I noticed a few of the workers while shopping here. Only reason I give it 3 stars is to the few good workers inside and the short skinny guy who does the 🛒 he's one of the guys who does carts is quick and fast pace to help others in need for carts. I swear Everytime I come there's usual never any carts in the parking lot. Now I went today and didn't see my buddy but the guy today working is a huge slacker. Just walking around the store. I go in today and literally carts are scattered everywhere including the intrance to even grab a cart. That is a safety issue for people who are disabled. I'm sorry to say I noticed him several times the guy sucks at his job and I'm sure someone out there would love a job and replace a lazy worker to a great one. Sept 9-2023

I went there to eat and food is great. Its also rather inexpensive compared to other places. I paid around $19 for 2 people ordering more than enough of our share. Great place with amazing variety of foods.

Shopping here is convenient due to it being the major grocery store. The only issue is some of the workers need to learn to be patient and let customers know. What’s going on. May be grabbing something from a customer or checking something in the back or whatever but they get up and walk away and creates a bigger fuse. Sometimes there will be one register open when there is a lot of people making line and let customers know someone might be coming or to please be patient I’ll get to you soon. They make mean mad faces and it’s childish. Or start yelling at other coworkers to open register like crazy. Also that you created self check out for the customer to get in and out fast not to be stopped and be asked to show your bag. Please train your employees a bit better in customer service.

Nice place big selection in the grocery aisle seems like a mini walmart with all the things they have inside minus an electronics section. For real they sell clothes and barbecue supplies along with detergent and food. A butcher shop and restaurant inside are big pluses it's a bit expensive but what isn't nowadays it's right there in Somerton and you support the local economy.

One of the most important thing in retail or any type of business is customer service! If you leave an excellent impression on customer they will return! Leave a bad one and you can forget them returning but since it is the only one in town some have no choice. Cost of living is high yet most people don't make alot of money yet pay high priced items that can be easily purchased cheaper elsewhere and for the same product! We need another grocery store in this town it is not right to be held hostage with high prices!

I know a lot of locals say they wished we had another grocery store in town instead of just 1. But I will say, I enjoy the sales on the produce section. Their queso fresco is also really good in their freshly made tortillas with some salsita mmm.

I really do like Del Sol Market.But, one thing must be improve.I went to the Service Department where you can pay bills, get money order, buy Pesos, and much more. I saw the sign closed, but I was waited for 5 minutes in line. Their was a older man front of me in line as well was waiting even longer, yet few more minutes pass by no employee of the store came, so the older man went to talk to the cashier to get someone to open the Service Department. The manager came to us and said their employee is on lunch break for one hour. Time that took place 11:30 AM. So, the older man, me, and other people that were waiting in line left the store.To be clear, I have no problem for any employee to be on lunch break. But, I wish if the store manager can have more employees at Service Department so customers can pay bills, get money order, and buy pesos.That's my 2.5 Stars over 5.

A variety of delicious, inexpensive Mexican food in the deli area. Had a meeting in the deli area which had a good amount of comfortable seating.The aisles in the grocery areas were a little narrow; I felt like I was always blocking the aisle or my cart was in the way.

Like most of the Del Sol Market the customer service is about the same average nothing out of this world. The only thing that I think they should improve on is that employees do not start pointing fingers and who works there I believe that all employees should know everything about their store even if they're not not in that department. I shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes for an employee that works in that area in order to be seen.

New store about two years old. Still clean, has an affordable Mexican restaurant inside. Low prices on produce. Since it's the only grocery store in somerton it gets very crowded.Mostly in the winter season.

They have to train their cashiers to be more polite and courteous. I had an issue with an item that was priced wrong. I let one of the cashiers know that it was coming out a lot higher than what the price tag said. She goes to check and comes back with a different tag saying that it was placed in the wrong place. She then starts murmuring to her fellow cashiers about the issue and rolling her eyes. When the manager finally showed up, he told her that it was ok to honor the price that it said on the shelf since it was their mistake. She again rolled her eyes and said ok. Very rude, and a really bad attitude. Good thing I don't live in Somerton, because I will not be going back.

This is a Spanish language for most part grocery shopping store or Market, they would have about almost everything you need for your convenience to take home and cook anything you feel like it. It has a meat market, a Mexican fast food restaurant with the most delicious traditional Mexican plates, refreshments, bakery, flower and corn tortilla station like home made, they make them there, sweet bread, regular bread, beauty cosmetics, man and woman clothing, dishes, cleaning materials, automotive fluids, Windows cleaning supplies, cereal, milk, sodas, ice cream, coffee, creamer, baby products, they accept WIC, etc....

Excellent customer service, a lot of fruits and vegetables. You can even cash your checks there. Only complaint I have is that they only have one handicap motorized cart.

Bad service, rude employees, even liars. Disrespectful Yesterday when I went to the store some male employee held my scooter and didn't let me go in the store. They even say that if I want to come in the store I need to come in walking.

The store was not that busy for a Sunday and the employees were very helpful with a few items I could not find. They actually brought it to me while I waited in line at the register. I enjoy shopping at this store.

Prices are overpriced on some of the items that you usually find at walmart for a very lower price, but the price on the meat,fruit, vegetables and bread are just fine. Very clean store and the staff is always around to help.
