Very professional, attentive to my service dogs special needs. Jamie is absolutely wonderful! After Sadie had some traumatic injuries & attacks over the years, she has some very sensitive areas. I've not been able to take her to a groomer in several years, especially after 2 bad experiences at Petco & Petsmart where she came home with cuts on her and abrasions on her belly. Due to my physical disabilities & injuries It's difficult for me to groom Sadie as often as I'd like to, or she needs to be groomed living in the mountains, traveling and such. Border Collies have a lot of long hair and she has a thick undercoat. I can't thank them enough for their expertise and care of Sadie. We will be visiting again!Thank you so much for your love and passion for grooming Jamie, don't know what I would have done without you!

I have taken my mini Schnauzer and my Yorkiepoo to some of the groomers in Sierra Vista but this groomer is awesome. They cut them exactly like I wanted and no burns or cuts like the other places. Thank you Paw Passion for taking such good care of my babies!!!

I have a senior dog (a mini poodle) and they are so kind & gentle to him! His legs hurt from arthritis most of the time, but he never hurts after coming home from his hair cuts. This is one of the best grooming places I've ever taken him! Excellent service & extremely professional.

I can't praise Paw Passion and Jamie enough. I have my first long haired dog and didn't know where to take him for his first grooming. A couple of people recommended Paw Passion and I am so happy I found them. This was the first time leaving my puppy, and I was super nervous. Jamie met me and made me feel so much better about leaving him. You can tell right away how much Jamie loves animals. I wasn't sure exactly what to ask for but Jamie knew what to do. I was blown away when I picked him up--he looked adorable. She even helped me take pictures of Bo, and when I picked him up, he was happily playing with other dogs behind the reception desk. The receptionists are super friendly and accommodating also.

I am new and everyone was super friendly and kind. They were extremely busy but I still feel like they made sure I knew what my dog was having done. Accidentally left my dogs shots paperwork and the first thing they did when I came to pick up my dog was make sure I got it back. The building is old but don’t be fooled by its appearance. Would give them a 10/10

Best groomer in town, hands down. I tried 3 others before this one and none compare. She does amazing work on my rough collie. He's a working boy who often gets long grass and mud tangled through his fur that I struggle to get out myself. He comes out of here looking like a giant, pampered lap dog who has never seen mud. They are incredible!

Jamie and staff are the best groomers in town. Been to multiple groomers prior but won't go anywhere else now. Unlike the others, her customers come FIRST, and my dogs no longer come home with cuts from the clippers like they did at the other groomers in town. Go check her out: you won't be disappointed!

Jamie and her team are amazing. After a bad experience with Petsmart, I have become a dog momma with high anxiety over leaving my baby. I lack the skills to properly groom her, so I needed someone. I'm a Pom Mom of two and new to the area. I took a chance on a local business and I'm very happy. Their prices are very reasonable for a wash, brush and sani trim. They also grind the dog's nails and no additional charge. When I picked my babies up, they were happy and clean and smelled nice, too! Will definitely go back.
