I have taken my Shih Tzu to Lauren for almost 2 years, she is very gentle and caring with her and Lola loves her. All the groomers seem to enjoy their jobs and are gentle with the animals. I would highly recommend them.

Lauren at Hector’s hay and feed grooms my very large Goldendoodle and always does an awesome job. He is always happy to go in because they treat him so well. I showed Lauren a picture of what we wanted (doggie mullet!) and it came out great! Highly recommend!

I can echo other reviewers about Lauren; she is THE BEST! We are new to the area and had an "appointment" with another groomer in the Show Low area that was canceled at the last minute (more specifically, when we ARRIVED -15 minutes early - we were told that she left a half hour earlier "because she wasn't busy"). We went home, looked for another groomer and came across Hectors in Snowflake. Even though it was 20 minutes further away, we decided to call anyways. To our surprise, they had a cancellation and we were able to get our three dogs in the next day for grooming. Lauren was so awesome with the dogs that we ALWAYS take the extra time to bring them back for nail trimmings once a month. Thank you, Lauren (and Hector's) for excelling in what you do. You have a customer for life!

We traveled in from Heber to give the ladies at Hector's our first try and it was GREAT! Such awesome customer service. So friendly and I knew our Goldendoodle would be well taken care of. The really great thing was getting an appointment the same week I called which is pretty much unheard of. Thanks so much!! We will be back!

Hector's Hay and Feed had a few grooming openings open up, so I called and talked to Lauren. My two rough collies were in need of baths and foot trims. They were able to fit them in, and they did a great job! Their coats are so clean and soft, it's hard to resist running my hands through their fur.

Lauren is amazing! My Golden Pyrenees, Daisy, usually suffers from some anxiety when she visits a new groomer. However, she took to Lauren immediately. Lauren is kind, gentle, and very patient. I had my dog groomed at Hector's. He is a large Chocolate Lab. He was content there and not nervous at all like he was at past grooming facilities that I used . The girls that did the grooming really seemed to care about animals. The prices are reasonable and they do a fantastic job! I'm always grateful to bring my dog somewhere I know she'll be loved on and treated well! (She especially loves Lauren!) My dog came home looking great the prices were awesome too! Today she got a bath, nails filed, teeth brushed and a new dog tag for her collar for $38. My mom came over later and asked "how does your dog always looks so good?!"
