Amazing! I have 2 very large dogs who are not the easiest to get into the car. This is really convenient for me! My girl was scared at first, but now loves getting pampered. They are always on time, caring, and understanding. You can't go wrong getting your pup groomed by them!

We used the self-serve wash dog station. They provided everything and I was able to leave with clean Scottie’s and didn’t have to leave with any of the mess at home. I recommend using them 👍

Was so happy to have found Ruff Life! We got drenched in the rain on a hike & staying in a VRBO there was no way I could take my Brittany & English Setter to the house like that! First, the staff/owner is so friendly & helpful & obviously has a passion for dogs! Her self grooming station was fantastic including the special mixed and WARMED dog shampoo! The Happy Hoodie to use while blow drying (which I’ve now ordered one. My dogs didn’t even mind those powerful dryers), towels, brushes, everything you need! And this is the first doggie daycare I’ve ever thought “I’d bring my dogs here.” My pups are spoiled but I felt the Zen she talked about & would definitely be comfortable leaving my pups there! Definitely recommend! Save your back, that scrub tub is just the right height!!

I would not recommend leaving a small dog at this facility. All dogs regardless of size are put in together with no supervision. There is no one in the fenced area with the dogs. There isn't a proper area for the dogs to go potty. They may be good groomers but should not have a dog daycare!

Absolutely recommend! The ladies here are so nice and personable. They just opened up their self service dog washing station and we loved it. 😍 The environment was clean and relaxed I didn't feel rushed and I was able to clean my dog by myself, which is awesome because he is a HANDFUL. They also helped me clip/dremmel his nails which is available to everyone for a just a couple extra bucks! have a small tub and a large tub and also a drying station with ear muffs for both you and your dog! Great experience! So glad we finally have a self service wash station in the area!

Sandra did a miraculous job on both my dogs. One dog was so badly matted/tangled from getting into sticky weeds that I thought he was going to have to be shaved. The other dog I had to literally cut out of the sticky weeds so she looked like the flying nun but Sandra evened her up. So once again another of my dogs turned out beautiful. I was just absolutely stunned and so happy with what Sandra did for my dogs. And of all my years going to dog groomers they were the most reasonable. The only complaint I have is that it took 3 1/2 weeks to get into see Sandra. But she was recommended so I stuck with her and I’m glad I did. I definitely will be a return customer.

From the atmosphere to the owners, this place is next level amazing. OMGOSH the best cuts they have ever had! Tracy was so kind, sweet and not to mention PATIENT AND FORGIVING with my Neurotic mini Aussie! 🙈🙊They came out with stellar hygiene, looking amazing and HAPPY! 20/10 would recommend!!!!

We were so happy to hear that Ruff Life has a self service wash station. We are full-time RV’ers and don’t have a tub big enough for our 130 lb dog. They provided everything: shampoo (warmed up), blow dryer, nail clippers and brushes. They even lifted our monster dog into the tub for us. Everyone there was helpful and checked on us to see if we needed any help or had questions.They do not accept credit cards so bring cash or a check.

I will only take my dogs to It’s a Ruff Life Grooming and Spa! The love and care that they show all the dogs is above and beyond what they need to do. They treat each pet as if they were their own. I have 3 dogs and I am never disappointed in the grooming. My dogs get all excited when they see that we are in front of the shop! It’s like they are going on a play date! Keep up the great job!

I absolutely love this place for my pup’s grooming. Everyone that works there does such a great job, and they’re so friendly and nice I always wish I could just hang out there with them lol. I’m choosy for my little Havapoo and Ruff Life is the only place I need to take her. I haven’t used the service but their doggy daycare area always looks very nice and clean. I recommend Ruff Life Grooming to everyone.

This place is amazing , both for service and for employees. My dog absolutely loves this place. He was very shy at first but the sweet lady named Tracy took the time to meet my dog and gained her trust. I love the environment and the cleanliness of the place considering all the pets there when I went. I have a big German Shepherd and the care they took with him was amazing. I recommend this place very much for all your dog grooming needs.

Thank you It's a Ruff Life grooming and spa. The staff treated Bubba the wonder dog and precious the cat soo nice. Tracy even helped and cleaned bubba's teeth while I was washing precious. She also trimmed Precious's nails and dried her with the dryer. This is the best groomer, self wash I have ever been to. Everyone here loves what they do and will treat your pet as if it was their own! They take the time to listen to what you want. We have 3 Frenchies, each with different personalities AND quirks - they took the time to get to know each one. I can admit I get a little envious when my furbabies get their spa days and get pampered & loved on. I would highly recommend It's a Ruff Life - Tracy, Sandra, Christian, and the whole staff truly love animals. They'll love on your 'quirky' furbaby, too!

Love taking all 4 of my big dogs here. They take such great care of all of them and do just the most beautiful job on them. All are long haired, furry huge dogs with thick, heavy undercoats. They make them smell wonderful and so clean and fluffy.Its perfection!Prices are very reasonable and everyone there are just the sweetest!!

This was such an amazing experience! The employees here treat you and your furry one like they have known you forever and give you all the help you need during your time there. I did the self wash grooming station for my 2 Australian Shepherds. The bathing stations are at waist level and have adjustable straps, so no more breaking your back bending over while engaging in an ultimate wrestling match with your loving fur baby. The soap comes prepared for you with warm water and all the brushing combs you could need to get their fur looking top notch! We will absolutely be back and I highly recommend them for their grooming services as well!

They are the absolute best on the mountain! I've never used the self-service side, but the groomers are very loving towards our dog, and always have his best interest in mind. This is the only groomer where our dog is not shaking when we pick him up. He's always happy, and that's very important to us.

I took my five months old Yorkie mix to get groomed for the first time and let me tell you! Im so happy with the way she came out! I loved it so much me and the groomer forgot she went in with a collar 🤣, let me tell you the service is wonderful! Not to even forget to mention that Kristan was so apologetic and offered to bring us her collar! When places say they go up and beyond for customer service, they sure did! Differently will be back again!

Tracy, Sandra and Christian are all such amazing, kind, loving, and professional people! Tracy grooms my babies and she is phenomenal and I would trust anybody in this grooming spa if she wasn’t available. The spa is so cute and they have a SELF SERVE STATION too! Along with daycare and other services! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them to everybody and anybody. They are very trustworthy and so loving to each dog there. My dogs always come home happy and groomed to perfection.

I have to say this is one of the most wonderful places to take your pet regardless if you are doing it yourself or having one of there very caring people that work there do it. I have never been in a place where all the dogs are quite and well behaved it is truly amazing how the animals respond to any and all the groomers, they are gental and kind if you did not know metyer when lustening to them speak to the animal they are working on you could think they are talking to another human being. The best place to ever take your beloved pet would recomend it hands down to any here on the mountian. Wait thats nit all they also have pet sitting again no barking babies and all seem to get along with eachother never saw so many wagging tails and happy sounds coming from a place. If you don"t take my word for it try it for yourself and your pets. Wait they also supply all shampoo"s and tools needed to groom your own baby or babies. Give them a try you won"t be disappointed I promise.Thanks guys for choosing our area to spread the love and magic you have with everyone and every pet your AMAZING!!!!!!!!!

I love this place. Tracy showed us the ropes and also cut my dogs nails for me. We used the self service bath area and when she says you don’t need to bring anything just your dog she means it. They have shampoo, towels, cotton balls for those sweet ears, dryer to fluff up the kiddo and great customer service. We hope to take our boy in once a month. It is so much easier than bending over the tub and cleaning up the mess because they do all the clean up. Plus she brushed our dogs teeth. The charge for the 2 extras (nails and teeth) was so much cheaper than a vets. There’s also a waiting area where animals are gated off while waiting for their hoomans if they had been left for grooming. It’s a Ruff Life is awesome!

I just rescued a sweet girl from a shelter in St.Johns. She was desperately in need of a bath. This place offered a wonderful opportunity for a self wash for a very reasonable price...Great tutorial and then kept coming back to check if everything was good...Thank you. 💕

For those of you who wash your pet at home to save cost but know it's hard, save yourself the headache and treat yourself and pet to a spa day. Rent the wash your dog station. It's doesn't cost that much and your get pampered too. I hated giving my dog a bath in the bath tub at home. The hair clean up not to mention the wet dog running all over the house afterward was a nightmare. My dog hated it too. After hearing about this place I gave them a call. I was able to get my dog right in but am afraid that the more the word gets out about this place I may have a wait but it would be worth it. Upon arriving I received a basket full of things like toe nail clippers, combs and shampoo. There was someone always there to answer questions and assist when needed. I could ware a water proof apron, was given towels, instructions on the bathing and the drying process. Both my dog and I were happy, very happy:) Do both you and your pet a favor and give this place a try.

Friendly staff. Nice tub for our dog. We used our own shampoo but they have products available too. Water temperature was a little hard to regulate, it has to be done by the staff. They were very good about helping us to get it right.
