After two groomers told me they wouldn’t groom a pyr, Rachel did a wonderful job! Ludo was very nervous but everyone was so nice. I love how easy it is to book online and that they insist on vaccinations. I can’t recommend them enough.

We took our dog to another groomer for almost 9 months because we thought there were no better options in town. We were sorely mistaken. When we dropped off our dog, the staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and made sure they understood what we wanted. However, we went to pick up our dog with the expectation that they had given her a different cut than what we wanted. Peaceful Paws Pet Spa proved us wrong. They had hit every nail on the head! The biggest problem we had with our previous groomer was that they did not leave her face round and fluffy. They insisted on making her snout look long. Peaceful Paws made sure she still looked like a spoiled teddy bear! The establishment itself is clean and presentable. The owner was truly an amazing person and groomer. The staff is extremely talented and personable. Only getting to take our dog to them once before we left Sierra Vista will truly be one of the worst parts of leaving.

I had a HORRIBLE experience here. Let me tell you why. This was the first time ever taking my puppy here for her first grooming and they took her for an hour and a half as I walked around the mall before they decided to text me and tell me she was “ready.” When I went to come pick her up, that is when they decided to tell me she was nervous and allegedly biting at the clippers. So, they gave her a bath and barely trimmed her paws and still charged me $50+ for a bath and blowout and the owner Eileen recommended I bring her in once a week to get familiar with the equipment and sounds… At the end I asked if they could at least puts bows on her to make her look cute and the unkept girl working on my dog just clipped one to her collar. When it came time to checkout the adult man behind the iPad for the life of him could not figure out how to reduce the $90 charge for grooming to $50 for a bath… all of my work peers told me to avoid this place like the plague and that they are just riding off the back of the success that Amber (who left) brought them. I would genuinely give them zero stars if I could.

Teddy loves coming here to get her cuddles and grooming! She knows she gets snacks and pets and she always comes home looking like a new pup! Eileen is so great and keeps me informed throughout the whole ordeal while I'm at work and when I need to come get my floof! Def bring your babies to her!

My poodle was cut unevenly on one side because I was told after the fact the normal groomer was out that day instead of informing me so I could re schedule before the grooming started! His nails were also not trimmed and groomer even had the nerve to ask for a tip!

An absolutely amazing experience for our extra large and fluffy cat! After returning from a three week vacation I came home to a very dirty and tangled fat cat. Eileen at Peaceful Paws was able to get us in very quickly and Amanda, his groomer, was FANTASTIC! Apollo seemed totally relaxed when I picked him up and is now clean and smelling so sweet. He did not seem stressed AT ALL! I’m so happy with my experience at Peaceful Paws that I’m going to make an appointment for our other cat in the very near future. 10/10 highly recommend for cat grooming!

First of all, let me start by saying my dogs are DIVAS. Like DIVA DIVAS. We’ve been taking them to Peaceful Paws since we moved here. They are sooo patient with them (even when they’re being total jerks). They always do such a great job with our doodle to make sure his hair cut is just right. We also have a Newfoundland who needs coat grooming, deshedding, blow outs, and the whole shebang, they have never missed the mark with her either. We love that we can support a veteran owned family business that offers fabulous services. We’ve never felt rushed or as though they didn’t care for our pups like they were their own. We can’t recommended them enough. Eileen and crew are second to none. Really, if they can handle my two they are saintly. 😂

As someone who is really cautious of where they take their dogs to for grooming, Peaceful Paws Pet Spa exceeds my expectations. They do not have kennels stacked (unsafe for dogs) and they keep record of vaccinations (some places in town don't). For these reasons I know my family dogs will always be safe when they are waiting pre and post groom. Additionally, anytime there were any worries about a cut or weary behavior the team took the time to listen, understand, and went above and beyond to make sure not only did I feel comfortable, but that the dogs were too. The groomers are knowledgeable about their work and are all team players. Your pet will always matter and be treated like their own when you bring them to Peaceful Paws Pet Spa. The facilities are always clean and make you feel good that your pet is safe here.If you are new to town, I highly recommend bringing your pet here. No other place in town can compare to the safety, knowledge, and compassion that is delivered. If you are looking at switching groomers, look no further as you've found a forever groomer with Peaceful Paws Pet Spa.If you are still in doubt, some of dog family members travel from Tucson just to get groomed at Peaceful Paws Pet Spa. They were so good and patient with both my anxious babies, regardless of how difficult they were (ie, very. See picture of them lovingly holding Piper as she struggled for freedom). If you need someone that you can trust with your furbaby, I recommend booking with anyone on this team. Everyone of them cared about every animal they encountered regardless of whose booking it was. 10/10! :)

I took my Cavalier, Lady, to Peaceful Paws for a much needed grooming and wasn’t sure how she would do since she can be kind of nervous. She did great, so I knew I would be going back! I love that they have spa add on packages to treat my ol’ Lady to a spa day. The last time I picked her up I could tell she was feeling great! They are always so welcoming to me and Lady too. I love seeing how much they love all their doggo clients too.

We love Peaceful Paws! They take their time and are so great with the dogs! Our Freyja (golden retriever) absolutely loves her time there and gets so excited when she knows we are headed back. Their blueberry facial is a big win with our pup. We will always go back to Peaceful Paws.

Absolutely THE best place in town. I've been taking my dogs here since they opened. I have 2 small dogs nearing 10 years old and they've gone to groomers in 4 different states and 2 places here. One of my dogs is incredibly nervous and has had awful experiences in several places with people who seem to only want "show dog" type of behaviors in dogs. There is another local place where he would come back from and he would be completely agitated and stressed as well as choppy. Coming home from Peaceful Paws he is happy and calm. Not being kenneled is an amazing feature for my little guy. It really is an individualized experience for each pet!

I had my 3 furbabies groomed this week. (2 mini schnauzers and 1 Shih zu) Oh my goodness they all look so beautiful!!! I wish I had thought to take a before and after picture of each pup. When I got home my White Schnauzer bark/howled at me as to be trying to say "hey Mom- HEY MOM!!@ LOOK AT ME!! I'm beautiful 😍 !!" IT was so hilarious. The owner cares so much not only about her clients and furbabies, she also cares so much for her staff. Really enjoy all of you. Thank you for making my furbabies beautiful!!

Have you ever seen a human being yanked into a mall to then run to a grooming salon, because their dog is so excited to see the bathers and groomers. Every-time I take River this is what I go through. She adores the shop, she is treated amazingly, smells fantastic and looks so pretty afterward. I will never take her somewhere else. This salon has taken the time to know my dog, and they adore her like a friend would. Best pet spa ever.

Everyone was so sweet upon my arrival, the place itself was super clean and my pup got excited and nervous all at the same time and peed a bit on the floor - immediately they cleaned it and were so nice about the accident. I left reassured knowing Ollie would be in good hands. When returning to grab my pup they handed me a report card which I absolutely loved! Not only did he look amazing, I knew how he did and now I will see how he improves every visit which is awesome! I also mentioned to the store owner how I loved how it’s so open and I can see what’s going on. You can tell the owners have love for animals in general. All In all, we had a great experience and will only be using them for now on. Price was also way more than reasonable and I absolutely love that I can bring Ollie in to get his nails trimmed whenever I need!

At pick up, I was instructed that my dog could not come back during normal business hours and that mall management had complained about the “noise and whining” levels of my dog during his grooming session. I felt they rushed due to the excessive whining and only took 45 minutes to groom a 90lbs GSD. If noise levels are a concern for a DOG GROOMER, then maybe they should move their location outside of the mall. If your dog is a complete angel for a grooming session, then this is the place for you.

I had the pleasure of taking my recently adopted older dog, Blue, to Peaceful Paws for his very first groom. He has anxiety in new situations, some joint pain and in general can be a little grumpy when not doing exactly what he feels like doing in the moment and is not afraid to tell you by growling. I felt certain the experience would be a little traumatic for all. I was, happily, completely wrong! Brianna approached the complicated situation with loving, calm reassurance. When picking up Blue, he was completely relaxed and looking and smelling like he has a family who loves him! The receptionist, Briana (the groomer) and the owner were all a delight to work with. Top notch in skill, care and knowledge. I look forward to visiting them again next month.

At first I would give them 5 stars. I brought in my cats to get nails trimmed and tipped before and had a positive experience. I called today to set up an appointment for the same procedure and was told that they decided to do cats only on certain days. They said that they've noticed that cats get upset or nervous around the dogs and both her and Amber decided to do them on certain days. Today is the 10th and I was told the earliest they can do is the 23rd. They said that they get more dogs than cats which is fine but if you're going to do cats on certain days it shouldn't be two weeks out. If you're booked for cats til the 23rd then say so. If not then you need to stop advertising that you offer cat services.

This place is INCREDIBLE! My dog is usually pretty vocal when I leave him at a groomer's, but not here. They immediately get to work, and I swear he does not have any time to miss me. They are efficient and do an excellent job. But I love that my dog is comfortable there. It is such a relief.

My 8yro Golden mix loves getting groomed here. They have little gated areas for dogs to await pick up, no kennels. Nova was just relaxed laying in there the last time I picked her up. The care they put into giving the animals a great experience is worth the little bit of upcharge from somewhere like petsmart.

The staff here are pawsitively amazing! I can't say enough good things about this salon. We had a unique situation involving a family death. They went above and beyond to accomodate us, and to help bring some joy to our grieving family. It is so obvious that what they do is not a job, but rather a passion. Their kindness and sensitivity will never be forgotten. If you want a place that provides individualized service with gracious and professional staff, this is it!

This is a fantastic groomer for my cats. Yes they groom CATS!!!! The staff kept my babies happy and content, even with washing them. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always greet me with a smile. Fantastic place and I wouldn't take my cats anywhere else.

Such a great place, with amazing people that care about your animals. Not just a grooming salon, they offer pet facials, bubble baths, boutique items that you will not find anywhere else in Sierra Vista. Cakes for dogs that you can microwave, cat wine, rhinestone collars and so much more. It's a must on your list when wanting to spoil your pets!!!

I came in to ask about prices while I was shopping at the mall, I waited in front for about 10 minutes. No one greeted me nor asked if I needed help. This place is very unprofessional and rude. I sat and waited while two girls talked badly about another employee who worked there and didn’t bother to check if I needed help. I eventually left but as someone who could have been a potential client, this is very unprofessional. If that is how they pay attention to clients I can only imagine the care they would give my animals.
