I LOVE Sierra Vista Tractor Supply! All of the staff are so helpful and friendly! I especially love seeing Troy who greets me by first name before I'm even through the doors! She is so personable and warm to all the customers and makes you feel like you're family. This is the TSC I use even though I live half the distance to the TSC in Benson, AZ. Every time I have purchased from the Sierra Vista store, my husband and I have been treated as priority, with respect, and never a grudging attitude. Even the store manager has loaded our bags of feed with a big smile on his face. Now that's great service. He has dropped anything he is doing to assist as well! He sets by example and his employees are equally helpful and pleasant. Never a smart or disrespectful remark, unlike the TSC employees in Benson. We will never do business with that TSC after three attempts to purchase in store, only to find they are consistently out of the dog food and regular bag feed we purchase, have attitude (a super snarky older female employee snipped at me for entering their chick area, and I only did so because the employee assisting didn't know which version of chick I was asking for despite my extensive description and title, so I had to point them out to him), and seldom assist or volunteer to help us find anything! In 7 years we have endured this treatment and finally, despite the longer drive to Sierra Vista, we have switched to that much more pleasant, helpful, hard-working crew and manager. Having been a Navy Supervisor, I feel the Benson TSC should be completely removed (especially the manager) and an entirely new group of people hired. Their attitude is horrible, and they do a disservice to Tractor Supply Company. But that's okay. We spent our $500 plus dollars at the Sierra Vista store and will continue to do so from now on! It's worth the longer drive (which is beautiful) and the smiles we receive upon entry! They go above and beyond, and we have purchased off and on from them in the past 7 years as well. They are by far superior in every way to the Benson TSC, and could set the example for other businesses as well, so it's worth the additional drive and time to shop there instead! Excellent service, great attitudes, superior hard workers, and lots of respect for the senior buyers and veterans. We love the store!!!

I was in the area and wasn’t going to make it to the Tractor Supply back home so I put in my order for chicken feed and dog food. I got the text that my order was ready, when I clicked on the link I saw they didn’t have my dog food. Ok, I understand this, so I went inside. My chicken feed wasn’t even pulled yet, so no, my order wasn’t ready, then the guy asked if I wanted to pick up the dog food when their shipment came in, I explained I was from out of town so no, cancel that one. They didn’t have my dog food in any size so unfortunately I had to change it up so my dogs could eat when I got home, and here we are 3 days later, I’m getting a text at 7:30am saying my order in Sierra Vista is ready. I look at my bank account and sure enough, there’s a hold on it for a bag of dog food that was supposed to be cancelled 3 days ago. However, they were all very nice which did get them the 2 stars.

Visited this location the other day, not quite sure what i was looking for but between the service of Donna, and Cody, not only did i find what i was looking for, i was helped by two of the best customer service workers i have ever encountered. Ms.Donna was so kind and sweet, and Mr.Cody was extremely knowledgeable and was able to help me locate just what i needed for my weekend project!!!! 10/10 would recommend, ESPECIALLY IF YOU SEE DONNA OR CODY!!!!

Hands Down!!! The best customer service here in town. Your always greeted by someone when you walk into the store. Moreover, the take the initiative to ask if you need any help. I one point three different store associates ask if I needed help. This is call “legit customer service.” Wish there were more stars on this thing.

We really like TSC and all the supplies they provide. Customer service is great as well.Unfortunately, they do not offer military discount except twice a year.I want to say our service men and women, current and retired, do not serve this country just twice a year but every day of the year. TSC, you should offer military discount every day of the year to show your appreciation for our service men and women past and present.We have, in our own family, 3 generations of soldiers who have bravely served this amazing country for over 50 years.This is why we often shop at other stores for our supplies, because they do recognize these individuals on a daily basis.Please reconsider offering a military discount daily to these amazing brave men and women who serve this country, day in and day out 24/7! Thank you!

I first called a sister store in a town closer to me and asked about certain item was in stock and the man who answered told me no and was cut and dry with me and hung up before I could say anything else. So I decided I would try one more store in a different town, and I am so glad I did. I recieved excellent customer service from a lady named Misty...She went above and beyond...she is extremely knowledgeable and very professional not only on the phone but also in person. I will drive the extra miles just to go back to her store and shop. Only wish she could share her skills with others. All of the staff at this store is awesome. I highly recommend this place for all your shopping needs.

We got a puppy not too long ago and after comparing prices we found this place had the best deals on everything from crates to collars. The people working there are friendly and helpful. The prices are great. It's a fun store, especially when they get the chicks in stock! Makes me wish I was a touch more country. :-)

I love the curbside delivery. I have never waited longer than 10 minutes for them to bring out my order. All personnel in the store are polite, friendly, and competent, and the facilities are always clean. 10/10, love my TSC. ^_^

With consistent layout at most stores, it's familiar and convenient to shop at any location of Tractor Supply. We love the closeout sales. There's a helpful, friendly salesperson any time you need one. Prices are good. Shop online and have your items delivered to the store with no shipping fee. Also, if you need anything that's out of stock, check online for the location that has the item and they'll do a store-to-store transfer free of charge! I love these guys!

Always nice. Their chicken food area doesn't have a lot of choices. They have almost everything you need but not a huge amount of choices in any of the. They do have a great shot clinic program though! Their clothing section is nice too.

Come here about 3 times per month, mostly for dog food and propane. They're pretty hard to beat on those two items. Staff is always courteous and attentive. They can get pretty busy and at times can be a bit under staffed. Overall they have me as a loyal customer though.

I greeted as I walk through the front door I'm asked what I need if I need help finding us I can tell him what I need to know what it is and what I'm talking about and guide me right to it or they tell me right then and there that they don't have it don't carry it employees are very knowledgeable compared to some other hardware chain stores that I can dimensions are they employees actually avoid you it seems

Supper friendly, they held a Gun safe for me and I drove down from Tucson to pick it up. The staff was more than accommodating, they loaded the safe for me. I didn't even have to ask for help, I purchased the safe and two young men just loaded it in my truck, it was a hassle free experience.

Always a greeting when you walk in the door.I go there for propane call when I'm pulling in someone comes right out to help. They left the tank out of my truck for me put it back in and they take my payment right there!:)They have curbside pickup which is great always friendly service.Every other Sunday from 1:30 pm until about 3 pm there is a vet clinic for anyone that needs it.

This was my first time here. The store is clean and well stocked.Due to damage to my employers fences from illegal immigrants, I needed to mend them. Unfortunately, he needed more than what he had on stock. So, off to Tractor Supply we went.One of the employees, Misty, was incredibly helpful in helping me, essentially do my job.This was my first time at this store and though she was slightly off when I asked where fence stays are, she was absolutely right on the money with everything else.Also, the older man who worked there also helped me right away getting 3/4 Male and Female hose fittings.If you are looking for an Ag supply store that is a chain store and the staff can tell you pretty accurately where stuff is and will gladly help first time shoppers have a great experience, Tractor Supply in Sierra Vista, Arizona is the place.

He repeatedly called me sweetheart, was condescending, laughed at me, interrupted me, and spent the same amount of time it would have taken him to answer my one question being rude. Horrible experience I had today. Went to buy cat food and toys, had coupons to use and this older cashier named Sandra was extremely disrespectful and rude. She said, the coupons I want to use is one coupon, per person, per transaction. So I used one coupon for my one item. My friend said he would purchase the other item for me since the coupon said one coupon, per person, per transaction. The lady said, "legally, I cannot do that." Then proceeded to say, "You are too young, you need to learn!!" Essentially talked down to me as if I was a child then belittled me infront of a line of people. I wasn't aware that there was a law for coupons. Now, I understand if it was company policy, as for what the fine print stated. BUT, instead of being confrontational, I was respectful and said that it was okay and that I didn't want the other items anymore and left the store. As she handed me back my receipt for the one item I did buy, she slapped it in my hand in the rudest way. I would never wish such rudeness and disrespect on anyone, but Sandra is something else. This is the only reason for the 1 star review. Normally, I usually have the greatest experience here...that was until I met Sandra.
