My child was almost attacked by a “service dog.” He did not approach the dog. We were walking past and the dog immediately began barking, raised its hackles, bared its teeth, and began chasing my child on its very long leash. The owner didn’t even notice until I began screaming at the dog. This Walmart allows dogs that are not real service animals in all the time. (I’m local.) This is the first time it’s been a problem, but it was terrifying for me and my four year old. Unless it is a real service animal Walmart absolutely needs to crack down. Aggressive dogs do NOT belong in grocery stores.

Most staff were great nothing wrong with the store. Just wanted to come on here and say as a mixed (black and white) woman coming here i did not feel safe. our family was being stared at just about the whole time by costumers, they were walking around us, overall just weird vibes. one of the workers were staring at us and shaking her head. Just putting this on here to warn other black or interracial families. Hot wheels section was great tho.

While in the self checkout near the pharmacy area, the machine double charged me. I cancelled but i had to wait for an employee. She was right next to me fixing bags on another machine. I waited for a bit and then my son said excuse me can you help? She then said " i will help you when i am done here and not any sooner" in a very snotty manner. There were no customers on that machine. Total disrespect of a customer.Maybe people who have good customer service skills should be the ones who deal with customers. She was totally awful to us!

Actually not bad to shop at today. Items I was looking for were in stock. Aisles were fairly clear and no long lines. Only issue came at check out when the 2 big bags of sugar I wanted didn't ring up correctly. The shelf price was $7.68 and they rang up $18+. Since I use a scooter and can't see prices on upper and lower shelves, I always take pictures so I can see the price before adding items to my cart. So I had the photo to show the clerk. She needed someone else to void and override because it wasn't showing as a sale item. The 3rd person (lead maybe) tells me the price on the shelf is for a smaller size and that someone put the wrong bags there. I explained the whole bottom shelf was marked as $7.68 and it was only the big bags on that shelf. She didn't want to honor the shelf price until I mentioned calling Weights and Measures and reporting this store. Then she decided to sell me 1 bag at the shelf price. I have never had such resistance to honoring the shelf price before. I get that mistakes happen. But consumers rely on accurate pricing when shopping. And I know plenty of people (myself included) don't always catch the overcharges until we get home(if ever) and it's not worth the time to go back and have it corrected.

I am rather surprised at some of the negative reviews about this store. The majority of employees I have encountered, especially the pick up area, have been nothing but helpful, courteous and friendly. The same goes for the pharmacy. Yes it is crowded, yes the parking lot is too small but this store is a breath of fresh air compared to many other Walmart stores I have been too. I feel welcome and appreciated as a customer.

Constantly moving items around so shoppers have to wander to find things which increases impulse buying. Not enough handicapped parking spaces with multiple instances of non-,handicapped cars in designated spots.

This location is always crowded! I'm amazed by the attire of some of the customers. Reminds me of back in school when we had pajama day. The parking lot had trash scattered about. Pharmacy staff very friendly. I wasn't greeted by any staff throughout the store or told to have a nice day as other stores' doors greeters have done.

Wow! So many people have become dependent on China 🇨🇳.I was in a pinch for a cane for my mother-in-law. We had to take her to Urgent care and they called the ambulance 🚑 to transport her to Summit Emergency. In the mayhem we lost her cane.We first tried the Vets Thrift-store preferring to donate to the Veterans. However, they didn’t have a used cane we could purchase.Regardless, we were able to find a cane( Made in China) however, Moma can get around better and safer.I just hate to see the local folks like my ACE Hardware owner friend (Air Force veteran) and many other business owners across America being sold out to China.I realize that it has gotten to a point where Americans have little to no choice but I sure miss the “MADE IN USA” logo.

When I think customer service, the last place I think of is Walmart, but this store in particular changed my mind. The employees are so friendly, on par with Whole Foods and Trader Joe's if not better. I saw an employee sprint at full speed out of the store to deliver an item an elderly man had purchased but forgot to take with him from the checkout. She caught up with him in the parking lot halfway to his car. These acts of kindness warm my heart and restore my faith in Walmart. Other employees were very conversational, not only assisting with locating items for me but empathizing with different generations of people. I hate to say it, but this Walmart is a pillar of our small community. I only wish they could keep the vegetarian items in stock. Those keep flying off the shelves.

Horrible place to shop AND work. Shelves are hardly stocked. I wouldn't even recommend even working here, upper management is a joke. Policy is based on whomever is charge for the day. Not worth your time and money. Go elsewhere. Doesn't even deserve a star.

The grocery pickup is exceptional! I can't remember when I had to go into the store to shop. I truly feel spoiled!

Vision center sucks ! Doesn’t call when your glasses have arrived or gives excuses as why it’s taking up to 4 + weeks to get just the lenses in. Go somewhere else and do your self a favor, go to a professional eye doctor that’s not in a Wally World. Just plain awful

For a busy Saturday evening, only 1 long @ss checkout line and over 10 self checkout lines? Do they really expect someone with 400 dollars in groceries to wait 20 minutes to be checked out? I see plenty of employees standing around chatting and that's about the extent of it.

Clerks are rude. Do not like self checkouts. I had to stand in line for 45 minutes. The credit card machine wasn't working and I had to go to customer service. what happened to the Walmart we use to know.

Great selection, terrible crowding, never enough staff. Good luck getting someone to answer over the phone. You'll be sitting there for hours.

Scanned items through plus program and over 130 items worth, the register failed. Had to rescan everything as they couldn't move it and a cashier came over yelling as us and being rude about us having to redo everything we had already done. Needed our ID again after just having provided it to them the first time. Self checkout here is a joke and employees are even worse. (not all of them) but the few we delt with.

Crowded, all check out lines had 3 or 4 people waiting. I couldn't get a self check out that took cash. After waiting a half hour to pay for eggs I left without them. Other shoppers are always rude in this store for some reason.I won't shop here again. I will avoid all Walmart stores as much as possible.

Scratched our 1 week old wheels. They tried hard to excuse it as if it was no big deal until the manager stepped in to apologize and say that they would take care of it. We will see.

It's a large store and easy to get lost trying to find the items you need. But ask anyone for help, and they are more than happy to help. Very friendly floor staff.

It's Walmart... what can you expect other than the death of all mom and pop businesses, leaving us with almost no-where else to go now, to get supplies that are needed. Hate it, but have no-where else to go. Ugh! I'll be glad when they are gone, and mom and pop America come back with compassion and manners, to enrich our lives again.

Bare minimum. I applied here over two months ago and I’ve gotten a single text back telling me I’d be in after the holidays. It is January 18th. What the hell.
