Nice store. Found everything we needed. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Clean store and restroom. The checkout experience was quick and easy.

First time here. Appears to be short-staffed as with many stores these days. Merchandising was decent, staff was helpful and friendly. About 1/5 of the lighting was not functioning which gives the store a shoddy appearance. From a loss prevention standpoint, having the electronics on the aisle closest to the side wall makes no sense to me as it is not lit and is not visible to the staff unless they happen to be working in that aisle. There's lots of temptations for sticky fingers over there.

Spent over $400 on a recliner less than 2 and a half months ago, and it's already falling apart. Every time I recline it, a new piece of wood just falls right off. I am not impressed what so ever and I am angry to have wasted my money on it!!

Custom service was bad the last few times I have been in. Cashier's were rude and told a pregnant woman to calm down. When she was talking about the 15% off coupon that won't load. Called management and they didn't seem to care about the customer service. Definitely won't be going back for a while.

I hadn't been to Big Lots in awhile, just too busy I guess. Clean, easy to find what I was looking for, and helpful employees. The only frustrating experience was that many items I was interested in buying had no prices. I finally got too tired of constantly asking. They did have a nice 20% off sale going, though.

I like their prices and selection. Only thing is that, sometimes, check out lines are too long... But, for the first time since I've been shopping there today, the guy at the front, when he saw how long the line was all of a sudden, called another person up to help... So that was nice

I had ordered a sectional set along with the recliner that went the set in November 2020, and was told that it would be there by Christmas of 2020. Well I waited till January 2021 to call them after not having received a call notifying me that the set had come in. When I called and was told it should take another 6-8 weeks for it to come in. So I called in February 2021 and same answer 6-8 weeks till it would come in. Called again March 2021 and once again was told that it would be 6-8 weeks still. So finally I got fed up with it all and just went in and got a refund for the set. So in saying this I was definitely not satisfied in any way, shape, or form, and will definitely not be shopping there again.

I wish I would have gone to Big Lots for all my Christmas shopping first! I can not believe the prices! I did finish my Christmas meal shopping there. I can buy almost all my pantry items there. I can get it at at a much lower price than Walmart. I also noticed the animal food and products much cheaper. I went back after Christmas and bought a few items and because I signed up for for their points program I got an additional 20% off my entire order. It is worth the drive to shop there. I will be back next shopping day. 😁

We ordered curbside for a few things we needed since they had availability on short notice. Walmart was s 2 day wait for curbside. I love Big Lots as I always find something cool in their food section or kitchen supplies.

Normally I like Big Lots but this visit was ruined by one of the employees who was so wired that he was constantly up your but. This guy would not leave you alone once you told him you didn't need any help, he was like a pin ball machine bouncing between all the customers.

Poor customer service. Apparently, they forgot to take down their several 20% off signs the road from the day before. Which, extremely pressed for time, was the only reason I stopped. Now I had no time to stop at the store I had planned to shop at.. The response from the cashier and manager, was a too bad too sad attitude. After years of being a loyal and frequent customer, they have lost my business.

They are rude,condescending and down right disrespectful!!!! 1 good thing about my experience at this location is Mark..Very Helpful Respectful and Kind....I've shopped at Big Lots for years.....NEVER Again at the Show Low Az Location!!!!

This place is wack. Doesnt honor warranty. They sold my mother a bad couch which she has been trying to get replaced under warranty for 7 months now. The couches messed up like 2 months after purchase and since then She been dealing with this. They won't return calls they don't help they just play the run around.

You don't really think about buying a mattress at Big Lots but we bought a very nice Ultra Plush Broyhill by Serta king set. The guys were great that helped us make our decision, telling us what to watch out for and experiences from other clients.

Worst customer service. Wanted to but a 400 dollar table. She said it wasn't in stock and moved on. Didn't offer the display one. At her waiting 45 minutes to even being acknowledged. This is why everyone returns to Wal-Mart. Your loss is Wal-Mart's gain.

The guys that work the furniture area... they are awesome. They go the extra mile. Quick to help. Have yet to meet a female there that isnt tude or have an attitude. Love our pool we got. Everything we are in there we have the same experience.

The lights went out because of a storm. The personnel were in control of the situation. We all had to wait for the cash registers to reboot. Our cashier apologized and was pleasant.

Your store is the ONLY in town that recycles Christmas candy into Valentine's Day for the same price and if it doesn't sell then, are you going to move it onto Easter and if it doesn't sell then are you going to just save it and send it to next Christmas so that we buy year old candy for that same price? I'm talking about the Box chocolates like Cella chocolate-covered cherries the $20 box of Whitman's sampler and the chocolates like that. How old are the ones that are currently on the Shelf? Are they recycled from last year's Christmas from 2016? Big Lots is the only store that hangs to all their Holiday items and won't drop their prices. ALL the other stores are pretty much all cleared out with nothing left! I wasn't the only one that looked at it a day ago and walked away that is ridiculous!

Went today wanting to purchase a couch and loveseat and they said they couldn't do deliveries and they told me buying online couldn't deliver either...so I asked the guy ''so basically the company just wants to lose out on money because they won't deliver?' and he said, 'yup, pretty much'.🙄 So disappointing!
