This was our first visit to Petsense. While it's selection does not compare to some of it's larger competitors, it has a decent selection of products. The aisles were wide and easy to navigate. The parking lot was large and spacious.

Expensive but that's Joe's economy for you. Bought two if their cheapest harnesses and paid a total of $55. When your on a fixed income that hurts. Sure could if went to Walmart.

First time in the store. I was greeted as I entered the store and then asked if I needed help finding anything. The pet shampoo I was looking for, there were several brands and types to choose from. Prices seemed pretty average for today's prices of everything. I prefer quality anyway. The cashier was cheerful and informed me of their pet food program (buy 10, get 11th free). They are partnered with Tractor Supply Company, so my membership from TSC is good there as well.

Candi was amazing at grooming Suzi for the first time we will definitely be back every eight weeks. She was so sweet and did a great job even getting numerous foxtails out of her fur. It only took alittle over an hour which was great. So thankful for this wonderful experience from start to finish.

This review is for a past experience. The first couple times I had my dog groomed here was a great experience I think the amazing tech was named Candi not sure and that’s the only reason for 2 stars even though she was 5 star. The last time was well the last time. I had a different technician and she had to have been mean and impatient to my dog because it took 2 days for my dog to start acting normal again. I finally found another groomer up here that has been so amazing to the point I felt I needed to leave a review about my experience here. These our our babies we are trusting you with regardless of the day you may be having!!!!

I can get many, many different types of cat food. I have 5 persnickety cats. So I'm able to try many different kinds. Great friendly staff also.

First time there. Small but Cheerful. I was on vacation and ran out of my dog's snack foods. I was searching for the right snacks for her, because she has several food allergies. The nice staff member assist me to find the right snack. She highly recommended, DR MARTY Cod Crispies. My dog loved them. Thank you for your kindness. Denied me adoption of a kitten. Said I was rude when I was just excited and asked why I couldn't adopt the kitten that day? I'm 55 years old and have had many pets. I'm a very caring, compassionate, loving person. I have 4 dogs, 3 birds ,fish and take excellent care of all of them. I was judged there in 10 minutes by a few that were involved with the adoption area. The one that ran the area that day should not be volunteering there. She's very cold and should not be involved with the animals. Way to ruin and break a person's heart. I returned home in the mountains and adopted a beautiful kitten who plays with my littlest dog and are best friends, also such fun to watch, I'm laughing daily at the two of them. Such a blessing. Beware of adoption there. My suggestion would be to not say much.

The RUDEST Dog trainer I have every seen in my Life AND IN FRONT OF EVERY ONE . A couple ladies saw the whole thing and one said it took all she had not to go and tell that dog trainer OFF . You store has a reputation to keep and typically I liked the store BUT with with this trainer being there No this should NOT be ALLOWED , and the Manager should address that trainer A. S . A . P Because customers were NOT happy seeing this . And I’m SURE your male clerk heard the customer say that she was going to make a report to Pet Sense also .

I should of gone with my first hunches about this place - plus reading some of the reviews before I went to this store.There were 4 employees on the floor - never once was acknowledged or asked if I needed help finding things.After approaching the cashier - from being in the store for at least 5 minutes....asked her for help on a particular item - she offered to go ask someone - okay that is all fine and good. But never came back to me - so when finally wanting to check out - I asked her what she had found out....she never inquired with the 3 other employees that were on the floor. Will not be back.

Only 2 customers in the store and we were one of them. We watched 3 workers walk by not look at us or greet us. Prices are unbelievable and not worth the being completely ignored.

Staff is friendly, Vaughn helped us out and answered all of our questions about dog food. Love the fact that they have a military discount, which is 10%. They are a little high priced (that's why I'm giving them 4 stars) but they have stuff you can't find anywhere else in town.

Stopped to purchase several items and waited at checkout while young male employee told us to wait while he took personal call. When confronted he said call was customer when we had heard enough of conversation to know that it wasn't. When I asked for manager I was told there wasn't one available and was swore at. We walked away and will never go back. Shop someplace else
