Lowe’s allowed my grandpa to use his military discount unlike Home Depot across the street. They also had all the drywall we needed unlike Home Depot. Overall good experience with this location.

If i could give negative stars I would... My go to is home depot they always have what I need and cheaper ! However today I needed a no reverse bit for a security screen door and home depot was out of stock so I decided to go across the street to Lowes and see if they had it. Long story short I had to go out of my way (5 aisles) to hunt an associate down after the first 3 I found didn't even know what I was talking about... if you're going to hire people, maybe make sure they know the basics... oh and friendly would be nice... Will never go back

Needed a new washing machine - was fortunate to have Carl Boulette helping us. Carl wasn't at all pushy, he didn't have the "slick sales guy" vibe (thank God). Carl was knowledgeable and made the buying experience a nice one. Home Depot was super rude on the phone and wouldn't have bought one there even if it was $50 cheaper

Odds and ends ok, but for critical things could be a nightmare at this store in Az. Need 1 critical component for propane heater. Found 1 even tho no associate help. After installing and began using carbon monoxide detector went off 4 am. Had to hire a heater repair company with a CO2 sniffer to find issue. That part was the issue! Not the install. Cost $115 to seal defective part.

The Lowes in Show Low is OK. Their shelves seemed to be well stocked. Their employees were helpful and friendly. Prices were somewhat higher than in the Phoenix area but this is likely not surprising.

So many associates always ready to help with any questions. The layout makes it easy to find what you need. Sometimes I check online for items before I go and it's always pretty accurate.

The place to go for your outdoor or indoor needs especially for fall and Christmas decorations.. I picked up some fall stuff but still need to get more items.. some of the household items are a bit less than Wal Mart..

They were very helpful finding prices and helping load the cart and then the truck. Checker was fast and through. They even gave me my my VA disabled discount. When I need hardware they will be the first store I go to. I bought exactly the same as I picked up at Home Depot but they would not give me my discount so I just left and came to Lowe's and very happy I did.

As much as I LOVE the kid workshops, a little disappointed that as a single parent w/a single kid, the workers helping, kept taking over instead of allowing me to make memories with my own child... I'm glad they're available but only step in when asked please .

Ignored us, while we stood in line at the paint department. We were underneath the sign that stated Orders taken and yet they served other people that just walked up from the perimeter of the paint department. Lady in the paint department acted like she has ADD. Heading to Sherwin-Williams.

They have Husqvarna chain saws.They don't carry the tune up parts for their chainsaw husky. All they had was a spark plug. No fuel or air filters.

customer service has improved. I started shopping at Lowe's because I got better service than home Depot and was a nicer store even though it was more expensive. First come first served. Is how it should be. Overall Lowe's is better then the store across the street

We got our dream refrigerator! We found a $2200.00 fridge with a scratch that had been marked down to $1000.00. I offered them $800.00 for it and the manager for that department said "yes"! Our experience was awesome!

Had to replace a new kitchen faucet and Lowe's have a bunch of fixture designs availability and plenty of stock. Had to bring from the wife, so SHE can find "her" style. Doesn't mattah to me, but wished she can install it. Oh well, new project.I prefer the Lowe's store, rather than the other "hardware" stores. So clear, clean and no cramped aisles. Prices and products are extremely important for me and are very fair and quite a bit lower than the others. Excellent employees and right on time. I ALWAYS go there First.-November 16-Went to Lowes today for purchasing a couple stairs rails sticks. Great items I found and so many helpful employees. Same open and bright aisles. I looked at the rails, shower doors, vanities, sinks and faucets. Plenty of kitchen appliances to be reviewed. I even recommended and received the most exceptional quote required of contractor meeting. Today! I like this store.

Bought a Samsung Micro Wave. It quite working within the month. Lowes Show Low basically tells me it's my problem and gives me an 8 hundred number. Samsung tells me their going to give me some kind of number to return it to Lowes to get my money back. Two months later no number and I'm holdings the bag with a broken Micro Wave. Thanks for nothing Lowes!!!!

Refrigerator went out so I came to Lowes expecting a better experience than Home Depot but we come here and no Fridges are there, the one we want and pay for ends up already being bought by someone else. Ended up getting it but damn it took an army of associates to buy a fridge! Worst Lowes ever!

Great store, I have a Pro account with lowes. I love the selection they have, despite the fact it's a small town location. Deliveries are always pretty easy to set up if you need larger orders that can't fit in the back of the truck! I give them a SOLID 4.2 out of 5.

Friendly & helpful staff all around. I've had consistent good service since starting to shop here. I specifically enjoyed my experience with Dustin(Manager) today and the purchase of my 5x8 trailer. We talked about me being a transplant, gardening, and the married life. I left feeling as if I visited a friend who happened to work at a Big Box store and also sold me a trailer :))) Great customer service and I feel confident utilizing my trailer moving forward being a novice at it. I HATE going into Lowes and being asked "Are you Military" every time. Feel like I'm being punished, so sometimes I just go to Home Depot instead. And they harassed me and my friend for not wearing a mask.
