Paid extra for the dematting service, but groomer seemed to rush thru, and found matting behind her ears and under her rear legs after returning home.Unfortunately, our wonderful former groomer, Classy Critters, went out of business, but will look harder next time to find someone who will do a more thorough job than PetsSmart.

Petsmart was very generous in donating items for pets of the homeless. 5⭐️ for that.Groomers, another story… rude and condescending. My one dog is very sweet and loving. Loves people. Groomer noted otherwise. Dogs feel “attitude” perhaps better than people.This particular business is the weak link to an otherwise very good store. Many better local options are available for this specific area of service.

I adopted a dog a few weeks ago and spent close to $400 here. My daughter went in the other day with her friend who was interested in adopting a cat to look at a cat they had. The older lady who volunteers at the Humane Society wouldn’t let my daughter and her friend look at the cat. She told my daughter she should focus on the animals she’s already adopted didn’t she just adopted a dog? No ma’am, I adopted the dog. And what business is out of yours if we adopt animals anyway? I will take my money to Walmart and to Petsense. Absolutely no reason for this nasty lady to judge my daughter and tell her and her friend they can’t look at a cat because she should focus on the animals she has already. Why don’t you focus on minding your own business? Rude and abhorrent behavior.

Staff was very friendly.. Just disappointing that I didn't get what I paid for.. took my dog in for a nail cut and grind and ear clean the groomer just cut her nails and that was it... I've never had this problem at any other location.. I wouldn't have paid extra if they were not going to do the job.

I went for fish food was easy to locate. I also looked at some dog items for a later purchase. Store was well stocked. Check out line had a bit of a wait.

Took Chewbacca Von McWolferson here to be groomed and Destiny did a great job. His coat is well combed and shiny. His nails are nicely trimmed. Other than being really excited to see me again he seemed really relaxed.

I wasted my time, money and everything cause they didn't do there job. Is always something with them to make the perfect excuse to not finish the work. Even if you set up an appt in advance, they still called me to change the appt on the las minute and they didn't even take care of my 2 babies, sucks cause is the only one place in Sedona. I'm local, been here a couple times and I do not recommend this PetSmart location, I will never take my babies to this place again.

I interviewed here as a groomer and was told during my interview that it is a regular experience for them to ignore horrific cases of abuse and neglect in the pets they tend to, and was told that if I have a problem with that, I shouldn’t work here. They then proceeded to tell me a story about one of their regulars punching his dog in the face in view of them all, and how they all *turned around and pretended not to see*, because it isn’t their policy to report abuse or deny services to abusive or neglectful owners.I don’t know how you could love animals and trust them in the care a staff who so readily enables abuse.

We took our dog in for grooming with Tiffany. He’s always a bit anxious at the groomer and Tiffany really communicated well with me when I explained his triggers as well as how I wanted his cut done. She did a great job and I’m very happy with the bath, haircut, the communication, and the overall level of service.

We booked a groom for our dog online and added a pampering package that we did not receive. When questioned, the associate asked someone else and said it was for nail trimming and special shampoo. NOT what the pampering package was for.

Both employees were very nice but in the hour I was there there was a steady line at the front, a steady line to get small animals, and no one else to help. Everyone had to wait for what they needed, and it was more than just a few minutes for most of us. However, they're well stocked, have a nice variety, and like I said the people were very kind, as well as apologetic for the waiting.

Took my dog in for grooming. The hyper intake person gave us a big attitude about my dog's problems even though he had been groomed there before. Obviously, she did not want to groom him. After we left she called saying the dog was biting. He may bite softly and with her attitude, I could see why. I would not recommend this place for dog grooming.

My family and I were visiting the area with our dog. The area is experiencing a heatwave so we needed to find some boots for her paws. We were greeted politely and after some time of not finding the size we needed we asked. One of the employees proceeded to go to the back and check but didn't find what we were looking for. I would recommend them to all pet owners.

Just had Maui in for her Spa day and she came out all soft and shiny as usual!! Destiny took good care of her nails and hair trimming. Maui is a rescue. We got Maui 2 1/2 yrs ago and once she learned to trust us and others around her, we started her grooming at Pet Smart. Have not regretted it once!

I have gone to PETSMART for years and the groomer was very rude to me. They have a new rule that they can’t accept the rabies tag as evidence of the shot. Mary was so rude, I was afraid to leave my dog with her. I will never use PETSMART or buy online from them again.

Everyone is so nice here. I didn't know that they close at 7pm and I went in there last minute. They didn't rush me or even say anything. Plus the woman that was in the counter took her time to let me know that they price match chewy.com products, so I got a nice discount too.
