About a month ago I got a bearded dragon. $60 for him and $300 for the cage and then buying him everything he needed. We always kept fresh water in his tank, he had plenty of food, his temperature was regulated and he seemed happy at first. None of these variables changed and eventually he stopped eating, drinking, and moving less. Tonight he died. When I bought him I thought maybe he had bug guts on his mouth, and one of toes looked broken but I thought maybe it would heal. I did my research and it looks like he died from mouth rot. (If left untreated, they die from the infection) I didn’t know this. I had even asked them about it and they didn’t give any additional info. The bearded dragon has had this on his mouth since we got him and I didn’t question it until now. I’m very upset we were given a sick reptile let alone spending $400 on all of it together. I’m very sad.

They are great with my dogs and treat them like their own. When my oldest passed away, they gave us a little gift to remember him by. That kind gesture meant more than they know! I highly recommend perfect paws for all your pet needs. Especially grooming!

Dirty store. They sold me crickets and when I unpacked them I noticed many were dead. There were unknown worms and feces mixed in with the crickets. This is unlike when I’ve purchased from petsmart, who has crickets in better conditions. Also, couldn’t help but notice the puppy mill puppies in the store. ADOPT don’t shop from BREEDERS!!!! Millions of great animals are killed in overcrowded shelters every year!!! This place supporting BREEDING instead of animal RESCUES is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves! Also, the boy working there needs an attitude adjustment.

We were new to the area. Our previous groomer just had a way with our dogs. I never have taken them anywhere else. I was scared that my dogs would freak out and I would get a call to come get them. My phone didn’t ring until it was time to pick our dogs up. She said they did perfect and our larger dog even let her do his nails! A miracle in itself! They are very nice and accommodating. They will be my “go to” as long as we live here!

This is a super charming place. Made my day. The employees here are very kind, they have great items for dogs, and best of all, the kittens and ferrets here are adorable!!!! I fell in love with their ferrets and am still trying to talk hubby into going back to get us one.

I regularly get medium crickets and/or super worms for my tarantula (he/she was wild and captured wandering through my house this past summer). Perfect Paws caters to all pets: dogs, cats, reptiles, rodents, arachnids, and more. Many pets, including fish, are frequently up for purchase/adoption.

Very disappointed!! Purchased a Bearded Dragon and it died 4 days later and was told nothing could be done..I completely understand buying a pet you are taking your chances but I was also informed that it's copartner was being treated for a illness.I belive he was sick when purchased.Most Pet Stores have a 7 day guarantee and for being a small town and the only pet store that carries a wide variety of pets you would think they would be honest and want to take care of locals.

Bought a dwarf hamster for 11 dollars and went back a couple days later to get a second so ours wasn’t lonely….. they’re now 23! Dollars which somehow came out to over 27$…Never again.

We brought in our rescue dog for a grooming who we found on the highway, she is a Border Collie that had extremely matted long hair and lots of clumps everywhere. After having her back, she was a new dog! Soft as can be, shaved her hair low enough that it will grow back fine and still looks good!

I have had a problem finding a good groomer in the White Mountains and I have tried 4 groomers that have done a marginal job. I happened across Perfect Paws and Breanna was the groomer and she did a great job yesterday of making my matted little dog absolutely beautiful.. I am so please I just had to write this review.I will become a new client of Perfect Paws and love all the employs there.

A BIG FAT ZETO STAR!!! I will not deal with this pet store again. I called and told Cindy I was on my way to get female dachshund and she sold it right under me knowing I was coming to pick it up. I'm not upset about the puppy itself but how she went about it and acted and how she treated me!!! She wasn't even polite or sorry, she was rude and apathetic. Time, gas and money wasted for this. Cindy was very rude and mean!!! Very horrible!!!!

Pleasant employees, a reasonable amount of saltwater fish and supplies , they said we can get almost anything you need. Not much of a selection of under system filters for salt water. The rest is like most pet shops. There prices are to be expected for a pet shop. They carry quite an assortment of pets and critters and all the necessities to take care of them.

VERY nice little petshop and groomer. Barney (poodle mix) went there today to be groomed. His first time there. Brianna did an EXCELLENT job. She cut his hair EXACTLY like he wanted it (he's very particular). He made his next appointment before he left.

When I went to check on my dog, they had a mix up and told me he had been picked up when he hadn't. I was freaking out because I was so scared. But then they asked for his name again and it turned out they had another dog with a similar name. And my dog was doing fine. They did a great job on the grooming and my dog never looked more handsome

They take such good care of all the critters there and I really loved the ball python just wish my husband wasn't scared of snakes otherwise I would've came back for that baby. He says I can have any animal except a snake lol so I shall be back for another visit. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Hope they all have a blessed day they are amazing 👏 ✨️ 🙏😁

This place has all the animals a small Pet store should have. I came in there looking for Hedgehog food and they had it. They have fish for sale, and small pets like birds. I have been to PetSmart and some of the prices are less than PetSmart. If you have a small animal like a hedgehog or hamster I recommend this place over anywhere here locally. Thanks so much for having what I needed.

Super awesome staff. Beyond friendly. Prices aren't bad either. The store is very clean and well put together. The staff will help you out to your car. They are very knowledgeable about all the animals ect in the shop. They can answer most if not all the ?'s you have. Truly felt like I have known them my whole life and it was my first time there. I would recommend them too every one!

I come here about every other month to purchase frozen mice for my ball python. Competitve pricing and convenient location. It's always a pleasure to stop in here and check out all they have to offer. Staff is always very warm and friendly and knowledgeable. On errand day this is one of the few places I actually look forward to going to.

Clean and don't smell like a pet store. A limited selection of different stuff. Dods, cats and fish products are well covered. There's other items for your pets needs. Recommend this place.

DON’T GO HERE……!!!! Took my dog here the other day. She is a 14 year old Maltese and was not matted at all. They took 6 hours!!!! When we got home she was growling at the kids and acting unusual. Also the cashier is very rude… I will never go back here!…
