.

It's one of two markets in the community so a limited choice. Generally a pleasant experience only having issues on occasion which is not uncommon in a small community. Staff is always friendly and helpful, if your from out of town I'd recommend this store over the other market in town by far!

This store is always packed whenever I go in there except for in the morning that's because they do very good in business to give a customer service they have fairly good prices they meet for their hamburger meat especially beef and peanut butter and she's can be kind of unreasonable however once in awhile they do have sales but they are very good products I have never had a problem with their products or any of their food and service the customer service there is very decent I would definitely recommend this place for all your grocery shopping needs if you're in Gallup that is!.

Although not huge, this is the only full sized grocery store in area but prices are always high at Safeway, Albertsons. The only plus is they are usually large and well stocked.

This Springerville location of Safeway is a good store for those of us in my general Apache County Arizona they have different items than some of the other stores that I shop I really like that they've been carrying a fresh trout in the produce department I like that they have specialty and healthy and I appreciate their senior day which I forget it's on the first Wednesday of the month I believe it's a good store

I purchased an outdated product while visiting Springerville. When I called to report this, I could not return the product because I was no longer in Springerville. They were amazing! They sent me a gift card in the mail to compensate me for the product, which I could not use as the quality had deteriorated due to the expiration. I greatly appreciated this great customer service! Highly recommend this store to anyone!
