The layout of the store is nice but EVERYTHING is dirty. I understand dust but they are selling stuff that has not been wiped down or laundered which is gross. Personally I clean my stuff before donating it and idk why this area doesn’t do the same. Visiting the area for the week and needed warmer stuff as we weren’t prepared for the snow and rain but wasn’t worth spending $12-15 on boots that were covered in mud. I’d rather buy new at that point. A lot of the clothes have a smell, definitely washing the one shirt I bought before wearing.

Today was an amazing day at the Show low Good will. There was a young mom with the cutest boy around 4 years old. He wanted to by this fire truck, my friend Tina gave him the money to purchase it for several reasons.1/to learn about money value2/to learn there is good people out in the world3/he was a special DudeTina you are such a a great gift thanks for paying it forward. They sell their donations for the same price or close to it that you'd get it new. They were selling someone's old, nasty pants that are ripped, dirt all over and just disgusting for 50 $ just because of the brand name 😵‍💫 nonprofit tho 🤣 they should profit enough to pay their employees better.

My mom and I were taking some things out of storage she no longer needed. We made 3 trips to drop things off. Mostly just furniture and some little things. The first drop-off was just little things. 2 guys helped get everything off the truck. One just in his uniform and another in his uniform and wearing a black trench coat.The second drop off. It was just the guy in the black trench coat, and it was all big furniture. A table and chair's, an older TV stand, a couple of nice shelves and bookcases. The dude was not friendly at all and was acting like he just completely hated his job. He was very grumpy and seemingly very annoyed when my mom said she did want a receipt.On the third trip, we had a mattress, box spring, and a nice bed frame, nothing wrong with it. We knew they wouldn't take the box spring or mattress. But we weren't sure about the frame. So, we decided to stop by and ask. I got out and didn't even get a word out to ask before the dude in the trench coat rudly and snobbly said. We won't take the mattress, the box spring, or the frame. Like I said, we knew they wouldn't take the box spring or mattress. We had other plans for them anyway. They were just hitching a ride. But he didn't need to act the way he did at all. He could have been more polite when saying all that. There was absolutely no reason to be so dang rude!

Today was purple color to get 50% off prices marked with purple price tags. But we didn't find too many items that had purple tags on items ti get our discounts.

Dropped of a heater and two portable ACs that were less than 1 year old. I was trying to put things in the collection bin nicely as not to damage the items but the person from Goodwill just slammed them into the bin damaging on of the AC units at least.. This was uncalled for - if I was trying to get rid of trash I would have taken it to the dump.I will find another place to donate worthy items in the future and certainly would not trust anything you sold there as the employees treat it as trash.

Manager and workers (besides one lady who helped with our donation drop off and a young man working) were super rude for no reason at all. I had a question on a price and they treated me like I had no right to ask, like how dare I. Usually I can just brush stuff off and be like “‘maybe they are having a bad day” but wow. The energy when you walked in, the way they talked to other costumers, it was shocking. If you cant smile and be nice dont be working in retail/customer service.You are better off just going to walmart or ross up here, they prices are pretty much the same and the workers are nicer.

The prices there are lower than what you find in the valley. I left with a haul. The staff were also super friendly both days I shopped there. The younger staff were very courteous and upbeat and seemed to enjoy their jobs. I was expecting a different experience after reading so many bad reviews on here.

Some good prices and some cool stuff. Unfortunately they have some one pricing certain things they don't have a clue on. So called collectibles are WAY over priced. Just because it's on eBay doesn't mean it's worth anyway near what they're pricing them at. A lot of factors go into pricing collectibles, just having possession isn't enough to charge premium prices for those things. Besides the fact all of their product is free to them.

One lady manager thinks she was in a high class store . She treat customers as if we're asking the items for free. At least be tactful ncourteous to those who give their business to this store. I could just imagine how she treats her staff. I do not recommend.

Friendly staff, clean store. Prices were ridiculous for some items ($19.99 for American Eagle), but fine on others. Goodwill HQ really needs to give better direction on pricing as a whole for all stores or go back to the flat pricing they used to do based on category.

Well for a Goodwill it was very clean. We didn't feel gross comen out of it. Surprisingly it was fairly organized. We went for picture frames n found quite a few, cheap as hell. Staff are friendly plus were actually workin! There was more than 1 register open n get this ... actually had cashiers at them!! I know man, you gotta go see it to believe it! It's also didnt stink like a fragrant bug bomb was set off! We would definitely go here more if we were closer!

It's a small town, so the stock is hit or miss, but I purchased a nice wood & glass gun cabinet for only $59, and I've seen nice TVs, desks, movies, and even drum sets and electric keyboards for sale. To find the good stuff, go often.

I was making Christmas cookies for the sister missionaries. Realized I didn't have many cookie cutters. It was the beginning of September (I thought Christmas stuff has been out in stores now starting in August. Lol) and no one had any! But I found some here!! Awesome

The staff is friendly but my biggest draw back is the smell in there. For someone who gets migraines from smells it's bad. I had to wear my mask but then the smell eventually came thru that as well. The staff member I spoke to about the smell said it was the air fresheners that go off every so often. I td her it was so strong that I don't come in to often. Basically if I go in it's for sbout 15 minutes and that's all I can handle. Unfortunately I think from here on out I'll be looking for other thrift stores to go to.

Great place to shop but they seemed to have forgotten that they are a used clothing and such store. A lot of items are as much as a Walmart or target. But otherwise great place to find hard to find stuff.

Decent store. The prices have skyrocketed! I know inflation plays a factor. I like to donate and shop because it helps us all. But to ask for retail or above, it's getting questionable. One pair of used men's jeans were $12.99. They were not a major brand! I found brand new ones at a retailer down the road for $9.99.

The store was cleaned and well stocked. My biggest disappointment was that for an institution that supposedly supports handicapped and disabled people there were no handicap parking spots in front nor are there any access ramps in front. To be fair, there are some handicap parking spots and a ramp around the side of the building. I just would have expected the accessibility to be front and center.

I went to the Grand opening. As a disabled person I was extremely disappointed. Crowds everywhere, I was hit by a cart 5 X at least. No where to sit, no one to help, I felt like I was in a zoo! I got a chance to look at the price's and I was not impressed. In fact, for used stuff it was around the same as Walmart. This was not worth the pain I went through. Not enough parking. Not enough staff. Just not worth the hassle.

My husband loves the "willy" store. So even when we are on vacation if we see a willy store we have to stop. This one was clean, nice and well organized. I wish they would put a poster of my husband up in these stores that says, "dont sell any more junk to this man." Not gonna happen.
