They always have a great selection and very nice staff. They always walk around and ask if you need assistance and per signage on the entry points, hire veterans to fill open roles.I have yet to run into a situation at this home Depot where staff were not helpful as they are all kind and grateful.

Terrible. Terrible customer service. With more than a dozen washing machines on the display floor, not one in the inventory according to the sales associate. He said it will take over a week for one to arrive. Didn't even offer to order one for me. Just said that none were available at the store.Another sale lost with me. Lowe's had several in stock to choose from and went home with one in an hour. The sale's associate at Lowe's, she personally brought the item out to my vehicle.

The WHITE Mountain crew are awsome . Always helpful , easy to find someone. Every crew member I passed in any isle ,asked if I was finding everything OK. Best H.D. experience I have ever had . Keep up the great job teams .

Don't use Home Depot delivery for appliances. Continued excuses why they refuse to deliver appliances I paid for. First a flat tire. Next, no one rescheduled the delivery. Third, "can't find the address" but refused to call me for directions or for me to meet them at the highway and follow me home. Because of Home Depot I've been without a working refrigerator for over a week.

This location is a joke. Not able to handle pro check outs or paint mixing. I've remodeled 2 houses here and the pro desk was mostly closed due to lack of employees. This caused MAJOR delays!! The service desk is not trained to do pro sales and provide the individual pro customers discounts. No order pullers. Wasted hours just trying to purchase the only items I needed. They almost couldn't even get it done!!I only shop at Lowe's here now. Good luck to you all

To a man (and woman), the most helpful staff we've ever run into in any Home Depot. I take my elderly father there several times a week to keep him busy and engaged, and the staff there just seem genuinely compassionate. Big thumbs up from us!

We drove over 2 hours after calling on a Christmas item. They were out of the item and told us to order next July. The sales lady sluffed it off and told us to give her a good review??

We needed some paint mixed on 12/16/2023. We asked a cashier to help us and she said someone would be right over. We waited with two other customers for 30 minutes and still no one came to help. This time an employee from customer service came and told us someone would be right over. After 15 more minutes we left the store and went across the street to Lowe’s where we got our paint mixed within 10 minutes!!

First time at this location. We had a frustrating time with people who were SOME help and others who were NONE at all. Olivia was absolutely fantastic! I was able to express my frustration and she made it all better! I didn't have to wait in a separate line with my cart full of lumber, she helped ring us up right away. My experience started off at 2 stars and went up to 5. Olivia was very helpful and got someone to immediately help us load up. Her customer service skills are definitely a 5! Great job! Thank you Olivia! :)

Paid at 12:09 pm today. After paying I was instructed to pull up to the loading bay... after dancing around the parking per cashiers and loaders instructions and waiting 30 minutes, I went inside to see how my order was going. Nothing had been fmdone yet, I've seen truck and trailers filter thru as I sat there just to go inside and find out nothing had been done. The cashier I had left the register and cannot be found, after asking for a manager, I got "the next best thing" now it's 1:00 and still my drywall remains on the top shelf, unreachable. I was told to wait for a "flagger" 10 minutes ago.STAY CLEAR OF THIS HOME DEPOT, unless you don't mind waiting at least an hour, likely much more.

Worst customer service ever. We had a breakdown with our current trailer and are stuck in the area desperately searching for a 5x10 to get us out of here. We called and after being transferred back and forth between associates they confirmed that they had one for sale. We tried to purchase over the phone and were told we had to purchase in person and that they can't hold it for us.So we drop everything we were doing and immediately drive 50 miles in our RV to go get this trailer. We get there and the trailer looks like it was assembled by a child. The boards were all unevenly spaced and warped and there was a brake light missing. We asked for a manager to talk about getting it at a discounted price and he informs us that they don't even have the title for it!We explained our situation over the phone and the woman that helped us even went out and looked at the trailer to check the size for us. The fact that all of these things were ignored will insure that I never spend another dime at Home Depot. The manager (Jacob) couldn't care less about us wasting $60 in gas and hours out of our day due to his store's complete lack of diligence and quality assurance. Would you spend $1,699 +taxes & licensing fees on this trailer?

The Home Depot company lacks professionalism and has no idea how to keep repeat customers. I will from now on go to Lowe's and I don't care how much it costs. My order should have been delivered today and because home Depot doesn't get the phone numbers from the delivery drivers my order won't be delivered till tomorrow. People who rely on the product being delivered on time get screwed because this place can't be professional and accept responsibility for their screw ups. I used to love home Depot now I'll take my business elsewhere. Some one else can have my money.

Terrible and cluttered and dirty store. We were in there for 35 minutes. We passed six different groups of associates, in groups of two to four, just chattering away with each other but not one single associate acknowledged us. They made eye contact but turned away to continue their conversations. Maybe that talk time can be spent cleaning up the store and being trained to actually help customers.

I love going to this Home Depot, excellent staff, always ask if you need help. Don't act bothered if you need to be shown where something is. As a contractor they always have what I need. Jim is an exceptional worker and always helpful as well.

I recently bought metal roofing from Home Depot. When it was installed, we discovered there were two different shades of silver. The roof looked like it was patched.I spoke to Home Depot and they refunded me a portion of what I paid for the roofing. They also offered to replace the incorrect panels. I declined that offer because the roof was already completed.Everyone I spoke to was professional and I appreciate their help in resolving my problem. I will be going back to Home Depot for my next project.Sandi Reed

I would give it zero stars if it were possible. Impossible to get help there. Went last week to get another can of paint. Waited in the paint department and no one. Ask someone and they said they were calling "Brittney". Waited and waited and no one showed up. Finally left. Went back to see if someone came and there were customers there waiting for service and no one there. Had another employee call for "Brittney" and when she showed up, she ignored me and wouldn't wait on me. I will go to Lowe's. They seem to want my business.

Worst home depot ever.. Takes anywhere from 30 min to an hour for any kind of help. All associates using the favorite catch phrase "let me call somebody for you" and nobody shows up. Took me three trips to the customer service to finally drag someone over to help me with find an ac unit which is 50ft away from their counter.. They don't have the unit so I ordered it for next day pickup and went ahead and sold it out from under me. Worst home depot I've ever been to. Went to Lowes and the even the atmosphere seemed more civilized.

Went to pick up 10 sheets of T111 and no help from employees to help unload it onto our truck. Cashier male was awesome and at least helped load it as We know he wasn't supposed to leave station. Had and infant with us so it was nice to get that support.

We were at the store two weeks ago and couldn't get help to get a box down from the top shelf. We had to use other merchandise to knock it down. Today we were there for $1,800 in insulation. We had someone call for help. We waited and waited. No one showed. We left and crossed the street and spent our money there. HD appreciates their freedom to the tune of $400/yr. Lowe's knows there is no limit to freedom.

We wouldn't be where we are at with our property without Home Depot, thank you guys!*My husband just brought to my attention that he feels there needs to be a bit more help available outside with loading up. The associates are very pleasant and helpful and the store is maintained pretty good……..BUT! THE DELIVERY SERVICE IS A JOKE!!! We need our siding for our new home to be delivered and they have rescheduled it 5 times. It’s been 2 weeks now and still no siding. I have called them and they have called me saying there’s nothing they can do about it so they just keep rescheduling it. They shouldn’t advertise delivery service if they can’t provide it.

Couldn’t get help in the lawn mower and garden tools section, walked the store for 10 minutes until I found an employee not running away from customer contact. He called in on intercom for someone to help me, I waited and no one came. I come here every week for work (lumber) and home materials and i think it’s finally time to go across the street, the one time I was at Lowe’s an employee actually offered to help me load my sheets of lumber.

I appreciate the products that the Home Depot offers in comparison to their competitors. I feel like the selections of flooring are more abundant at Home Depot, as well. We were shopping for about an hour and met with many helpful employees who were always around to help us. This was our first visit into a Home Depot because my honey and I have been devoted to the competitor for as long as I can remember. We even got approved for a new generous line of credit right away. Just in time for Black Friday shopping. So far, delighted with Home Depot. This is a great start to our home remodeling projects, and the beginning of a beautiful professional relationship.
