Took the fur babies for the first time to get groomed at this PetSmart. The dogs were kinda scared at first, but the staff made sure to give them a nice warm welcome and took their time with them. They came out smelling amazing, and nails were nicely trimmed and filed. I will be coming back. ❤️

Austin and his team in the grooming department are honestly some of the most caring people I have met ! After adopting an old dog that had a horrible shelter cut, I wasn’t really sure what to do. They were super patient and explained everything to me. They took great care of him. Super thankful for their patience and kindness towards not only my dog but also me. Thank you guys!

Terrible service. Don’t book grooming here. They have unqualified staff that can’t actually groom your dog. We booked online, arrived on time, was told there was nobody available for two more hours to do the grooming. Lazy lady at the desk, who was grooming a dog when we arrived, said she couldn’t do it because she wasn’t a qualified groomer. Said she could only bathe and brush our dog. That’s all we wanted but she just looked for every possible reason to not do it. Our dog is a 8yr old border collie and is very sweet. It wasn’t our dog, it was a lazy employee not wanting to do her job.

Excellent service!! My dog gets groomed here and they do a great job!!I was really surprised they didn't have any decent sized/priced mouse cages. Lots of mice in this area. And they are little fellows, so your cage bars were spaced too far, made for ferrets and hamsters. All possible local mouse cage options are online, and online wasn't a solution because of price and waiting for their home to arrive through shipping, because I already caught one. I even looked in Tucson, and found nothing. Defeats the entire purpose of live catching where just a few mice are present. Time/money/lack of mouse cages in store (same with Tucson) all were issues for my particular situation. But I guess, unfortunately, mice are more popular as pets overseas, like in the U.K.And that's my only complaint. Everything here is great and I do recommend their grooming. Just don't expect to find any mouse stuff. And if you do call the groomer you have to let it ring until they pick up. Might take a while but they will always answer. Just have patience! :)

Had all I needed for these baby kittens, some creep dumped at the airport. Kitten milk replacement, bottles, and now litter. Toys are a lil over priced but they do have a variety. And they have gineau pigs lol. All around great store.

Absolute best Petsmart. All animals are well taken care of. Always have the supplies I need. The staff is absolutely incredible. The assistant manager, Chad, is a true animal person and is super helpful and knowledgeable

A friend of mine gave me her betta fish along with his tank and supplies. I felt he could use company so I researched fish that are compatible. I went to pet smart and a nice young man helped me but said he didn't feel I should get any fish for the tank because Betta fish are not compatible. I showed him on my phone which fish were and he helped me to get them. I'm happy to say it worked out and my betta fish hasn't given them a second thought

Went in for a new collar for my dog, they had quite the collection.I bought a harness, which I returned. Easy returns.I ended up getting a comfort neoprene collar.And a couple Christmas toys, and cookiesI also signed up for their rewards program.

Went in for grooming services this week; walked in with a dirty Golden Retriever, and walked out with Brad Pitt in a dog's clothing! I'm not sure what kind of magic soap Tiffany is using back there but my goodness! My Golden is shiny, silky, and isn't shedding anymore! She needs a raise and some serious recognition. Polite, kind, and made my dog feel welcomed and loved in the salon. She told me it could take a couple hours to groom him (he is a "big and hairy") but she had him done in half the time she promised. What a wonderful option we have here for grooming, and such sweet service and staff to go with it! We'll definitely be back for more.

We visit this location monthly for pet food for our dogs and cats. We have also found sprays, creams and treats that have helped our pets with health issues. We occasionally purchase toys and accessories as well. The store is always clean and well organized. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. We appreciate the rewards program that allows us to save money almost every trip. We will be back.

We went to pick up cat supplies for a cat we were looking to adopt. While looking around we seen they had cats to adopt. We ended up adopting a beautiful young male rescue kitten from petsmart. He's very well adjusted and we can tell he received a lot of attention. Some cats are nervous in New environments but our cat was not. He took right up with our female Husky with no problem. His name was Theodore but Chester fits him better. He's a wonderful snuggle kitten and very gentle with our dog Maya.

They have an excellent selection of tropical fish and an experienced staff to help you. We just recently set up a 55 gallon aquarium and they worked closely with us.

Just moved to Sierra Vista and this was our schnauzer's first grooming since the move. Extremely disappointed with the service. It's almost like they never have seen a schnauzer before. They cut her beard and leg hair way too short after we specifically asked to keep it long. We even showed the groomer a picture of a previous cut our schnauzer had. We've been growing her leg, belly, and beard hair (known as a skirt) since she was born. She didn't even smell clean when we picked her up and she still had cut dog hair all over her... I mean use a a blow dryer and get it off! Not worth going back and I suggest you be really specific about what you want if you go and ask if they understand what you want. We were very detailed about how we wanted her hair cut and they still got it all wrong. Posted below is a picture how she normally gets cut and how they did it. 😭😣

Took our dog boots to get his nails clipped on 8/4/2023 around 2pm. The lady working the counter said my phone number did not match. Gave her my number which I am the husband and it did not match. Asked her to try my wife's number again and it worked. She very rudely sad well it is not because I put it in wrong. She had all kinds of piercings which did not bother me, but my Trump hate set her attitude. If she cannot keep politics out of her job she needs to be bo fired. Everyone has the right to there beliefs. We live in America. The best country to live in. The right to our opinions out side of our jobs. I will continue to bring my dog to get his nails clipped unless she is working. I will request someone else. I hate to think how she treated my dog. She will never touch my dog. If she is the only one there I will be finding a new place to get him clipped. I suggest you have a chat with this employee.

This place was very nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly, the cashier answered all of the questions we had about the fish we bought, and on multiple occasions an employee approached us to ask if we needed help. We came here to buy fish, and the tanks are kept very clean, and they have a wide selection. There's plenty of other stuff for dogs, hamsters, cats etc, and we were able to purchase everything we needed. Definitely coming back soon!
