Customer Service needs improvement- 1st lady(brunette, heavy set) I approached for help seemed reluctant and uninterested in assisting me.I even asked was she having an ok day…. Once I found what I was looking for thanks to Zeke and the young man directing me to Zeke I went to the front to checkout and wanted to know the price of an item… I stood directly in front of Josh like 3 feet away and said “Good Morning!” - he completely ignored me and kept looking at the computer screen as if he didn’t hear me… I informed Marcus at checkout what I experienced and instead of him acknowledging what I had just told him, he continued checking me out looking dumbfounded. Y'all have to do better… even if it’s in the morning or anytime of the day - treat your customers better. No customers = no business = no job - I wish the employees at these companies valued this.

They have all kinds of feed, bedding (except hemp bedding which is always what I want), fencing, treats and more for farm animals and pets. We usually get our chick starter and chick laying feed here. We bought our first six chickens here and told they were all pullets (hens) but two turned out to be cockerels. :-/ I'm sure my neighbors aren't too happy about it. We've never had that problem buying chickens from C-A-L Ranch or Hector's (in Snowflake) when we are told they are pullets so that was a disappointment. I also noticed in comparison to other stores the breeds aren't always clearly labeled and when they are, they are vague. The store is for the most part handicap/wheelchair accessible from the parking lot and through the store. You could probably get some help loading your vehicle if you're disabled but you would have to ask. I always take my husband who does the heavy lifting for me.

Asked an older gentleman for help on pricing outside in the yard. He completely ignored me and went on his lunch break. Great business model Tractor Supply. superior customer service and long wait lines. Go elsewhere. This is the future of America. Overpriced garbage and your the only employee to help yourself.

We get our dog supplies here and appreciate the variety and quality. Greenness are never available in regular or large.Dog clinic seemed very popular. It made it hard to shop but is a nice service!

I was told by my water hauler that this was a patch on a new $1000 tank. John the manager of the Show Low store was kind and diligent in explaining it was an information tag that had been scraped of in transit. Although we didn't see eye to eye at first, he made sure to research and call me back kindly to explain and for that I am grateful. When I went in originally to purchase, everyone was so helpful and kind, going beyond good customer service to excellent customer care and concern for me. I recommend this store.

I called to see if they had any garden rakesJust left Lowe's & Home Depot, they were both out & had been for awhileThey checked, they did & they held it for me till l got there. It was so nice, I got TWOVery nice quality & comfortable handlesStaff were very helpful & niceLast week I tried to order a rubber water tub for my horse, I needed a specific size.They didn't have it in stock, but offered to order it for me. I like this store, I just wish they would figure out a way to check-out a little faster. Tractor supply gives reward points if you're lucky enough to get them, they should be able to resolve problems with this at the cash register, not expecting this old guy to go online and figure it out.

As the property manager for a 10 acre ranch out near Vernon, I have been to virtually every major retailer ranging from Home Depot, Ace Hardware, Lowe's and finally, Tractor Supply looking for the best products, at the best prices.During this time, one thing has become very clear to me. The people/staff and the customer service at the Show Low Tractor Supply is head and shoulders above the other major retailers.RETURNSWhen I had to cancel a large order for 10 raised garden beds because the property owner I work for wanted Cedar instead of Pine, Diane and her team smiled and were happy to walk me through the process rather than grudgingly assisting me.WOOD CHIPPER ASSEMBLYWhen I recently placed an order for a $3,000 wood chipper, I asked the staff if they would also Assemble the machine for me, when it was delivered to their store, because I was uncomfortable in assembling such a powerful machine.The young guy helping me said that would not be a problem. Not only did Daniel and his associates work together to assemble the wood chipper for me, they put oil and gas in it to make sure it ran before I drove it off the lot.WHEEL WELL FREEZES UP ON THE 60Long story short, the same wood chipper I had just purchased from Tractor Supply and was driving home .... had the right wheel freeze up and I had to have the wood chipper towed to our Vernon property.As a result, I called Tractor Supply to ask them what the procedure was to order a new tire and wheel well to replace the tire that failed.IMMEDIATE PARTS REPLACEMENTThe manager of the Show Low Tractor Supply, John, answered the phone and asked if I could provide the tire size and the brand so he could check to see if they had a replacement in the store. Once I had gathered that information, I called back and let him know I was having a real hard time trying to loosen the nut to even get the wheel off.It was at this point where John asked where I was located in the Vernon area and let me know that he lived close to where I was and that he might be willing to stop by and help.A+ CUSTOMER SERVICEI was stunned at such a gracious offer and told him that would be great because I was dead in the water until I figured out how to get the tire off.True to his word, John called me the next day and told me he was on his way out to my property with tools and equipment to help me get the tire off. As fate would have it, the tools he brought were not sufficient to get the tire off but he promised to go get other tools from his house nearby and would be back in shortly.John came back with a compressor and more powerful equipment and was able to pull the tire off.At that point, he said let me run back to Tractor Supply and get you the new tire and bearings to get your wood chipper operational again.True to his word, John showed up 3 hours later and not only put on the new tire but pulled off the other Tire to make sure there was no damage to it.I dare anyone to suggest that any of the other major retailers in the white mountain region has staff like this .... that would provide this kind of customer service!Thank you John and team for going above and beyond ....T. I went in to get a coat, to replace my worn out one, but all they have are overpriced fashion brands, with a limited size selection.I doubt I will be buying anything here, unless I'm desperate, and they're the only ones stocking it.

All the people working at this store are so helpful. They seem happy to assist you in loading feed or whatever. I've even called ahead to have a cart loaded and never a problem. They are knowledgeable with product info., with a wide variety of pet supplies and hardware, and this is the store I choose!

Tractor supply is fine. I was there for shots with pet vet - i love the people they treat my guy amazingly...but the long wait was too much for my health. We need some kind of ability to schedule these clinic's for better service and less issues with the animals n people. Thank you pet vet

get my propane every month from whatever TS is near where I am, and Ive been ALL over the country...Never have I had to go in and pay while the employee holds my tanks hostage.Always been able to put my tanks away and finish shopping and pay all at once. But not at this one...you lost another 100 bucks and my business at this store.

Diane helped me out this day and she acted like I was bothering her when I inquired about a trailer I wanted to purchase. I was talking with her and up comes another customer and she started checking his things and ringing his order up. And was basically being very rude to me all the while. I left and went back home to purchase from somewhere else. I don't like being rude to.

I went into the shop today to get a 1500 gallon water tank and pump. I can't remember the mans name I think It started with a k. But jojo and Janet helped me at the register and they were so nice. And that man got me all squared away. I'll keep going back..

Was looking for 50ft roll of fencing. They had it in 4ft but not in 5ft. Bought the 4ft since Lowe's and Home depot were out. Calvin was very helpful.

I was staying in my home made RV and it was 13 degrees out so I needed a heater. I first went to Wallymart and they were sold out of the little buddies that run on propane. I saw tractor supply and decided to see if they had any. They had them in a few different models but the one I was looking for they charged 10$ more for. That’s really the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. It was green instead of the normal color so I guess maybe that’s why the price difference? The staff was friendly and the store was clean.

While walking out, found out that used/returned product that was faulty (missing parts) and unoperatable, was sold to us. 2 employees were talking about it being used, not just a display model. While the supervisor claimed it was new. Wouldn't have been upset if we weren't lied to. Never shopping here again. Unacceptable.

I love Tractor Supply they almost always have what I need in stock and at better prices than their competitors. They need to work on training their cashiers however on calling for a back up, in the past few months im regularly waiting in LONG lines 8-10ppl to be checked out while the cashier is chatting it up with the customer for several minutes AFTER they’ve already been cashed out and done.

It took one month to get fencing. No explanation. Ordered on April 4th was SUPPOSED to get it on the 12th per the email. NOPE! Finally delivered April 27th. I asked why? What kind of compensation am I going to be offered for having to cancel my move twice and pay uhaul twice for cancelation! I needed that fencing for my dogs and livestock. Couldn't make the move without it. Apparently according to the store manager my inconvenience was worth about $20. I'm done doing business with you guys.UPDATE! My son went in there for peat moss. Looked it up says it's in there store everything. Go in THESE EMPLOYEES HAVE NO IDEA WHAT PEAT MOSS EVEN IS! Someone needs to train better! Oh and website said it's in the store...NO IT ISNT! AGAIN DONE!

They have Hills dog food and good selection of pet food. The price is right for products. Certain hardware and chemicals for weed control is worth a look for speciality items too. Hope this helps in your decision🤔

Vary pleased with the merchandise. I got me a chain saw, a case for that chain saw and a warranty. The cashier who helped me gave such great customer service, I'd be happy to return again and again.
