One of the better Dollar Trees I've been in. Had lots of stuff that the one in Springerville doesn't stock. Friendly helpful staff. Has some self-checkouts.

The upside is that the staff here are hardworking and friendly! Dollar Tree has always been ‘cheap’ but many stores, like Walmart, consistently offer better value. Now that they have raised their prices it no longer makes sense for us to shop there, especially when you consider that often they are short staffed and it’s not unusual to end up 6 or 8 deep in a line for the only check stand that’s open. In the long run you get more bang for your buck and better customer service at Walmart.

My wife and I shop this dollar tree location exclusively because of Wendy who works there. She is so good at her job and makes every customer feel as though they are the most important person in the store. Wendy is sooo pleasant, knowledgeable and kind! This location has good employees but none of them compare to Wendy. She deserves recognition and a raise. It’s sooo hard to find hard workers who care. She is the gold standard for what Dollar Tree strives to be! Please give her a raise!

I just went to the dollar tree in show low by Ross. I purchased balloons to put in my little girls hair for crazy hair day- the balloon floats and the braids go up. Lady named Karen and a young manager were working. Karen said I needed to pay before she could blow them up- okay. I pay, she blows them up and they fall to the ground. I said well they aren’t floating- she said yeah I know they do that because of the material of the balloon. SHe should have told me they don’t float. I was told no refunds after buying. Totally feel jipped and frustrated.

Very crowded but the cashier was very polite. I love the bargains here. I went in for a $1 stick for my mop and came out with $49 worth of stuff, even five bags of frozen veggies and ice cream, not on the list!

Store looks exceptionally clean, organized and well stocked! It has become my favorite store to shop. The store manager, Scotty has made such a great impact on making the store right and provides wonderful friendly service!! He is a great asset to the company and I always see him working hard

this was the second time i came and had a bad experience. walked up to the register where the light was on, the woman working there was standing at the register. I began unloading my basket, after the third item she turned off her light, log out of a register and told me to go to the other person. there was already a line of people in that lane. I don't know why my six items couldn't have been rangup when I was already there.i walked out and will never spend a dollar there again. terrible customer service!!!!!

Dollar Tree is a great pñace to save. I pick up crafting items. Scissors, wheel cutters, brushes, paints.Dishes, glasses.Lately only 1 cashier so don't go when you are in a hurry.

They are very well priced at a dollar for anything in the store. They also have the same issues as all stores now, some products not available. The employees seem friendly and helpful.

This store was very clean and the store's employees were very informative and very helpful. The covid-19 restrictions were clearly posted on the front door and the employees were all wearing masks and practiced social distancing.

Seems very disorganized and always a long line because most of the time only one register is open. Obviously at a dollar only store you will mostly get poor quality items. Don't get me started about the nasty bathroom!

This is a great place to purchase seasonal and holiday decor, for only a dollar $...Kids Birthday party, gift bags , cards, cosmetics, school and office supplies,snacks and candy, kitchen gadgets..cleaning and paper products....even food items, a small frozen section. I think of this store as a giant gift basket in a small budget.

Dollar Tree in Show Low Arizona is one of the best Dollar Trees ever simply because they have wonderful staff there that will help you find whatever you need plus everything is only $2 so why not shop there just because it's cheap doesn't mean it's bad I recommend going there and just chatting with the staff even because they're that friendly they want to talk to you

I always be happy to see Dollar Tree when I traveled to a small down. It is easy to get something I need during the trip. Less worry! In case of I forgot to bring something.
