They need to price their items or put price stickers on shelves for the items! They have it on most but in the home area there’s a plethora of items with no prices! And to ask about it to a cashier is just rude I’ve learned (and seen)

Went in tonight and the manager Amy was talking on the phone badly about her female coworker that didn't stack boxes and is incompetent. Office door should have been closed. The new guy handled the line like a boss.

Worse possible place to shop at. Freezers broken six months out of the year. Staff rude and disrespectful. Products outdated and spoiled. Staff is unhelpful and illiterate.

Moving to the area...stopped to use the restroom, they told me no. I have a medical condition so thank goodness the genral store was open. Won't be giving them ANY of my money. What terrible service.

Tami and Brian make the place. Fun attitude and always there. Always hard at work. Tami's ability to remember so many of her customers names. Brian always has a smile even when you can tell he doesn't want to. A few other employees there tho need to get a get up in their place, stay off their phones specially when at check stand with customers (has happened more than once), and stop complaining about everything. Store is clean and stocked with our families needs except produce. :-(

My family was literally verbally assaulted by the assistant manager of this store, and I brought it up with the store manager and her solution was to defend him and tell us to leave the store, which was fine since they didn't have anything all the shelves were empty and their excuse was there's too many people moving up here from the valley, tell them to stop moving up here, he said, where I replied why not just order more product, simple solution one would think, but no instead he got physically and verbally abusive, completely uncalled for.

This store I SO CLEAN!! I go to this location when I visit my family up north, the first time I went in here about 2019 the isles were crowded and completely chaos, I stopped in the store yesterday the ENTIRE store was clean, organized and stocked well. The staff were all very kind and friendly. Wish they could get all the stores this clean!!

Home store, visit too often, but love it LOCATION, LOCATION,LOCATION So needed in our small community. Convince is sometimes hard to find out here in middle of nowhere. I do catch some great buys often, clearance, and sales. Store always well stocked and relatively keep up, clean. I'm glade to have this option finally out here.

Low on some items that were pretty common like bread, summer treats, frozen goods.Pretty clean.Staff helpful if you speak to them.Prices pretty decent better than the place acrossed the street for quality.

It must have been a day before they received some of their deliveries. The cooler and freezer sections were pretty empty. The assistant mgr was running the register alone. In fact it seemed like he was the only one in the entire store. I enquired about a job but he said they weren't hiring though it seemed like he certainly could have used some help. Don't get me wrong, he was very friendly and helpful. But he had such a line he would not have been able to show anyone where something was had they asked.

WeWent in and asked if they did cash back and the lady told us that we could get 40 at a time but you would have to pay 1.50 for it! We needed $120 between the two of us without having to go into town! We we stood in line for 20 min with 7 people in front of us with our purchase and I get up and verify what she had told us before we went and stood in line and she asked how much we needed I told her and I quote “ oh my god we aren’t a bank! I’m gonna have to get my manager” I told her I know they weren’t a bank but I don’t want to go into town and back and myself needed money and my friend needed money! I have never been treated so rudely in al the time I have gone there!

Great store! Better then the one in Show Low. Sometimes they are a bit unorganized but they have deals at time that are amazing and the staff there are always friendly and helpful! I give them 5 stars!

It's a little messy, and there is only ever one cashier at the counter, if there is one. I went in, and I had to stand at the counter for 10 minutes just waiting for the cashier to come from whatever she was doing. They should have more staff on hand instead of only one person.

The only reason this is not a 5 star review is lack of service speed. There is almost never 2 people on registers and the lines get long as people buy bulk at this location. Everything else about this location and service is amazing.

I really like this store they have a much larger inventory than the other two locations I frequently visit all of the employees are so very helpful and friendly in all the dollar general stores

Store is still quite a mess after opening. It's very messy with stock sitting on racks on the floor waiting to be stocked. My guess is they are grossly understaffed.

This place is always a mess inside,things always on the floor.stocking carts always on the floor and you always have to move them out of the way.and it seems like the people who work there don't care about it,and they always say that dollar general don't pay good or give the employees the hours to have a nice clean store.and it would be very difficult to do anything in this store if you were in a wheelchair, almost impossible
