The shower is not working! At night we've been told it's because the hotel is full, which is weird, because the water systems are supposed to work for the number of rooms that the hotel has. But in the morning, when the parking lot was almost empty, the shower still didn't work. I assume that for $90 we paid, we were supposed to be able to take a shower. Also, the shower itself is in horrible condition.So highly don't recommend to stay here.

This motel is now a Howard Johnson. This place may be the worst motel I’ve ever had the displeasure of staying. It’s old. It’s a small town. I get it. But it is not maintained to any level of standard. The fire alarm in the ceiling was gone. There was an empty extra blanket bag in the closet area. There was no water one day due to a repair. Then once water was restored there was no hot water for the day. Front desk girl got mad at me because I asked how my family was supposed to take showers. I was informed it’s not her problem, the pipes are old, there’s nothing she can do but she’ll give me $20 off one night. I just want a shower not $20! We stayed here one year prior also and found out we were checked into a room that had so many issues that it wasn’t supposed to be rented out. Lucky us. We found all the issues that trip as well. Avoid this place like the plague!Safety: Locks don’t work. Fire alarm missing from ceiling.Food & drinks: Breakfast was disgusting. Soggy potatoes and something that looked like soggy bacon but definitely wasn’t bacon.

No hot water, both knobs just produce ice cold shower water, the knobs don't even indicate which one is supposed to be hot water. I turned each knob all the way one at a time for several minutes and it was just ice cold with both knobs.The main lamp of the room hardly works, you have to push the button several times and hope it turns off or on.I had to go in and fix the fill tank of the toilet too, one flush and it got stuck, didn't notice until I realize the fill sound wasn't going away.The door is pretty stuck too, after using the key I have to slam my shoulder into the door just to get it to open.

Negative five stars for Sabrina. Stay far away, do not stay here. Went for the included breakfast an hour before it closed and the woman running it made my wife and I feel like criminals when we asked if she was going to make more bacon. She embarrassed us and was demeaning and argumentative. So bad the we went to booga reds, paid for breakfast, checked out a day early and went to reeds. Front desk could care less. I spent a couple of hundred bucks in the bar the night before because I own property in Eagar and I like to help the local economy. Paid for two days but stayed one. It was worth itStay at reeds lodge. It's cleaner, in better repair and has great customer service.

Room was dated/has seen better days.Bed was very uncomfortable.Tub was not clean.Room was smelly.Shower was a joke. It was hot as hell or very cold.Kept having to mess with it and never could get it right.Initially I thought there was no hot water. But to get hot water had to turn the cold completely off. Then it would get scalding hot quickly. Turn hot off and it got cold. Sooo kept having to step out of the water stream and adjust.Location was convenient as it was along my route so that was nice. The lady at the front counter was nice.All in all a terrible place in a convenient location.

Room was clean and staff were very nice. The price ($150) did not reflect the quality of stay. I was in room 104 10/20-10/21 and a buddy stayed in 105. Whoever was upstairs sounded as if they were moving furniture loudly almost all night. A call to the front desk was no benefit. The tv was the size of a computer monitor and the remotes worked sporadically. The tub drained poorly, so by the end of my shower I was standing in 4 inches of water. Toilet also seemed disinterested in flushing.If this was a $75 room I wouldn’t think twice, but it was very much overpriced for the quality.

A nice hotel in a very small town. The whole room was very clean, including the bathroom. Housekeeping checked in each day for towels, toilet paper, etc. Breakfast is served every morning and was yummy. Parking was tight because a lot of construction crews were staying there with large trucks and trailers.We checked in late at night, maybe 11 PM, and staff was friendly and helpful. Not a lot to do because the town is so small, but there are some places to eat, a movie theater, and a wildlife ranch nearby. A nice place to stay.

As we stopped here by way via Alaska. We enjoyed watching mission i possible at the local nostalgic theater 🎭 walking distance from HJ. The breakfast was managed and arranged nicely. It was a very high carb deal. They didn't have any fruit or yogurt 😭. No juice.The rooms we better then most for the age of hotel. Shower wasn't much to desire. You had standing water in tub thinking about foot fungus 😷. Water pressure was near garden hose . Staff was great 👍 Bed was clean pillows were hard and sheet soft. Happy we stated here.Nearby activities: Theater.

Was directed here after the Econolodge was uninhabitable. Receptionist was friendly enough, but was looking after her baby as well as checking in guests, so things took a little longer than usual. She also asked from my credit card before I was told the room price.Guest room was clean, if a little dated. Bathroom door was hanging off, so had to be shoved to close. One side of the room, the outlets had no power, so bedside lights did not work and there was no to plug in phone to charge overnight.Saturday night the laundry room (which was two doors down) smoke detector chirped all night.Sunday breakfast was a joke, with luke warm patties and old fried eggs on offer. Apparently, a breaker had tripped, so there was no power.Curiously, the ice machine is well hidden with no signage, I won't spoil the surprise of where it is.Overall, hotel is poorly managed and on a downward spiral. Hard pass.

My stay was awful. I’ve stayed here before, and never had any issues. This time around, I had nothing BUT issues. My online reservation was nowhere to be found when I arrived. My room barely passed for “clean” and the carpet was filthy. The beds were hard as a rock.Then there was the breakfast. The “deluxe continental breakfast” that is included in the room rate was disgusting. The scrambled eggs were gray. There was no gravy for the biscuits, no mix for the pancake maker, and the hot breakfast that WAS cooked was gone an hour before breakfast ended. It was never refilled. The front desk clerk so helpfully explained that they didn’t cook a full breakfast because they didn’t have very many rooms rented so it was a waste of money. I ended up having to take my family elsewhere to feed them.Also, guest laundry was just not available. I was advised that new machines had been brought and hadn’t been hooked up yet. The front desk directed me to an off-site laundromat.In short, I book a hotel for several reasons. 1. A clean place for my family to rest. 2. I specifically look for a hotel with breakfast included to save on overall cost for my trip. And 3. I have kids, so I book a hotel with laundry facilities for the laundry inevitabilities that come with kids. This hotel met NONE of these, and I wasted time and money I shouldn’t have had to in order to resolve those issues.I will never stay here again.

My room hadn't been cleaned for a while. In it I found cheerios, potato chips, a pen, and even a pacifier. There was this disgusting thing on the bathroom floor that I didn't even understand what it was. There was a crushed spider on the shower corner. The faucets leaked all night, couldn't get hot water and the shower head was so low I had to bend to get under it (I'm 5'8"). Next morning I asked the receptionist to clean the room and explained it hadn't been done for a while; She told me they were going to do it but it didn't happen. When I went back to the front desk there was this younger guy with his lips completely pierced, hair up in the air with his head in his arm like he was sleeping. As I got in he raised his head and went back to sleep. This hotel is an authentic dump.

The place is definitely dated, at least the bed was comfortable. But their communication sucks. I called them after I left and said I left a bag they said it wasn’t there which I called a couple days after I had stayed. And they called back days later to say they found it and have it. And by that time I was already 1200 miles away and no longer with the company I was with. Other motels when things get left behind they figure out a way to accommodate. Maybe go to the post office or FedEx or UPS and have me pay for it or something or COD but they didn’t even call me back. I had to call them for them to tell me there’s nothing they can do, and now you wonder while your motel is not full. Lol

This place had a comfy king which was the only thing good about it. THIS IS A MOTEL NOT A HOTEL. We understand this is an old town with old accommodations but this was unacceptable to us. This message on the toilet tank says it all.Our complaints are:Howard Johnson’s by WyndhamRm 227Bathroom is in dyer need of a redo.Shower head way to lowWater temperature impossible to regulateSomething caused a lot of water near toilet and it wasn’t the showerReceived wrong coffee for coffee maker in roomPower went out onceTv didn’t work and desk couldn’t help us

The rooms here are a bit dated and worn. But the beds and pillows were clean and comfortable.The staff are wonderfully kind and accommodating, I would consider staying here again just because the staff were so pleasant.Food & drinks: Food within walking distance.

The housekeeper specifically a blonde one working is absolutely inconsiderate and rude and obnoxious, she will bang on your door and wake you up from your sleep to give you info that contains 0 value and has nothing to do with you . She should be fired. As well as there was a piece of toilet paper with feces on it layin in the bathroom floor the day we arrived. I refuse to ever give this place my business ever again.
