We bring our small dog here to get groomed and they do a very good job…much better than many of the other places in the area. I highly recommend them for their skill at grooming!The main drawback is the woman who works reception, she may be the owner but I’m not sure. She lacks customer service skills and is rude. My wife had complained about her previously and I was able to experience it myself recently. Poor customer service and lack of communication skills is something I cannot stand. My wife will put up with it a bit more.This last time we said no more but the quality of the wash and cut is excellent so we are on the fence.I hope the owner sees this review and decides to change something as I know others who have stopped taking their pets to this location due to this customer service issue.

I could not have been more pleasedwith how awesome my little Ellie looked after her grooming.. she went in looking like a dust mop, and came out looking like my little teddy bear I will recommend 4 paws to everyone with a furbaby 😊

Great experience here! I have a 4 pound, 6 month old maltipoo. 4 paws took great care of her and groomed her perfectly dispute (I’m sure) quite a lot of wiggles!

Over all experience I would have to say just satisfactory. First of all the reception was just great she did the paperwork give me some paperwork and then the groomer came over and asked me how would I like my dog's haircut I told her specifically since it's getting cold just leave it a little long ( I have a mixed wired hair terrier). I also told the groomer who was standing at my side to leave a long strands of hair coming off her ears and her whisker too this is what defines her as a female. Well it was obvious that she asked question with no intention of paying attention I went to pick my dog up and as in enter the front doors my dog see's me and of course she gets excited and start to move around .the groomer does not hesitate and yells at my dog to stop and picks her up aggressively and makes a comment to fellow worker that she was going to take her to the back room. when she brings the dog to the front my dogs hair was as short as I've ever seen it I don't think she could have got any shorter unless she would have shaved her. If I new that the groomer was going to do what she wanted too. I would have not ever stepped in that 4 paws Grooming Salon. I could have did the same hair cut at home and did a better job.also I would of save gas , $ , and time. I'm about a hour away from the salon. And so you asked about my experience well if you read it correctly you know what it's all about have a great day.

Every time I go in, they take my girl back right away to do her nails and they are amazingly priced. One time I didn’t have cash and my balance was really low and the owner let me come back and pay her later so that I didn’t have to pay the fee that that was really nice. I highly recommend this place. It’s the only place I take my baby to.

They are so awesome there , Harley Gurl absolutely 💖' s her new hair cut and she smells great and has some nice trimmed nails and an adorable pink & purple bow on her collar thanks to Lisa , she's a fantastic groomer and all of the ladies are phenomenal 😘

Why do the dogs have to sit in a cage for up to 2 extra hours? Why make an appointment? My complaint is that I had an appointment and despite being on time, I was told it would be 3-4 hours for my 15 lb. dog to be done. I was also told I could pay an extra $25 for expedited service and get moved to the head of the line and be done in @ 2 hours. It's not fair to the animals waiting, and it's not fair to try to get extra $ to be seen on time. I gave 2 stars because I've seen many dogs leave here looking nice ( I frequent another business nearby).If you only care how your dog looks when they leave and not how he/she gets there, this might be the place for you however I will NOT put my pet through this type of treatment or pay EXTRA $ for my appointment time to be honored. How you do something is as important as what you do. I will be paying a bit more, not $75, but my dog will NOT be put in a cage and will be done in @ 2 hours.

Brought my Chiuahua in for a nail trim as did my sister bring her Chiuahua mix. They took the dogs right away, brought them back in a very short amount of time. Price was very acceptable and the girl did a wonderful job on both dogs nails. I'll be back!!

My dog hates getting her nails done. I recently moved to AZ hoping to find a place that can work with my dog because she will bite for her nails and moves around too. Shawn did an amazing job being patient with her and all the other groomers were so kind and understanding. Her nails look sooo much better and the price for the nail dremel was inexpensive! Had a great experience and will be coming here from now on.

I was so pleased with the service and love my cat India received from 4 Paws. They got her in right away today and did a great job with her trimming and grooming. India was very calm as I brought her home so I know the experience was good for her also! I added a picture of India.

Donna is a bit rough around the edges but she loves her clients and staff, and the groomers always treat the dogs with respect. She is good with her word and this is the first grooming business that Teddy enjoys being groomed by.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!(I am adding this review for my mother, who is not computer savvy, but had such a horrible experience here, she felt it would be helpful for others to hear before they went through the same thing. As stated by my mom, who is 80 years old) :"I would like to share my experience at 4 Paws Grooming. This was my first appointment here, as I just recently moved to town. I had gone in before hand and gotten a quote of $37 for my dog. When I first came in to drop off my dog, I observed the owner yelling "stop it!" over and over at a small dog who was a bit antsy on the grooming table. The grooming area looked messy and she was standing in at least 2 inches of clipped hair that did not come from the dog she was working on! For a simple bath and groom, they told me I could come back in an hour and a half to pick her up. There were at least 6 dogs in kennels waiting their turn. The two other young employees were helpful and treated my dog nicely. When I returned to pick up my dog, the owner was still working on my dog so I waited another 20 minutes. While paying my bill with the owner, I asked about the sign that is in full display that says there is a 10% senior discount. The owner replied in a rude tone, "I'm already giving you a special price , and now you want more of a discount?" After a short exchange, she started yelling at me. I told her there was no need to yell, and she stated that she wasn't yelling, but that she was hard of hearing. I again stated that she was indeed yelling and then asked her if her customers know how she treats their dogs, citing the incident I witnessed at drop off of her yelling at the little dog. Her response was "what would you rather me do- stab the pup in the eye?" She shouted me that she has been in business for 53 years and if I wasn't happy I should get the f..k out of her shop. To top it off, when I got home, I had to get out scissors and trim several places on my dog that were uneven or missed altogether!Please do not take your dogs here!"

I took my rabbit here to get his nails clipped. I was in and out within not even 5 minutes!! 10/10 recommend this place! Amazing staff!! I will definitely be back!

I will never take my babies anywhere else ever again! They are always so nice and my dogs always come out fresh and happy. Especially my husky that takes a lot of work to maintain her grooming. They are awesome and affordable ❤️

My two dogs love going to here for grooming. They come back looking amazing and are always well behaved. The groomers have never had an issue with them - a feat considering they are both over 75# and my male is 100# and very stubborn/particular about who grooms them. The cost was extremely competitive and was well worth it for the services provided.

I have been a customer of this place for many years, even before the current owner was the owner. I have always been happy with the customer service and grooming service. The current owner, Donna, is a wonderful person and fabulous groomer. She takes very seriously, the quality and personalities of the staff she hires. If I ever ask for something to be re-done, it is happily done to my approval. Multi-pet (3+) discounts are offered, as well as military discounts. You won't be disappointed if you use 4 Paws Grooming!

This place most definitely mistreated our dog. The employee at the front desk was also very rude. Whenever we took our dog for grooming, she would shake badly, and her heart would start beating non stop. Whenever we went to pick her up she was quiet and wouldn’t do anything but lay down for the rest of the day, she had small cuts around her stomach as well. The employees would also yell at the poor dogs. Sure this place does a good job grooming, but do they treat our pets well? Definitely not

I've taken all my dogs to 4Paws. They were all excited to go in there, and happy as clams coming out. Donna is an expert groomer and major lover and rescuer of animals. I wouldn't trust my furbabies with anyone else, no matter what other people say. She would never hurt an animal. If she did, my dogs would cower going in and out of her business. Those people giving bad reviews are obviously being paid by another groomer to discredit her. I have complete faith in her. Do not believe those bad reviews. If she was as they claim, she would not be booked out 2 months in advance! She also has video cameras set up in her shop, yet those giving bad reviews never called the cops so they could see the videos to prove she was supposedly 'abusive.' Why is that???? I even volunteered to go with someone to watch the videos with her, and her nasty post was suddenly removed! Donna loves and respects all furbabies. Respect her and treat her fairly as she has a massive workload and not enough workers. Yes appointments take a while, but it's worth it.

I’ve been taking my dog to get her nails clipped here for the past 6 months and today I decided to no longer give them my business. The groomer made my dog bleed while doing her nails and then they stated it was my fault since I waited over 2 weeks to bring her in. This is not true but I didn't want to start an argument with these people so I just paid and left. I think it’s rude and unnecessary to blame the customer of a mistake a groomer made. All they could have done was apologize and leave it at that. There was no accountability whatsoever. This is not the first time this has happened here so I will start going somewhere else with nicer staff from now on.

I realize that you were understaffed, but did not appreciate the lack of professionalism! My appt. could have been rescheduled. Service has always been great! Was just concerned because my doggie had not eaten all day! It was almost time to close and my doggie had still not been finished since morning. Definitely did not appreciate the rude treatment when I asked if she was ready! Please get more help when needed!
