I was in the neighborhood of East Main street in Springerville, AZ. I noticed there was a Dollar General I had never noticed before. I have to admit it is one of the best, and cleanest Dollar General I have ever been too. It might be that it had only opened about 3 months ago. Also the people working here were very concerned with making sure I could find anything. Their names were Mysterie and Savanah. They were very nice, and attentive. Thank you !

This store is so organized and well maintained, the staff is polite and helpful. The aisles aren't cluttered like the other dollar general in Eagar. I go out of my way to come to this location.

I had driven 90 miles from Holbrook to here, needed to go buy a few things for my stay at the hotel. Bad decision thinking I'd stop at the store first, after all they do have bathrooms (which I was in dire need of). I was told the bathroom was out of order. Then another cashier said it was because a woman recently tried to commit suicide in the bathroom. First, my heart goes out to anyone who is so lost and sad to try that. But because of what she did, the bathrooms are permanently closed to customers. This is a fast growing trend that when ONE person does something wrong, we ALL are suspected of being the same and punished for it. Because of one person's actions, we all pay for it. This is becoming so ridiculous. More than one person texts and drives and causes a wreck.... will we all soon not be able to own and drive a vehicle? Well, I do love horses but the buggies are a rough ride. 😕

Very disappointed. Tried buying items listed as buy 1 get 1 free, equal or lesser value, mix and match. Girl working was extremely rude. Said I'd have to but identical items. I would never return or recommend to anyone, ever.

I’ve never written a review in my life but I felt I needed to here. When the new manager came in recently the whole vibe changed, the people working used to be friendly and would actually chat you up while ringing out, I had a friendly relationship with everyone that worked there, now they are always away from the register and act like it’s annoying when heaven forbid a customer needs to ring out! I never hear anything when I walk in or leave, used to get at least a “hello”, it’s nice having the store close to my house but it’s too bad it just feels like I’m annoying someone just for being a paying customer! Wow I sound like a Karen lol

Staff are nice and very helpful. Couldn't say this in the beginning but chalking that up to new staff and the learning curve.
