I can tell you that from the moment I walked in with Tracy Buttercup, our Lhasa Apso Mix, and Porkchop Riley, our pug, I knew they were in good hands. They even asked for permission to give my doggies treats. They called us with an update and my doggies came out looking adorable.The prices are affordable and the groomers really care.This is hands down the best grooming place in Sierra Vista.Special thanks to Jackie Lyda for her courtesy.

They do a great job, my puppy is ALWAYS happy to go there. Happy when i pick her up! They take good care in her trims and nail clips and she smells clean when i pick her up and for a couple of days. I am very pleased with the staff, who are very conscientious and thoughtful!

Always love taking my mutt here. Everyone is wonderful and my little 10lbs of terror doesn't get the best of them. He always looks so good and he feels good! He shimmies and shakes and wiggles when he walks out!

We have two Golden Doodles. We took a chance of going to the Pet Corral after THREE disastrous appointments with PetsMart. We held our breath when we picked up Strider Longshanks Greene and Rosie Cotton Greene, brother and sister. We were extremely pleased with the result. They cut the fur to our exact specifications, especially around the face, ears, and private parts. Strider and Rosie were not stressed out when we took them there and when we picked them up. They enjoy their day at the puppy spa. We have taken our precious "children" there twice and we will be going back again. Our dogs loved the staff and we could tell the staff loved our dogs. No bloody nicks like at PetsMart. Staff seemed very well trained.

I have a Corgi Border Collie mix and have had horrible luck finding anywhere to groom my baby well. The Pet Corral however did outstanding! My baby came out looking a d feeling great her coat has never looked better. The employees really know what they are doing with ever breed. Highly recommend.

They were so good with our skittish German Shepard Angel. In and out fast and beautiful. She was calm when we picked her up. They were awesome. Thank you so much. Will bring her back again and again.

Took two of my dogs there to get all groomed up what I left with was nothing trimmed on my dogs, nails missed, and one dogs face and ears not even cleaned. They claimed to have some a hygiene trim on both (they are long hair dogs nothing was trimmed anywhere!) Was offered a free wash o said no, then a minute later after having my money thrown at me by the owner was told a wash comes with a trim and I asked why that wasn't done the first time then and no one could give an answer. Another employee left a dog unattended on the table and when it nearly fell she decided that was a good time to start running her mouth when she wasn't even involved in any of this. Only thing they owned up to was missing the nails on one dog. Nothing about leaving ones face and ears dirty. Nothing about not trimming their hair anywhere. Extremely disappointed cause I liked how they used to treat and cut my dog.

I do not recommend this place! They called me to say that my dog was being difficult, granted she doesn’t like her nails cut and I told them that. They respectfully asked me to pick her up and I did. When I got home I realized that the three nails they cut are all bleeding!

Took my chi's, who can be difficult, and had a great experience. My dogs weren't stressed at all at pick up time and looked amazing. Will definitely be using them from now on.😊
