This is the first time we have used ACE Home Services. They called when they had a cancellation and came one day early. I appreciated that because the two toilets to be installed had been waiting in the garage for weeks. They called a half hour before arrival just as promised. Ron knocked at the door and introduced himself. He looked at the two bathrooms where he had to replace the two toilets, took some photos, went outside to talk with ACE, came back with an estimate, we discussed it briefly, he agreed to apply my 50$ coupon and then went to work. The first one took much longer than the second one, he did apply two wax rings as we had asked, in fact he suggested one double thick and one single ring on top of each other just to be sure that they would seal. Even better!He worked with care, expeditiously but never seemed stressed or under time pressure, clearly he takes great pride in his work, and that shows: he was careful with unpacking, then the installation, the removal of debris, the packaging material, the old toilets. Finally he cleaned up the whole work area. At all times Ron was very polite and professional, listened to what I said and answered questions I asked. When he left after my approval, both of us had a smile on our faces. I thanked him for a job well done.

We had an excellent experience with Ace Home Services. In January we had to have our whole house re-pipped and Josh Reed was our lead plumber he did an excellent job with getting everything done with the help of Paul, Stephen and Nathan. All the crew was courteous, friendly and helpful. The whole house was re-pipped, new hot water heater, water filtration system added a new pressure tank for our well and new fixtures. We are very happy with the service we received from the entire crew that worked on our house and highly recommend Ace Home Services for your plumbing needs.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dennis Allen when he came to check out my dying water softener. Being very knowledgeable and well acquainted with modern units, he chose a perfect unit for us. Christopher Cravens did an HVAC inspection for me at my home at 40 Farmer Brothers Drive in Sedona on Tuesday, April 16, 2024. He was absolutely fantastic! I called ACE to my 93 year old Mother's house to repair her heater. They came the same day I called and Allen Williams found the problem right away. A couple days later he received the replacement part and repaired her furnace. All the people I talked with in their call center were VERY HELPFUL and UNDERSTANDING. Allen is wonderful both as a technician and a very nice person. I would recommend this company to anyone. They're reliable and get things done quickly..

Called out to fix plumbing issue with toilet, I have an older house with unconventional plumbing, Stephen did a wonderful job but because the plumbing set up in my home is special he had to call out Keith (manager). Long story short it took a bit of time to get the job done correctly but Keith and Stephen both were professional and friendly thru out the process. The only issues or complaints I have is their call service. It is very frustrating playing phone tag between a call service, their office and the actual plumbers ( who you cannot contact directly). The company needs to work on their communication skills, the plumbers and work done were wonderful.

Reuben was extremely professional and knowledgeable explaining everything to me so I could understand exactly what was wrong with my backyard valve as well as the benefits in replacing my hot water heater with a new system as opposed to just repairing a 12 year old unit. He gets 5 stars. The 4 stars were given because the scheduling dept agreed to have him come back the next day from 9am - 1pm. They made a mistake and rescheduled him for 4pm. Reuben worked into the night to complete the job, always with a pleasant attitude. I would highly recommend their services.

I had a great experience with ACE. Dennis showed up with professionalism, knowledge, and kindness. He spent 2 hours looking over everything that was concerning me, as well as the other work that I want to have done. I had my estimate in my email account by the time he left. He did a great job at explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand.I also was very impressed with the people I spoke with on the phone and the dispatchers. I don’t believe I’ve ever encountered that level of professionalism in a plumbing company.The only thing is that the company charges an exorbitant amount for their services. I understand they are licensed, insured, stand behind their work, and you get what you pay for, but even then, it feels pricey even for where I live, (Sedona).

They wanted $1,000.00 to change a kitchen faucet and another $1000.00 to change a shower head, I refused and my tenant went to buy those 2 items for $313.05, still they charge me $753.33 to replace the faucett and the shower head. It simply highway robbery, they certainly lost me as a customer. I should get a refund of 50% at least of that bill. I will contact the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney Office. I can't say enough about how satisfying it is for the professionalism and knowledge that Dennis and Eddy showed when trying to fix our emergency plumbing issues. I'm convinced they did do everything within their ability to get my issues handled in an efficient and expedited manor. Absolutely happy with the job ACE did installing an entire air conditioner system in our 25 year old home. Although several difficulties came up during installation, the crew led by Chris Quiroz handled everything with care and efficiency. I cannot recommend this company enough for high quality, high craftsmanship HVAC services. We will plan to return to this company again to continue improving our home!

Christopher Cravens from ACE Home Services recently performed an annual maintenance check on our residential HVAC systems. He was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and thorough conducting the inspection, then reviewing the results. After discussing one small issue he found, we agreed on the fix, and he quickly corrected the problem.

Even if they say they will install appliances (in this case a stove) they cannot. They scheduled the appointment, cancelled day of and then pushed it out one day. They showed up and the poor technician has nothing in the price book that will allow for him to charge for the install. Then they will try and charge you a $80 fee for coming out.edit: called the number and left a message with the operator since there were no managers available. That was over a week ago, never received a call back.edit2: they gave a call back and were very nice/apologetic. there are no concerns with a bill being sent. I like to think they have closed this gap in training and they will not book projects they don't have in the price book.

After doing 2 loads of clothes, the shower and the bathtub were full of water. I called ACE and they sent out Zachary who was wonderful. He quickly fixed the problem while explaining everything he was doing or going to do and how we could avoid future problems. He made us feel very comfortable and confident he knew what he was doing. For any future plumbing needs, emergency or otherwise, we'll be requesting Zachary.

We just had a new furnace and air conditioner installed and we are very happy with the entire process from start to finish as well as the quality and performance of our new HVAC system! It started with the sales representative, Sol Noor who came to our house and spent time assessing our current HVAC. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment. He then took time to write up 4 options for us and explained them to us. If we had any questions, he quickly answered or referred to his boss Ryan. He was very kind and didn’t pressure us at all. When we agreed on a system and price, the technicians Joe Lucero and his assistant Brad came and spent 2 days installing our new system. When they came across issues with our current lines, they troubleshooted and came up with a solution. They did an excellent job and cleaned up every area they worked in so you wouldn’t know they were even there afterwards. Joe took time to explain the new system and made sure he answered all of our questions. The employees from this company as well as the owner were all very professional and a pleasure to deal with. There were no hidden costs with this process and we highly recommend Ace for your HVAC needs!

When a frozen pipe burst in our yard, water started gushing everywhere and we didn’t know how to stop it. I remembered we’d hired ACE for another plumbing emergency last year and they came right away, so I called again and was told someone could arrive within the next 3 hours—thank goodness! Dayton came right on time and resolved the issue almost immediately, and also explained how we could avoid the problem in the future. We were so impressed with Dayton’s expertise and friendly demeanor—we felt so grateful he was able to help us so quickly. We would certainly hire ACE again and recommend them!

I was changing out the house water filter(sediment) in garage as I do 3-4 times a year and of the 3 valves I shut to do the job(2 ball,1 gate) the gate valve was frozen,and I put a pipe wrench to the handle and snap went the stem. Called Ace Home Services and they sent out Dayton. He was great. I played gofer,and went and opened up all home faucets,toilets(flushed),etc to get as much system water out of pipes as possible. I was afraid of flooding out the garage as he removed the old bad gate valve that had a bit of residual water in pipe run that was in a tricky spot. Dayton handled it as very well. Swapped out to new good ball valve. In and out in about 1hr 15 minutes. Thank You Ace Services for being prompt and efficient. Dayton cleaned area and even installed the new water filter w/o my asking. All Regards..Robert.

This company's prices are outrageous and I won't be calling them again. They wanted $500 to reseat a toilet and $1,000 to put in a new kitchen faucet. The plumber that came out said that the parent company is out of Phoenix so they go by the higher Phoenix prices. That business model won't work in Sedona with all of the retired people. I told him no but It cost me a $79.95 trip charge for nothing.
