Happen december 20th at 5:30 pm ,The line was so long. About 10 people standing in line only 2 cashiers , then one of the cashiers just leaves. So 10 people one line. And the cashier is just talking to some customer who already paid and I'm just standing there like when are you going to start scanning my items so I can leave.

Always great. Friendly staff. Shelves were well stocked and plenty of staff to help with your every question. Smart layouts and easy to navigate all the aisles. Checkout was simple and quick. The restroom was neat and clean. Great job as usual

This is a great location for Sportsmans warehouse, Travis and Colton worked on my compound bow and didn’t even charge me to restring it. They told me it was on the house, and that is greatly appreciated

The young dude with the beard (Joseph? Sorry bro.) Was beyond helpful. He let me check out a few scopes and even went out of his way to find a battery for them even though I made it clear I wouldn't be buying that day.Give that man a raise!!!Other than that every time I've come in everyone at the gun counter and checkout counters have been beyond awesome. Can't reccomend enough.

The sign in the front says they will beat any competitors price but I showed them ammo for 17.99 there price was 38.99$. the manager denied it because it wasn't a big brand store. I guess it is better to support smaller business and not give sportsman's money. I only stopped because other stores have matched prices before and I was on a quick vacation

Top notch! I have a Sportsman's near my house but I visited this one while staying in the area and I was blown away. So much awesome crammed into this space. I don't know how I made it out without buying all the things.

On vacation. My son first time fishing adventure. He went in to buy his first fishing pole, license to fish and inflatable row boat. The salesperson asked him the right questions. The salesperson found the right type of fish pole he needed and made sure he had all the pieces he needed to fish and row the boat. Thank you

Everything you could ever need for outdoor activities. The store was well stocked and the service was excellent. I must have gone back to the tall, thin kid stocking in the fishing section like 4 times asking questions and he just smiled and did everything he could to help me. That kind of service is very hard to find these days. I will certainly be back.

I’m out here for work and Tammy and Mallory went above and beyond what normal workers do to help me find what I was looking for to stay warm and endure the weather! They didn’t have the jacket I was looking at online in store but they went out of their way to help me find wool socks and a jacket that fit me perfectly and my needs! From the moment I walked in the customer service was kind and pleasant and over the top. Tammy walked me through the different sections of name brand items they had and she excelled in knowing where everything was in the store and kept checking to make sure I was finding everything I needed while shopping there!!! If I ever need anything hunting fishing or just any outdoor gear and I’m in Show Low DEFINITELY 100% always have my come back guarantee!!!On top of the customer service and extreme helpful ness of these employees prices are competitive and if it’s a few dollars cheaper somewhere else I would still come here because these gals made a huge impression of how great customer service makes a customer for life!!!!

Just a word of caution to anyone out there trying to use your gift cards when buying things online from sportsman's. They will charge your gift card and cancel the order and not refund you, your money. I have reached out several times to sportsman's and they have yet to refund the money. They sent one response that said they canceled the order for my protection but didn't bother to explain how they are protecting me from an order I pick up in store. I don't know if anyone else has had this problem or has noticed but they have done this on a couple orders now. Beware if using gift cards online.

It is a waste of time coming to this store. For 2 years they have had very little merchandise in stock. There are no leaders or tippet smaller than 1x in stock. Very little fly tying materials, beads, etc. It always looks like you are going out of business. It's honestly too bad that this is the only fishing store in the white mountains.

The gentleman that helped me out in the fishing department was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He was also very understanding of my autistic son as he has autistic grandchildren of his own. Also he showed us the worm tray at the bait cooler where you can dump out the worms to see if they are actually alive before purchasing them - this is very important because the worms available in Show Low are oftentimes dead in the bait cooler. This is the best place to buy fishing gear that I have found in the Show Low area.

Went and bought ammo just fine tried buying a flashlight mount for my gun didn’t know that I needed to not carry “live” ammo in the store yet we can bring our guns inside? I felt like a criminal being told to put my ammo inside my car while they mount a service policy or not I don’t care. Choose your words more carefully when speaking to potential customers. I will be taking my business back to cal ranch
