We tried to get some gas here today. So super slow! There were vehicles with no one in them just still sitting beside the pump. I suppose they went inside to pay (which was taking forever) and didn't move their vehicles out of the way. Either hire more attendants or put up a sign saying no parking at the pumps after filling. There are only 4 pumps here with 1 unleaded on each. We waited and waited for the drivers to come move their vehicles but they never came out so we left and went to a different gas station in town. Another guy drove up to these pumps and was complaining about the slowness at the circle k!!

We stop here on our way through town as a convenient place to refuel. It can be busy and we often have to wait for a pump. Not sure why many of their pains feel the need to pull up to a pump and then disappear inside blocking access to a self serve pump. We avoid going inside at all costs but I'm guessing there is frequently a line inside slowing things down. The most annoying thing is the pump that seems to tell at you while playing a commercial on the pump. The volume is deafening.

Employees are very nice and helpful. Even when the store is busy, they work together to ensure efficiency for the crowd. Sometimes they are short staffed but you have that everywhere you go. Great little place.

Fountain sodas taste & smell like sewer. We used to be multiple times/day customers for gas, snacks, & sodas until a couple years ago when the sodas from the fountain started smelling & tasting like sewer. We brought it to the managers attention & he blamed the city water. But we live less than a mile away & nowhere else in town does the water have a stench/taste like that. We went back several times to give them another shot, but it still to this day remains the same. We've now taken all of our gas & convenience store business to locally owned places where they actually care about cleanliness, try to upkeep their buildings & want to maintain a positive image in the community.

There are a few cashiers here that have a problem with accepting legal state identification cards. Every other cashier scans it and moves on.

New to Springerville and really like this Circle K. I am in frequently with the Sip and Save program and get gas there with the Easy Pay program. It is a busy store and kudos to the staff for always being friendly even with all the business

Went in to buy my mother a couple packs of smokes yesterday and watched the cashier ask for DOB on the two customers that were in front of me also buying Tobacco products, when I got to the cashier and requested the brand of smokes I needed she asked for my ID which I had already provided and told her that Circle K policy is to ID EVERYONE who looks 30 or younger it’s literally advertised on y’all’s website. After telling her this she removed the two packs I requested threw my ID back across the register and said I quote “policy also allows me to refuse service” Now if that isn’t the most illegal way of conducting sales I’ve ever seen i don’t know what is. You either follow your company policy and Arizona state law or you don’t you can’t skip Identifying two customers for the same product I’m buying and then require I provide mine. It’s just unethical and illegal. I’m speaking to my local law enforcement and my lawyer for further legal Consultation awful way to treat law abiding citizens for correcting someone for breaking policy and ARIZONA LAW.

If I could give a 0 I would, just wanted a $1 somethin gallon of water and the “older” lady at the counter was just chattin away at the counter with customers. I went outside to get some extra change from the car instead of using my card for such a small purchase. When I came back in and was helped after another not too long she acted mad like I was interrupting her not doing her job, threw her scanner around and just made a big deal about it. Its 100% worth the 2 minute drive to the other Circle K in town. 👌🏻

You are always out of cold brew coffee, and they never have the ability to refill. Order more refills.
