For a small town hardware store, this Ace Hardware is OK. The selection is somewhat lacking. I stopped in to get some keys cut but they were out of stock of the particular key that I needed. From talking to an employee, it sounds like it sometimes takes time for them to get certain products, like blank keys, re-stocked.

The staff here are very friendly. They had everything I needed, including a special plumbing fitting that I thought would be impossible to find in this little town. Easy access right on Main St.

Overall the service is very good. Everyone seems to have good attitudes and they ask you if you need assistance. The bigger box hardware stores used to be friendlier and more helpful but for a long time now, I always end up having to track someone down to get help. Ace has always been more expensive but it sure is worth the convenience having it locally. I also like that I don't have to walk a half mile across the store to find what I need.

Super helpful with friendly staff. Some of these staff members can tell you what aisle, and precisely where on the aisle items are, from the other side of the store. Quite a few of them. Have lots of construction experience too and give great advice. Very well stocked store.

Just recalling a pleasant experience I had recently in your store☺️ I went out to the patio to look at your beautiful flowers and someone had just watered creating a lush oasis 🏞️ In the far corner, sheltered & shaded from the dry Wind & bright Sun, I encountered a rare pocket of fragrant humidity not often found in AZ 🏜️ Inhaling deeply, senses enchanted, I was spellbound for a few moments😌 Thank You for that🙏

Prices are too expensive since Kay bought owner out. Irrigation supplies are double of Lowes in Show Low & they usually don'thave what's needed.

They are always super helpful and attentive in this store. The only reason not to give it 5 stars are the prices. But when you live in a small town and don't want to drive 30 minutes to Home Depot you deal with it. And the customer service is way better and more knowledgeable here.

We have been in a few times in the past few weeks and Mathew is always our guy there. He has helped us find everything we need and answered all of our questions. He’s given great advice on our projects which has helped us tremendously. My elderly mother was with me and was having a hard time standing. He even went and got her a chair and finished shopping for her. He goes above and beyond. Thank you!

Ace Hardware is a great little hardware store. It’s organized, clean and friendly staff. This store doesn’t hold everything but so far it’s held everything we’ve needed!Also there is nothing to worry about when it comes to assistances, no matter the time of day OR staff member, you always be greeted by cashiers as you walk in and others with “ Is there anything I can help you find?” It’s great!

This ace used to be awesome and very friendly and very helpful when they were old school..... Now that they have upgraded and got a makeover of their store, you can't find an employee to save your life. You get lost in there trying to find a toilet seat, or just your way out. Screw it now.

I sent my wife down for some small fasteners which she couldn't find. She asked for help repeatedly and none came. Frustrated she checked the next aisle and the one of the guys who was working there was yapping with someone about fishing spots or something or other. She had to come home and grab me, which I was neck deep in projects, just to get the fasteners which in turn caused delays and put me a day behind. I'm not a happy camper.

Ace hardware in Snowflake is the best hardware store. They don’t have everything you need because of the size but they have the best service. The people that work there are so helpful and you can tell that they really care. I hope they are serving the community for years to come.
